Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine peristaltische Pumpe nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Peristaltische Pumpen der hier zur Rede stehenden Art sind grundsätzlich bekannt. Sie werden zur Förderung verschiedenster flüssiger oder gasförmiger Medien eingesetzt.
  • Aus der EP 1 137 886 ist eine Rollenpumpe zur peristaltischen Förderung von Medien bekannt, die mit einer Schlauchkassette versehen ist. Die Schlauchkassette wird mittels eines verschliessbaren Deckels an der Rollenpumpe fixiert. Die Förderrollen sind federnd an einem Rotationskörper abgestützt. Wie insbesondere aus der Darstellung gemäss Fig. 1 dieser Schrift ersichtlich ist, besitzt eine derartige Rollenpumpe mitsamt der Schlauchkassette eine relativ grosse Länge und benötigt entsprechend viel Platz.
  • Aus der WO 02/25112 ist eine peristaltische Pumpe bekannt, die mit einem mehrteiligen Gehäuse versehen ist, in dem ein Reduktionsgetriebe angeordnet ist. Die Druckrollen zum Abquetschen eines flexiblen Schlauchabschnitts sind in das Reduktionsgetriebe integriert. Eine derartige Pumpe besteht aus einer Vielzahl von Einzelteilen, ist relativ teuer in der Herstellung und benötigt viel Zeit zum Zusammenbauen.
  • Aus der US 5,857,843 eine peristaltische Pumpe bekannt, die einen Tragrahmen aufweist, an dem der Rotor austauschbar gelagert ist. Der Tragrahmen ist mit klinkenförmigen Rastelementen versehen, welche dem Fixieren einer das Gehäuseoberteil bildenden Platte dienen. Die Platte ist auf der Innenseite konkav ausgebildet und dient der Aufnahme eines flexiblen Schlauchabschnitts. Obwohl eine derartige Pumpe sehr einfach aufgebaut und kostengünstig herzustellen ist, hat sie u.a. den Nachteil, dass nur ein vergleichsweise kleiner Schlauch- bzw. Kreisbogenabschnitt zur peristaltischen Förderung zur Verfügung steht. Zudem dürfte die Platte insbesondere in Querrichtung relativ labil sein, was sich negativ auf eine konstante Förderrate auswirkt. Zudem kann die Kraftwirkung des gequetschten Schlauches zum Auseinanderbiegen der Rastelemente führen.
  • Die FR 2 599 434 A beschreibt eine peristaltische Pumpe, die mit einem in einem Gehäuse aufgenommenen Rotor sowie einer Schlauchaufnahme zur Aufnahme eines flexiblen Schlauchabschnitts versehen ist. Der Rotor weist drei drehbar gelagerte Förderrollen auf, mittels welchen der Schlauch zur peristaltischen Förderung eines Mediums abquetschbar ist. Das Gehäuse wird durch einen formstabilen Tragrahmen und die Schlauchaufnahme gebildet, wobei die Schlauchaufnahme federelastisch ausgebildet ist und mittels einer Schnappverbindung am Tragrahmen eingeklipst wird, so dass die Schlauchaufnahme nach dem Einklipsen formstabil am Tragrahmen fixiert ist.
  • Aus der US 4 631 008 A ist ebenfalls eine peristaltische Pumpe mit einem in einem Gehäuse aufgenommenen Rotor in der vorgängig erwähnten Art bekannt. Das Gehäuse umfasst einen Gehäusekörper und eine Abdeckung. Am Gehäusekörper ist ein zungenartiges Federelement angeordnet, welches mit einer Nut an der Abdeckung derat zusammenwirkt, dass die Abdeckung mittels einer Schnappverbindung in axialer Richtung am Gehäusekörper fixierbar ist.
