Der gegenständlichen Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zur Sammlung von Gegenständen unterschiedlicher Gruppen, insbesondere von Abfällen, mittels sackartiger Behälter zu schaffen, durch welche mehrere Bedingung erfüllt werden:

Einerseits sollen die sackartigen Behälter zugleich mit deren Inhalten entsorgbar sein und sollen sie wiederverwertbar sein, wobei jedoch kein Tragbehälter erforderlich sein soll. Hierfür müssen die oberen Ränder der Behälter in einem Tragrahmen den Erfordernissen entsprechend stabil und dessen ungeachtet leicht lösbar befestigt sein.
Andererseits sollen die sackartigen Behälter so am Tragrahmen befestigt sein, dass dieser durch die Gegenstände, wie Abfälle, nicht verschmutzt wird.
Weiters soll es möglich sein, die einzelnen Behälter in unterschiedlichen Ausmaßen befüllen zu können.

An apparatus for collecting articles, such as refuse, dirty washing and the like, consisting of a supporting frame (2), which is provided with a plurality of holes (21), into which in each case one bag-like container (4) made from a plastics film, from a textile fabric, from paper or the like may be inserted and fastened to the supporting frame (2), the supporting frame (2) being surrounded at the edges enclosing the holes (21) by protruding strips (22, 24), grooves (23) or the like, into which holding clips (3) associated with the bag-like containers (4) may be inserted, the upper edges of the bag-like containers (4) being grippable between the holding clips (3) and the strips (22, 24), grooves (23) or the like provided on the supporting frame (2), characterised in that the holding clips (3), which are of virtually continuous, frame-like or annular construction, are provided with an interruption, such that they may be made smaller by resilient deformation.
An apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the supporting frame (2) is located inside a hole provided at the top of a housing, in particular a cupboard (1) or the like, and is capable of being lifted out of the housing or pivoted relative thereto.
An apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that a holding frame (14) on which the supporting frame (2) comes to rest is inserted into the hole provided in the cupboard (1) or the like.
