Claims (16)

  1. Verschlußbaugruppe, die zwei Profile (100, 200) aus thermoplastischem Material umfaßt, die komplementäre Elemente (110, 210) aufweisen, die dazu geeignet sind, alternativ in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um das Schließen von Beuteln zu erlauben, und getrennt zu werden, um das Öffnen der Beutel und den Zugang zu ihrem Inhalt zu erlauben, wobei die genannten komplementären Elemente (110, 210) von jeweiligen Tragwänden (100, 200) getragen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine und nur die eine der Tragewände (100, 200) auf ihrer Innenoberfläche vorspringende, der anderen Wand zugewandte Streifen (130, 230) umfaßt.
  2. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere Tragwand (200, 100) auf ihrer Außenoberfläche mit vorspringenden Streifen (230, 130) ausgestattet ist.
  3. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (130, 230) auf der Zone der Tragwände (100, 200) vorgesehen sind, die, bezogen auf die Mitte des Beutels, außerhalb der komplementären Elemente (110, 210) gelegen ist.
  4. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Streifen (130, 230) parallel zu den komplementären Elementen (110, 210) erstrecken.
  5. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Vater-Schließelement (110) und ein komplementäres Mutter-Schließelement (210) umfaßt.
  6. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären Elemente (110, 210) von Hakenstrukturen gebildet sind.
  7. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären Elemente dem Typ Velour/Haken angehören.
  8. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Tragwände (100, 200) miteinander in Form einer U-Struktur vereint sind.
  9. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragwände (100, 200) unterschiedliche Breiten aufweisen.
  10. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (130, 230) einen insgesamt dreieckigen Querschnitt haben.
  11. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (130, 230) einen insgesamt abgerundeten Querschnitt haben.
  12. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in Form einer autonomen Baugruppe ausgeführt ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer Folie aufgesetzt zu werden, die geeignet ist, einen Beutel zu bilden.
  13. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie unmittelbar dem Material auf einer Folie entstammt.
  14. Beutel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 umfaßt.
  15. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Beuteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den Schritt der Befestigung einer Verschlußbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 auf einer Folie umfaßt.
  16. Maschine zur Herstellung von Beuteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Heranführen von Folie, Mittel zum Heranführen einer Verschlußbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und Mittel zur Befestigung der Verschlußbaugruppe auf einer Folie umfaßt.
