Abstract

Es wird ein eingelötetes Wärmetauscherblockfenster zur Verfügung gestellt, bestehend aus zwei Kühlmittel-Umleitungskästen mit dazwischen angeordneten Kühlmittel-Umleitungsrohren. Die Kühlmittel-Umleitungskästen beinhalten einen Verteiler und eine Wanne, die mit Hilfe eines Presssitzes über überlappende Beine miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verteiler beinhalten Führungen und Schlitze, um eine Presssitzverbindung zwischen den Rohren des Wärmetauscherblocks und jedem Verteiler zu ermöglichen, während die Wannen ringförmige Muffen beinhalten, um eine Presssitzverbindung zwischen den Kühlmittel-Umleitungsrohren und jeder Wanne zu ermöglichen.
Das Wärmetauscherblockfenster wird vor dem Löten über einen Presssitz mit dem Wärmetauscherblock verbunden, und die gesamte Baugruppe des Wärmetauscherblocks, einschließlich des Wärmetauscherblockfensters, kann in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang gelötet werden.