  • Schliesslich ist aus der EP 0 731 275 A eine peristaltische Pumpe bekannt, die mit einem in einem Gehäuse aufgenommenen Rotor sowie einer Schlauchaufnahme zur Aufnahme eines flexiblen Schlauchabschnitts versehen ist. Der Rotor weist drei drehbar gelagerte Förderrollen auf, mittels welchen der Schlauch zur peristaltischen Förderung eines Mediums abquetschbar ist. Das Gehäuse besteht aus zwei im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Teilen, welche mittels einer Schnappverbindung miteinander verbindbar sind.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ausgebildete Pumpe derart zu verbessern, dass sie kompakt ist und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann, dass sie sich einfach und schnell montieren lässt, und dass sie im zusammengebauten Zustand sehr stabil ist und eine hohe Formtreue aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Pumpe gelöst, die mit den im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angeführten Merkmalen versehen ist.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der peristaltischen Pumpe sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 11 definiert.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. In diesen Zeichnungen zeigt:

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt eine sechskanalige peristaltische Pumpe in einer Explosionsdarstellung. Die Pumpe besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Tragrahmen 1, einer Schlauchaufnahme 2, einem Rotor 3 sowie einem Anschlusselement 4 mit sechs daran angeordneten Schlauchabschnitten 43. Ein zur Kopplung mit einem nicht dargestellten Antriebsmotor vorgesehenes Zahnrad 5 ist ebenfalls ersichtlich.
  • Der formstabil ausgebildete Tragrahmen 1 bildet zusammen mit der Schlauchaufnahme 2 das eigentliche Gehäuse der Pumpe. Zur drehbaren Lagerung des Rotors 3 sind am Tragrahmen 1 zwei Lagerbuchsen 11 angeordnet. Die beiden Stirnseiten des Tragrahmens 1 werden durch Platten 12 gebildet, welche mit Schlitzen 15a, 15b zum Fixieren des Tragrahmens 1 bzw. der gesamten Pumpe versehen sind. Schliesslich ist der Tragrahmen 1 auf beiden Seiten mit mehreren schlitzförmigen Aussparungen 13 versehen, in welchen Rastelemente 22 der Schlauchaufnahme 2 klemmend fixierbar sind, wie nachfolgend noch näher erläutert wird.
  • Die Schlauchaufnahme 2 weist einen im wesentlichen omegaförmig ausgebildeten Schlauchbettkörper 25 auf, der sich auf der Innenseite koaxial zur Drehachse des Rotors 3 über ca. 130° kreisbogenabschnittförmig erstreckt und ein Schlauchbett bildet. Omegaförmig heisst im vorliegenden Fall, dass der Schlauchbettkörper 25 im wesentlichen die Form eines grossen Omega (Ω) aufweist. Im Endbereich bildet der Schlauchbettkörper 25 zwei Schenkel 2a, 2b, die in einem fliessenden Übergang von einer konkaven in eine konvexe Form übergehen. Das Schlauchbett wird durch nutförmige Ausnehmungen 21 in sechs Abschnitte unterteilt, die der Aufnahme der flexiblen Schlauchabschnitte dienen. Anstelle der nutförmigen Ausnehmungen 21 zur Bildung von sechs Abschnitten könnte auch eine Schlauchmatte, bestehend aus sechs miteinander verbundenen Schläuchen, zum Einsatz kommen. In diesem Fall könnte der Schlauchbettkörper 25 mit einer weitgehend glatten Innenseite versehen werden. Die beiden Schenkel 2a, 2b des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 sind auf der Aussenseite mit Rastelementen 22 versehen, mittels welchen die Schlauchaufnahme 2 an den schlitzförmigen Aussparungen 13 des Tragrahmens 1 fixierbar ist. Auf der Aussenseite des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 sind radial verlaufende Verstärkungsrippen 23 sowie axial verlaufende Verstärkungsrippen 24 vorgesehen. Die radial verlaufenden Verstärkungsrippen 23 erstrecken sich ca. 180° über die Aussenseite des Schlauchbettkörpers 25, Jedenfalls ist die Schlauchaufnahme 2 derart dimensioniert, dass die beiden Schenkel 2a, 2b des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 endseitig in radialer Richtung federelastisch nachgiebig sind, und ein schnelles Fixeren der Schlauchaufnahme 2 im Sinne einer Schnappverbindung am Tragrahmen 1 ermöglichen.
  • Der Rotor 3 besteht aus einem Rotorkörper 31, der mit einer zentralen Achse 32 versehen ist, die in die Lagerbuchsen 11 des Tragrahmens 1 eingesetzt wird. Am Rotorkörper 31 sind drei in Form von Walzen ausgebildete Förderrollen 33 drehbar gelagert. Der Rotorkörper 3 ist vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt während die zentrale Achse 32 sowie die Förderrollen 33 vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehen.
  • Das Anschlusselement 4 besteht aus einem Grundelement 41, an dem zwölf Rohrabschnitte 42 befestigt sind. An den oberen Teilen dieser Rohrabschnitte 42 sind insgesamt sechs flexible Schlauchabschnitte 43 angeordnet, welche sich nach dem Zusammenbau der Pumpe an der Innenseite des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 anlegen und zur peristaltischen Förderung eines Mediums durch die Förderrollen 33 abquetschbar sind. Es versteht sich, dass die Gestaltung des Ein- und Auslaufbereichs nicht auf eine sechskanalige Pumpe beschränkt ist, sondern die Anzahl der Kanäle praktisch beliebig variierbar ist.
  • Der Zusammenbau der dargestellten Einzelteile zu einer Pumpe kann mit wenigen Handgriffen erfolgen, indem zuerst die einzelnen Schlauchabschnitte 43 am Anschlusselement 4 befestigt werden und danach der Rotor 3 von der Seite in die Schlaufen bildenden Schlauchabschnitte 43 eingeschoben wird. Danach wird die Schlauchaufnahme 2 U-förmig aufgestellt und der Rotor 3 zusammen mit dem Anschlusselement 4 und den daran angeschlossenen Schlauchabschnitten 43 von oben her eingeschoben. Anschliessend wird der Tragrahmen 1 aufgesetzt und ein Druck ausgeübt, so dass die Achse 32 des Rotors 3 sowie die Rastelemente 22 einschnappen. Schliesslich wird das Anschlusselement 4 am Tragrahmen 1 fixiert. Beim hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel wird das Anschlusselement 4 mittels Schrauben befestigt. Alternativ kann zum Befestigen des Anschlusselements 4 jedoch eine Schnappverbindung vorgesehen werden, welche ein schnelles Fixieren des Anschlusselements 4 am Tragrahmen 1 ermöglicht. Der gesamte Zusammenbau der Pumpe kann ohne die Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen von einer Seite her und erfolgen, was einen Vorteil bei der automatischen Fertigung darstellt.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt einen ersten Querschnitt durch die zusammengesetzte Pumpe. Aus dieser Darstellung sind insbesondere der Rotorkörper 31 zusammen mit den drei drehbar daran angeordneten und sich auf dem jeweiligen Schlauchabschnitt 43 abrollenden Förderrollen 33a, 33b, 33c, die Schlauchaufnahme 2 mit dem omegaförmig ausgebildeten Schlauchbettkörper 25 sowie die radialen und axialen Verstärkungsrippen 23, 24 ersichtlich. Die Verstärkungsrippen 23, 24 stellen sicher, dass die Schlauchaufnahme 2 formstabil ist und sich im Betrieb unter der Belastung der Förderrollen 33a, 33b, 33c nicht verformt. Durch die omegaförmige Gestaltung des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 mit einem "weichen" Ein- und Auslaufbereich wird ein kontinuierliches und pulsationsarmes peristaltisches Fördern des jeweiligen Mediums sicherstellt. Ein weiterer Vorteil des weichen Ein- und Auslaufes ist die Reduktion von Drehmomentspitzen, welche Motor und Getriebe belasten würden. Wenn von einer Drehrichtung D im Gegenuhrzeigersinn ausgegangen wird, so stellt der mit dem Bezugszeichen 35 versehene Bereich den Einlaufbereich dar, während der mit dem Bezugszeichen 36 versehene Bereich den Auslaufbereich der Pumpe bildet. Die Pumpe kann sowohl im Uhrzeigersinn wie auch im Gegenuhrzeigersinn betrieben werden.
