In prènente invention ee rapporte à un support pour sac ordures. Ordinairement leo détritus ménagers sont mis dans des poubelles munies d'un couvercle basculant ou amovible. Ces poubelles sont éventuellement munies intérieurement d'un réceptacle permettant d'enlever les déchets sana devoir déplacer les poubelles.
Les poubelles conventionnelles offrent toutefois l'inconvé- vient d'être pondéreuses, même à vide; on outre il arrive fréquemment qu'elles ne soient pas hermétiques, leur contenu pouvant alors se répandre sur la voirie.
Ceci explique qu'actuellement, pour des raisons de oommodité et d'hygiène, on a tendance à renoncer aux poubelles métalliques en faveur de sacs en matière plastique ou en papier qui offrent l'avantago d'être légers et de permettre en même temps d'isoler hermétiquement leur contenu; dans cette forme de réalisation, les

sacs sont des emballages perdus qui sont collectés par le service des immondices. Ce mode nouveau d':limination des déchets revêt un intérêt tout particulier lorsque ceux-ci proviennent d'hôpitaux, de restaurants, de salles de spectacle, eto.
Les sacs utilise';- à cette fin sont d'ordinaire fixes dans un support devant permettre leur remplissage et servant à les tenir droits pendant la période d'utilisation.
Le but de la présente invention est d'apporter un nouveau support pour sac à détritus, qui offre les avantages de la légèreté, de l'économie et de la facilité de manipulation.
Le support pour sac à ordures conforme à l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une base munie de pieds ainsi que de montants dont les extrémités supérieures supportent un système de retenue du sac comportant au !!loin!! un anneau fixe et un anneau interne amovible et élastique.
La figure 1 montre une forme de réalisation préférée du support pour sac à ordures conforme à l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue fragmentaire et agrandie d'un système de retenue du sac à ordures, constitué par deux anneaux solidaires du support et par un anneau interne élastique et amovible.
La figure3 est une vue fragmentaire et agrandie d'une autre forme de réalisation du système de retenue du sac se composant d'un anneau fixe muni intérieurement d'une rainure coopérant aveo un anneau interne, élastique et amovible.
Dans la figure 1 on désigne par A la base du support, constituée par une plaque rectangulaire grillagée, munie de quatre pieds. De cette base A part vers le haut un ensemble de montants C , qui servent à supporter le système de retenue B constitué par trois ' anneaux superposés, les anneaux supérieur et inférieur étant solidaires des montants, tandis que l'anneau interne est un segment élastique terminé par deux branches verticales (voir figure 2).
Les montants sont disposés de manière à ménager un espace permettant l'enlèvement aisé du sac rempli d'ordures.

Pour placer un sac à ordures dans le support conforme à l'invention, on le glisse à l'intérieur du support et on applique le bord de l'ouverture du sac de manière à déborder au-dessus de l'anneau supérieur. Puis, en pinçant l'anneau interne par ses deux branches verticales, on le sertit par l'intérieur du sac dans la rainure existant entre l'anneau supérieur et l'anneau inférieur en serrant de ce fait le bord du sac entre les trois anneaux. Ensuite, on relache la pression exercée sur les deux branches de l'anneau central, ce qui a pour effet de retenir fermement le bord du sao.
Lorsque le sac est rempli d'ordures, on retire l'anneau central en pinçant ses deux branches verticales, ce qui libère le bord du sacs' Ce dernier est ensuite fermé par exemple au moyen d'un cordon et il est retiré du support.
La figure 3 montre une variante du système de retenue du sac dans le support. Comme on le voit sur cette figure, le bord du sac est enroulé autour de l'anneau amovible interne élastique et celui-ci est inséré dans la rainure existant dans l'anneau solidaire des montants.
Le support conforme à l'invention n'est pas limité aux formes de réalisation représentées dans les figures. Ainsi, la base du support peut également être constituée pr une plaque pleine, gaufrée, estampée, perforée ou par un cadre de forme quelconque dans lequel est monté un jeu de barres ou de tiges parallèles, entrelacées, etc., les diverses pièces constitutives étant soudées ou assemblées de toute manière appropriée. La base peut être également représentée par un simple cadre sana fond; dans ce cas le sac repose à même le sol@ Au lieu d'être rectangulaire, la base peut être de forme quelconque: circulaire, carrée, ovale, etc.
En nuire, le pourtour de la base peut être égal à celui du système de retenue B ou bien supérieur, obtenant ainsi une meilleure assise, ou encore inférieur, ce qui permet d'emboîter les supports les uns dans les autres.
En ce qui concerne les Montants, ceux-ci peuvent Etre constitués par des barri=., tiges ou tubes. En vue de conférer une meilleure rigidité au support, les montants C peuvent être entre-

