Claims (8)

  1. Sprühkopf für ein fluides Produkt, wobei der Kopf nur aus zwei Stücken gebildet ist, und zwar aus einem äußeren langgestreckten und einem einen Einsatz bildenden inneren Stück, wobei das äußere Stück einen Austreibkanal (5) aufweist, der mit einer Sprühöffnung (1) und einem Sprühprofil (10) versehen ist, die in der Bodenwand des äußeren Stücks gebildet sind, wobei das Sprühprofil (10) nicht radiale Sprühkanäle (11) aufweist, die in einer mittigen Sprühkammer (12) münden, die direkt vor der Sprühöffnung (1) angeordnet ist, wobei das innere, einen Einsatz bildende Stück (20) durch den Innenraum des äußeren Stücks eingeführt wird, um eine innere Düse zu bilden, wobei keine Gefahr besteht, dass die Düse während der Betätigung ausgetrieben wird, und die in dem Austreibkanal (5) angeordnet ist, um mit ihrer Stirnfläche den Boden des Sprühprofils (10) zu bilden, wobei die Mittelachse (X) des Einsatzes (20) in etwa zu der Mittelachse (Y) des Austreibkanals (5) identisch ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Stück Zentriermittel für den Einsatz (20) aufweist, die in dem Austreibkanal (5) in der Nähe des Sprühprofils auf Höhe der Stirnfläche des Einsatzes angeordnet sind, wobei die Zentriermittel mindestens einen Vorsprung (30), vorzugsweise drei Vorsprünge, aufweisen, wobei der Durchmesser des einbeschriebenen fiktiven Kreises, der durch die Vorsprünge definiert ist, in etwa zu dem Durchmesser des Einsatzes (20) identisch ist, wobei die Zugänge (15) des Austreibkanals (5) zu den Sprühkanälen (11) zwischen den Vorsprüngen gebildet sind.
  2. Kopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Austreibkanal (5) drei Abflachungen (30) aufweist, die symmetrisch um den Kanal verteilt sind, wobei die Abflachungen (30) mit dem Einsatz (20) zusammenwirken, um ihn in Bezug auf den Austreibkanal (5) zu zentrieren.
  3. Kopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mittelachse (X) des Einsatzes (20) in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (Y) des Austreibkanals (5) um einen Abstand von weniger als 0,08 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 0,03 mm, exzentrisch ist.
  4. Sprühkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sprühkammer (12) einen Durchmesser von 1 mm aufweist.
  5. Sprühkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sprühöffnung (1) einen Durchmesser von 0,3 mm aufweist.
  6. Einheit von Sprühköpfen, die aus ein und demselben Nest der Gussform gefertigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Köpfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 gebildet sind.
  7. Einheit nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Standardabweichung der Exzentrizität der Mittelachse (X) des Einsatzes (20) in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (Y) des Austreibkanals (5) für alle Sprühköpfe aus einem gleichen Nest der Gussform weniger als 0,05 mm, vorteilhafterweise weniger als 0,02 mm, beträgt.
  8. Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Sprühkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 aufweist.