  • Weicher bzw. kontinuierlicher Ein- und Auslaufbereich bedeutet, dass sowohl der Einlaufbereich 35 wie auch der Auslaufbereich 36 so gestaltet sind, dass durch die sich auf dem jeweiligen flexiblen Schlauchabschnitt 43 abrollende Förderrolle 33a, 33c der förderwirksame Schlauchquerschnitt kontinuierlich verkleinert bzw. vergrössert wird. Wichtig ist in diesem Zusammenhang, dass der Schlauchbettkörper 25 genau gefertigt ist und im Betrieb eine hohe Formtreue aufweist, so dass die vorgegebenen Abstände zwischen Förderrolle 33a, 33b, 33c und Schlauchbettkörper 25 eingehalten werden.
  • Neben dem genannten Vorteil ergeben sich durch einen kontinuierlichen Ein- und Auslaufbereich 35, 36 weitere Vorteile, indem beispielsweise die bei der Rotation des Rotors 3 auftretenden Drehmomentschwankungen minimiert werden. Dies wird zusätzlich durch die Tatsache begünstigt, dass der Rotor 3 mit drei Förderrollen 33a, 33b, 33c versehen ist und der Einlaufbereich 35 gegenüber dem Auslaufbereich 36 um ca. 240° um die Drehachse des Rotors 3 versetzt ist, so dass sich die erste Förderrolle 33a in etwa in der Mitte des Einlaufbereichs 35 befindet, wenn sich die dritte Förderrolle 33c in etwa in der Mitte des Auslaufbereichs 36 befindet. Durch die gezeigte Gestaltung wird zudem auch ein hoher Wirkungsgrad erzielt und die mechanische Belastung der Schlauchabschnitte 43 reduziert, was deren Lebensdauer erhöht. Da die Pumpe symmetrisch gestaltet ist kann sie auch bidirektional, d.h. in beiden Drehrichtungen betrieben werden. Aus der Darstellung gemäss Fig. 2 ist zudem ersichtlich, dass der jeweilige Schlauchabschnitt 43 im Einlaufbereich 35 und im Auslaufbereich 36 nicht ganz zusammengequetscht ist, während er nach dem Einlaufbereich 35 durch die entsprechende Förderrolle 33b vollständig abgequetscht ist und eine peristaltische Förderung des jeweiligen Mediums ermöglicht. Eine derartig gestaltete Pumpe eignet sich insbesondere auch zum zellschonenden Fördern von flüssigen Medien wie beispielsweise Blut, da durch die spezifische Gestaltung des Ein- und Auslaufbereichs 35, 36 die Blutkörperchen geschont werden.
  • Die Ausbildung der Schlauchaufnahme 2 mit einem formstabilen Schlauchbettkörper 25 und elastisch nachgiebigen Schenkeln 2a, 2b ermöglicht eine sehr schnelle und einfache Montage, indem die Schlauchaufnahme 2 einfach am Tragrahmen eingeklipst wird. Obwohl die Schenkel 2a, 2b für die Montage zwar elastisch nachgiebig sein müssen, muss der Schlauchbettkörper 25 nach dem Fixieren eine hohe Masshaltigkeit und eine präzise Geometrie beibehalten. Dies wird u.a. dadurch erreicht, dass die federelastisch nachgiebigen Teile mittels äusserer formschlüssiger Abstützung am Tragrahmen 1 positioniert und versteift werden.
