- step II The whole mixture is stirred in the rotational mixer using 40 rotations /minute until the temperature reaches 45-55 C., when steam, which was produced in the exothermic reaction, crystallises the crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate from soda crystals, next the mixture is left until it reaches the ambient temperature (step II).
- the second step is consisted of two processes: first where the temperature is reduced to the ambient temperature, and the second process where the temperature is decreased at about 7-12 C below the ambient temperature, next the temperature is rising until it reaches the ambient temperature, when is observed at this step of the process up to 90% of crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate are created.
- step III consists of mechanical rubbing of the mixture and the surface active-agents are added.
- the agents are such as: ethoxylate alcohol C13 of 7 moles ethylene oxide (2-5% by weight) ethoxylate alcohol C13 of 10 moles of ethylene oxide (1,5-3,0%) coconut diethanolamide (0,5-5,0 %) carboxymethylcellulose (0,5- 5,0%) optical whitening agent up to 0,3 %, in order to activate the mixture and to provide full cristallisation of sodium sesquicarbonate, the step is performed in the machine which has the rubbing screen with sieves ⁇ 2-2,5 mm, and the powdered product is mantained in the reactor where its temperature rises 5-10C up the ambient temperature, than when its temperature is stable, the active oxygen, in amount 10-20%, is added to the final product.
