- the composition is characterised by, the mixture of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sesquicarbonate where the sodium sesquicarbonate is in the form of hydro -crystals and the ratio of the carbonates is 1 : 3 : 3 to 0,1 : 0,5 : 6,5 and the mixture of the carbonates creates 60 - 85 % by weight of the whole composition.
- the method of producing the phosphate free powder detergent washing composition is performed by stirring in the first stage dry ingredients (which are in % by weight): (1 %) sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate, (0,5 - 1%) ammonium aikylbenzene sulphonate, (4,0 - 5,0 %) sodium alkyibenzene sulphonate, (0,5 - 1,0 %) ammonium dodecylbenzene sulphonate, (2,0 - 3,0 %) sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, (2,5 %) sodium salts of maleic acid, (2,5 %) sodium salts of acrylic acid, (0,3 %) bleaching agent.
- the method is characterised by, that in the first stage the mixture which contains sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate is added to the dry ingredients and the amount of the carbonates is 61 , 9 - 63,7 % by weight where the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium bicarbonate is 1 : 1 to 1 : 5. Then the mixture is stirred and granulated, the mixture is later hydro - crystallised until hydro - crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate are obtained having the formula Na 2 C0 3 NaHC0 3 . 2 H 2 O where the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium bicarbonate and to sodium sesquicarbonate is 1 : 3 : 3 to 0,1 : 0,5 : 6,5 and the mixture of the three carbonates creates 60 - 85 % by weight of the whole composition.
- hydro - crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate have the whole composition incorporated on their surface.
- further ingredients are added: (0,0 - 0,6 %) proteolytic - amylolytic - lipolytic enzymes, (0,01 %) perfumes, (0 - 12 %) sodium percarbonate and the final composition is obtained by stirring.

- the mixture of dry ingredients was prepared by adding: sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate, ammonium alkyibenzene sulphonate, sodium aikylbenzene sulphonate, ammonium dodecylbenzene sulphonate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium salts of maleic acid, sodium salts of acrylic acid, bleaching agent and the mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate which was used in n amount selected from 61 ,9 to 63,7 % by weigh where the ratio of sodium ⁇ arbonate to sodium bicarbonate was 1 : 1 to 1 : 5 %.
- the amounts of ingredients are shown in the included chart.
- the whole mixture was stirred for 5 minutes by using a stirrer with the rotational speed of 45-65 revolutions per minute (r.p.m.). Next water was added and the stirring process was continued for the next 5 minutes until the mixture was homogenous.
- the second mixture was prepared.
- the mixture consisted of the following ingredients: etoxylated C 10 - C-i ⁇ fatty alcohols, etoxylated non-saturated alcohols, diethanoloamides of fatty acids (coconut oil) and water glass.
- the amounts of the ingredients are shown in the included chart. All ingredients were stirred for 5 minutes and the rotational speed of the stirrer was 45 - 65 r.p.m. until the homogenous mixture with the consistency of paste was obtained.
- the third stage of the process comprised adding the paste, which was obtained in the second stage of the process, to the mixture which was obtained in the first stage in the process.
- the whole mixture was stirred for 6 - 7 minutes and the rotational speed of the stirrer was 30-40 r.p.m.
- the homogenous mixture was granulated, until the granules were of the size 2 x 2,5 mm.
- the granules were hydro - crystallised.
- hydro - crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate Na CO 3 NaHC0 3 . 2 H 2 0 were obtained.
- the hydro - crystals were created from the part of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, .
- the whole mixture was stirred and the composition according to the invention was obtained.
- the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition according to the invention says that the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium bicarbonate and to sodium sesquicarbonate, where the last is in the form of hydro-crystals and has the formula Na 2 CO 3 Na ' HC0 3 . 2 H 0, is 1 : 3 : 3 to 0,1 : 0,5 : 6,5 where the three carbonates create 60 - 85 % by weight of the whole composition, and pH of the composition is 9,8.
- the composition according to the invention has got the properties of washing off the dirt from the fabrics by soaking the fabrics only, wherein it is not necessary to warm the washing water. Further, it is easy to dissolve in water and is also characterised by quick complete rinsing from washed fabrics. Also no odours remain in the washed fabrics.
- the composition according to the invention does not cause any allergic effects while in contact with skin, and it does not cause any incrustation on the surface of the fabrics as well.
- the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium bicarbonate (ingredient no 14) is:
