Claims (14)

  1. A sliding board, in particular a ski, having a cover layer (11) and a sliding coating (8), said sliding board being provided in its center section with at least one accommodating part (3, 3', 3", 3"'), which is arranged so as to be recessed as compared to its upper side and which encompasses a base (4, 4', 4", 4"') and guide sections (6, 6', 6", 6'"), wherein guides (7, 7") are formed between the base (4, 4', 4", 4'") and the guide sections (6, 6', 6", 6'") for inserting and arranging a binding allowing it to slide, a binding part or a support thereof, which can be fixed in certain positions in longitudinal direction of the sliding board, wherein the outer cover layer (11) is recessed in the center and at least covers the guide sections (6, 6', 6", 6") in such a manner,

  3. The sliding board according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the accommodating part (3"') encompasses a center part (3'"b) on which the guides (7') are arranged in such a manner that they are closed in the direction to the center of the ski.
  4. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the accommodating part (3) is at least partly integrated in the interior of the sliding board by means of foam, which hardens during the compression molding process of the sliding board.
  5. The sliding board according to claim 4, characterized in that the accommodating part (3) encompasses fastening parts (3a), which are held in the hardened foam.
  6. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized that the accommodating part is inserted into a countersunk or cut recess of a foam part and is connected thereto, in particular by means of adhesion.
  7. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the accommodating part (3') is connected to the residual core components (14'a, 14'b) made of wood and/or of plastic, in particular by means of adhesion.
  8. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the accommodating part (3") is embodied in one piece with the side parts of the ski and the side walls of the ski, respectively, which are covered by the outer cover layer (11).
  9. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the accommodating part (3, 3', 3", 3"') is free from guide sections (6, 6', 6", 6'") across a part of its longitudinal extension.
  10. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a plurality of accommodating parts are included.
  11. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the material cross section of the accommodating part varies in the longitudinal direction and/or lateral direction of the sliding board according to the desired flexural and torsional stiffness.
  12. The sliding board according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the accommodating part (3, 3', 3", 3'") consists of a plastic, a fiber-reinforced plastic or a composite material.
  13. A pressing mold having an upper mold part and a lower mold part for compression molding the sliding board according to one or a plurality of claims 1 to 12,