  • Aus der Fig. 3, welche die zusammengesetzte Pumpe in einem Querschnitt zwischen zwei Schlauchabschnitten 43 zeigt, ist insbesondere die klemmende Fixierung des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 am Tragrahmen 1 ersichtlich. Die auf der Aussenseite des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 angeordneten Rastelemente 22 greifen in die schlitzförmigen Aussparungen 13 im Tragrahmen 1 ein. Die Rastelemente 22 greifen zudem formschlüssig an einem oberen, die schlitzförmigen Aussparungen 13 begrenzenden Steg 14 des Tragrahmens 1 an. Um eine hohe Steifigkeit im flexiblen Bereich des am Tragrahmen 1 fixierten Schlauchbettkörpers 25 sicherzustellen, werden die Schenkel 2a, 2b des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 durch den Steg 14 des Tragrahmens 1 auf der Aussenseite formschlüssig abgestützt. Diese Gestaltung stellt insbesondere auch die präzise Einhaltung der optimierten Abstände zwischen den Förderrollen 33a, 33b, 33c und der Innenseite 25a des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 sicher.
  • Die einzelnen, elastischen Schlauchabschnitte 43 unterstützen die Fixierung des Schlauchbettkörpers 25 am Tragrahmen 1 zusätzlich, da die Förderrollen 33a, 33b, 33c des Rotors 3 den Schlauchbettkörper 25 über die Schlauchabschnitte 43 in radialer Richtung belasten, so dass dessen Fixierung am Tragrahmen 1 zusätzlich unterstützt wird.
  • Das Anschlusselement 4 ist derart ausgestaltet und auf die Schlauchaufnahme 2 und den Rotor 3 abgestimmt, dass der einzelne Schlauchabschnitt 43 im wesentlichen tangential in den Schlauchbettkörper 25 der Schlauchaufnahme 2 hinein- und auch wieder hinausgeführt wird.
  • Obwohl vorgängig immer auf das in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel einer Pumpe mit 3 Förderrollen Bezug genommen wurde, versteht es sich, dass die Anzahl Förderrollen im Rahmen der durch die Patentansprüche definierten Erfindung praktisch beliebig variierbar ist. Dabei muss der Schlauchbettkörper 25 den Rotor 3 in Abhängigkeit der Anzahl Förderrollen zumindest soweit umschlingen, dass immer zumindest eine Förderrolle 33a, 33b 33c aktiv ist, d.h. mit dem jeweiligen Schlauchabschnitt im Eingriff steht und diesen abquetscht. Die minimale Umschlingung bzw. der minimale Umschlingungswinkel kann dabei folgendermassen berechnet werden: Umschlingung = 360 ⁢ ° / Anzahl - Förderrollen

  • Bei Anwendung von Schlauchpumpen für höhere Drücke kann es darüberhinaus vorteilhaft sein, mindestens zwei Förderrollen zu jedem Zeitpunkt im Eingriff zu haben. In diesem Fall wird die Umschlingung nach folgender Formel berechnet: Umschlingung = 2 × 360 ⁢ ° / Anzahl Förderrollen

  • Die berechnete Umschlingung ist jeweils als Mindestmass zu verstehen. Vorzugsweise wird die Umschlingung ca. 10° grösser gewählt, als der nach vorgängiger Formel berechnete Umschlingungswinkel. Unter Umschlingung ist derjenige Teil des Schlauchbetts zu verstehen, der den Rotor koaxial umfasst.
  • Zusammenfassend lassen sich folgende Vorteile einer erfindungsgemäss gestalteten, peristaltischen Pumpe festhalten:
    • Sie ist einfach aufgebaut und besteht aus wenigen Teilen;
    • Sie kann aus einer Montagerichtung zusammengebaut werden und eignet sich daher für eine automatische Fertigung;
    • Sie kann schnell und ohne Werkzeug zusammengebaut werden;
    • Sie weist nach dem Zusammenbau eine hohe Formtreue (Steifigkeit) auf;
    • Sie kann kostengünstig gefertigt werden;
    • Sie ist kompakt und leicht;
    • Sie kann ein- oder mehrkanalig ausgeführt werden;
    • Sie eignet sich zur zellschonenden Förderung von Flüssigkeiten wie beispielsweise Blut;
    • Sie kann bidirektional betrieben und universell eingesetzt werden.