Le support conforme à l'invention peut également être muni d'un couvercle. Celui-ci peut être simplement posé sur los anneaux B; suivant une variante, ce couvercle est monté avec charnière sur le support et; le cas échéant, la commande du couvercle peut être effectuée au moyen d'une pédale fixée à la partir inférieure du support (non représentée dans los dessins).
Si on le désire, le support oonforme à l'invention peut être muni de crocheta permettant de le fixer à un mur, les crochets étant montés par exemple sur les montants; au besoin les crochets pouvant être remplacés par une plaque de fixation.
On peut également prévoir le montage de roulettes aux pieds du support, pour la commodité du transport du sac plein jusqu'au lieu de collecte des immondices.
Le support conforme à l'invention peut 8tro exécuté en fer, cuivre, laiton, aluminium, bronze ou autres alliages, éventuellement' revêtus d'une couche de finition réalisée par électrodéposition, tel qu'un nickelage ou, ohromage, par trempage, par peinture, par rovêtement on matière plastique ou par tout autre moyen de décoration ou do protection.
Les dimensions du support ne sont limitées que par des considérations ile facilité de manipulation; c'est pourquoi généralement le support aura une hauteur hors tout atteignant au plus 100 cm..

The bags used for this purpose are usually fixed in a support to allow their filling and serving to keep them upright during the period of use.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a new support for a garbage bag, which offers the advantages of lightness, economy and ease of handling.
The garbage bag holder according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a base provided with feet as well as uprights, the upper ends of which support a bag retention system comprising in the distance !! a fixed ring and a removable and elastic inner ring.
Figure 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the garbage bag holder according to the invention.
FIG. 2 is a fragmentary and enlarged view of a system for retaining the garbage bag, consisting of two rings integral with the support and of an elastic and removable internal ring.
Figure 3 is a fragmentary and enlarged view of another embodiment of the bag retention system consisting of a fixed ring internally provided with a groove cooperating with an internal, elastic and removable ring.
In FIG. 1, A denotes the base of the support, consisting of a rectangular mesh plate, provided with four feet. From this base A leaves upwards a set of uprights C, which serve to support the retention system B consisting of three superimposed rings, the upper and lower rings being integral with the uprights, while the internal ring is an elastic segment terminated by two vertical branches (see figure 2).
The uprights are arranged so as to leave a space for easy removal of the bag filled with garbage.

To place a garbage bag in the support according to the invention, it is slipped inside the support and the edge of the opening of the bag is applied so as to overflow above the upper ring. Then, by pinching the internal ring by its two vertical branches, it is crimped from the inside of the bag in the groove existing between the upper ring and the lower ring, thereby tightening the edge of the bag between the three rings . Then, the pressure exerted on the two branches of the central ring is released, which has the effect of firmly holding the edge of the sao.
When the bag is filled with garbage, the central ring is removed by pinching its two vertical branches, which frees the edge of the bag. The latter is then closed, for example by means of a cord and it is withdrawn from the support.
FIG. 3 shows a variant of the system for retaining the bag in the support. As can be seen in this figure, the edge of the bag is wrapped around the elastic internal removable ring and the latter is inserted into the groove existing in the ring integral with the uprights.
The support according to the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the figures. Thus, the base of the support can also be constituted by a solid plate, embossed, stamped, perforated or by a frame of any shape in which is mounted a set of bars or parallel rods, interlaced, etc., the various constituent parts being welded or assembled in any suitable manner. The base can also be represented by a simple frame without the background; in this case the bag rests on the floor @ Instead of being rectangular, the base can be of any shape: circular, square, oval, etc.
As a detriment, the periphery of the base can be equal to that of the retention system B or higher, thus obtaining a better seat, or even lower, which makes it possible to fit the supports into each other.

If desired, the support oonforme to the invention can be provided with hooks allowing it to be fixed to a wall, the hooks being mounted for example on the uprights; if necessary the hooks can be replaced by a fixing plate.
It is also possible to provide for the mounting of casters at the feet of the support, for the convenience of transporting the full bag to the place of refuse collection.
The support according to the invention can 8tro executed in iron, copper, brass, aluminum, bronze or other alloys, possibly 'coated with a finishing layer produced by electrodeposition, such as nickel plating or, ohromage, by dipping, by painting, by re-coating or by plastic material or by any other means of decoration or protection.
