Claims (16)
- Beutel, umfassend eine Schließanordnung (100), die zwei komplementäre Elemente (110, 120) umfasst, die von jeweiligen Trägern (112, 122) getragen werden, wovon zumindest einer mit einer Folie (10) fest verbunden ist im Bereich einer Zone (114) , die dem entsprechenden Schließelement (110) nicht überlagert angeordnet ist, um die Anlenkung des Trägers (112) an der Folie (10) zu gestatten, wobei sich der angelenkte Träger (112) jenseits des Schließelements (110) fortsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der angelenkte Träger (112) jenseits des Schließelements (110) derart fortsetzt, dass beim Eingriff der Schließelemente (110, 112) das Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) auf einer gegenüberliegenden Struktur (20) zur Abstützung kommt, und dass er ferner eine Anordnung (200) für die Spannung zwischen den Wänden (10, 20) des Beutels auf der dem freien Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) abgewandten Seite der Schließanordnung (100) umfasst.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannungsanordnung (200) einen Abstand zwischen den Wänden (10, 20) des Beutels definiert, der im Wesentlichen mit dem Abstand, der durch die Schließanordnung (100) definiert ist, identisch ist.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannungsmittel (200) zwei komplementäre, einhakbare Profilelemente (210, 220) umfassen.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannungsmittel (200) zwei Verdickungen (230, 240) umfassen, die von den jeweiligen Wänden des Beutels getragen werden.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannungsmittel (200) eine Verdickung (250) umfassen, die von einer Wand des Beutels getragen wird.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Elemente (110, 120) der Schließanordnung (100) von einem jeweiligen Träger (112, 122) getragen wird, der an einer Trägerwand im Bereich einer Zone angelenkt ist, die dem entsprechenden Schließelement (110, 120) nicht überlagert angeordnet ist, wobei sich jeder der Träger (112, 122) jenseits des Schließelements derart fortsetzt, dass beim Eingriff der Schließelemente (110, 120) das Ende der angelenkten Träger (112, 122) zur jeweiligen Abstützung kommt.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angelenkte Träger (112) in Richtung der Innenseite des Beutels gerichtet ist.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angelenkte Träger (112) einstückig, vorzugsweise durch Extrusion, an einer Wand (10) des Beutels gebildet ist.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angelenkte Träger (112) und die Schließanordnung (100) von Hilfsträgern (150, 160) getragen werden, die an den Wänden (10, 20) des Beutels angeordnet und befestigt sind.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei komplementären Elemente (110, 120) der Schließanordnung vom Typ Einsteck-/Aufnahmeelement sind.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das freie Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) und/oder die gegenüberliegend angeordnete Zone des Abstützelements aus einem biegsamen Material hergestellt ist, das in der Lage ist, einen engen Kontakt zwischen dem freien Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) und der gegenüberliegend angeordneten Zone des Abstützelements sicherzustellen, um die Abdichtung zu verstärken.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das freie Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) und/oder die gegenüberliegend angeordnete Zone des Abstützelements aus einem Elastomermaterial hergestellt ist, das haftungsbegünstigende Eigenschaften aufweist, das in der Lage ist, einen engen Kontakt zwischen dem freien Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) und der gegenüberliegend angeordneten Zone des Abstützelements sicherzustellen, um die Abdichtung zu verstärken.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) und die gegenüberliegend angeordnete Zone des Abstützelements komplementäre geometrische Formen (116, 22, 117, 24) aufweisen, die für das Zusammenwirken durch Ineinandergreifen beim Schließen der Beutel geeignet sind, um die Abdichtung zu verstärken.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) eine konvexe Verdickung (116) aufweist und eine gegenüberliegende Zone des Abstützelementes (20) eine konkave Rille (22) aufweist, die zu der Verdickung (116) komplementär ist.
- Beutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) eine konkave Rille (117) aufweist und eine gegenüberliegende Zone des Abstützelementes (20) eine konvexe Verdickung (24) aufweist, die zu der Rille (117) komplementär ist.
- Schließanordnung für die Herstellung eines Beutels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, umfassend zwei komplementäre Elemente (110, 120), die mit jeweiligen Hilfsträgern (150, 160) verbunden sind, wobei zumindest eines der komplementären Elemente auf dem zugehörigen Hilfsträger in einer von dem getragenen Element (110) verschiedenen Zone angelenkt ist, wobei sich der angelenkte Träger (112) jenseits des Schließelements (110), das er trägt, fortsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der angelenkte Träger (112) jenseits des Schließelements (110), das er trägt, derart fortsetzt, dass beim Eingriff der Schließelemente (110, 112) das Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) auf einer Struktur (20) des gegenüberliegenden Hilfsträgers zur Abstützung kommt, und dass sie ferner eine Anordnung (200) für die Spannung zwischen den Hilfsträgern (150, 160) auf der dem freien Ende (115) des angelenkten Trägers (112) abgewandten Seite der Schließanordnung (100) umfasst.
