Then the mixture is stirred and granulated, the mixture is later hydro - crystallised until hydro - crystals of sodium sesquicarbonate are obtained having the formula Na 2 C0 3 NaHC0 3 . 2 H 2 O where the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium bicarbonate and to sodium sesquicarbonate is 1 : 3 : 3 to 0,1 : 0,5 : 6,5 and the mixture of the three carbonates creates 60 - 85 % by weight of the whole composition.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition détergente en poudre sans phosphates et son procédé de production. Cette composition se caractérise en ce qu'elle est formée par un mélange de carbonate de sodium, de bicarbonate de sodium et de sesquicarbonate de sodium sous forme d'hydrocristaux et que le rapport des carbonates est compris entre 1 :3 :3 et 0,1 :0,5 :6,5, le mélange des carbonates représentant entre 60 et 85% en masse de la composition. Le procédé de production de cette composition consiste à ajouter le mélange contenant le carbonate de sodium et le bicarbonate de sodium aux ingrédients secs (connus), la quantité de mélange de carbonates représentant entre 61,9 et 63, 7% en masse et le rapport du carbonate de sodium au bicarbonate de sodium étant compris entre 1 :1 et 1 :5. L'étape suivant consiste à brasser le mélange et à former des granulés, puis à hydrocristalliser le mélange jusqu'à ce que des hydrocristaux de sesquicarbonate de sodium représentés par la formule générale Na2CO3 NaHCO3 . 2 H2O soient formés, le rapport du carbonate de sodium au bicarbonate de sodium et au sesquicarbonate de sodium étant compris entre 1 :3 :3 et 0,1 :0,5 :6,5 et le mélange des trois carbonates représentant entre 60 et 85% en masse de la composition. La composition de la présente invention recouvre toute la surface des hydrocristaux de sesquicarbonate de sodium.