    • Sie reduziert Pulsation, Drehmomentspitzen, ist verschleissarm und hat dadurch einen erhöhten Wirkungsgrad.

Claims (11)

  1. Peristaltische Pumpe, mit einem in einem Gehäuse aufgenommenen Rotor (3), der mit zumindest einer drehbar gelagerten Förderrolle (33a, 33b, 33c) versehen ist, sowie einer Schlauchaufnahme (2) zur Aufnahme von zumindest einem flexiblen Schlauchabschnitt (43), welcher zur peristaltischen Förderung eines Mediums durch die Förderrolle (33a, 33b, 33c) abquetschbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse durch einen formstabilen Tragrahmen (1) und die Schlauchaufnahme (2) gebildet wird und die Schlauchaufnahme (2) mit einem Schlauchbettkörper (25) versehen ist, der auf der Innenseite ein Schlauchbett und endseitig zwei Schenkel (2a, 2b) bildet, welch letztere in radialer Richtung derart federelastisch ausgebildet sind, dass sie im Sinne einer Schnappverbindung am Tragrahmen (1) eingeklipst werden können, und wobei der Tragrahmen (1) mit Aussparungen (13) und die Schenkel (2a, 2b) des Schlauchbettkörpers (25) endseitig mit Rastelementen (22) zum Einklipsen an den Aussparungen (13) des Tragrahmens (1) versehen sind und die Schlauchaufnahme (2) nach dem Einklipsen formstabil am Tragrahmen (1) fixiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Rastelemente (22) auf der Aussenseite der Schenkel (2a, 2b) angeordnet sind und der Tragrahmen (1) oberhalb der Aussparungen (13), auf der dem Schlauchbettkörpers (25) zugewandten Innenseite, mit einem Steg (14) zum form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Abstützen des jeweiligen Schenkels (2a, 2b) des Schlauchbettkörpers (25) auf der Aussenseite versehen ist.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) den Rotor (3) zumindest teilweise koaxial umschlingt.
  3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schenkel (2a, 2b) des Schlauchbettkörpers (25), im Bereich des jeweiligen Schenkelendes, in einem fliessenden Übergang von einer konkaven in eine konvexe Form übergehen.
  4. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) im wesentlichen omegaförmig ausgebildet ist.
  5. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dessen Formtreue und Fixierung am Tragrahmen (1) zusätzlich zu der federelastischen Eigenspannung der Schenkel (2a, 2b) durch die Kraftwirkung des gequetschten Schlauchabschnitts bzw. der gequetschten Schlauchabschnitte (43) unterstützt wird.
  6. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) mit einer Vielzahl von radial und/oder axial verlaufenden Verstärkungsrippen (23, 24) versehen ist.
  7. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) auf der Innenseite mit einer Vielzahl von nutförmigen Ausnehmungen (21) zur Aufnahme und Führung einer Mehrzahl von Schlauchabschnitten (43) versehen ist.
  8. Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Förderrolle (33a, 33b, 33c) walzenförmig ausgebildet ist und sich in axialer Richtung über die nutförmigen Ausnehmungen (21) hinweg erstreckt.
  9. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Schlauchabschnitt (43) im wesentlichen tangential in den Schlauchbettkörper (25) hinein- und auch wieder hinausgeführt ist.
  10. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (3) mit zumindest zwei Förderrollen (33a, 33b, 33c) versehen ist und dass der Schlauchbettkörper (25) den Rotor (3) um zumindest 360° geteilt durch die Anzahl-Förderrollen koaxial umschlingt.
  11. Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (3) mit drei Förderrollen (33a, 33b, 33c) versehen ist und der Einlaufbereich (35) gegenüber dem Auslaufbereich (36) um 210 bis 270°, vorzugsweise um ca. 240°, um die Drehachse des Rotors (3) versetzt ist.
