Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung, wie Stromkreisunterbrecher, zum Trennen elektrischen Stroms, , umfassend ein Gehäuse (1), zwei ortsfeste Kontakte (21, 22), die von dem Gehäuse getragen sind, einen mobilen Kontakt (20), der selektiv an den ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) angebracht ist, ein Ausrüstungsmechanismus (3) mit einem Wirkglied (31) zum selektiven Stellen des beweglichen Kontakts (20) hin zu den ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) und eine Freigabeeinrichtung (42) zum selektiven Freigeben des mobilen Kontakts (20) von den ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) im Falle einer Freigabe, wobei das Wirkglied (31) ein Betätigungsteil (311), einen Exzenter (312), der mit dem Betätigungsteil (311) fest verbunden ist, und ein Zwischenglied (313) aufweist, das durch den Exzenter bewegt ist, wobei das Betätigungsteil (311) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (1) zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Eingriffsposition angebracht ist, elastisch in dessen Ruheposition vorgespannt ist, in der der mobile Kontakt (20) von den ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) freigegeben ist, und mit einer Nabe (311a) versehen ist, die eine erste Zustandsanzeige (6) trägt, die von außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) in der Ruheposition des Betätigungsteils (311) sichtbar ist, wobei der Ausrüstungsmechanismus (3) außer dem Wirkglied (31) einen Antriebsschieber (32) umfaßt, der in einer ersten Richtung (D1) durch eine erste elastische Kraft (Feder 51) belastet ist, und den beweglichen Kontakt trägt, wobei der Schieber (32) selektiv relativ zum Gehäuse (1) aus einer inaktiven Position, die er in der Ruheposition des Betätigungsteils einnimmt, längs einer ersten Achse (Z), die zwischen den beiden ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) verläuft, bis in eine aktive Position verschoben ist, die er einnimmt, wenn das Betätigungsteil (311) dessen Eingriffsposition erreicht und in der den beweglichen Kontakt (20) an die ortsfesten Kontakte (21, 22) anbringt, wobei das Zwischenglied selektiv einen festgelegten Betriebszustand einnimmt, den sie im Falle der Freigabe verläßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenglied (313) beim Eingriffszustand das Betätigungsteil (311) kinematisch an den Schieber (32) koppelt, daß das Betätigungsteil (311), das aus dessen Ruheposition bis in dessen Eingriffsposition geschwenkt ist und mittels des Zwischenglieds (313) beim Eingriffszustand aktiv ist, selektiv den Schieber (32) aus dessen inaktiven Position bis in dessen aktive Position längs einer zweiten Richtung (D2) verlagert, die der ersten Richtung (D1) entgegengesetzt ist, daß das Betätigungsteil (311) im Falle der Freigabe eine Zwischenposition einnimmt, wenn die ortsfesten Kontakte (21, 22) und der beweglich Kontakt (20) verlötet oder verschweißt sind, daß die erste Zustandsanzeige (61) von dem Gehäuse (1) in allen Positionen des Betätigungsteils (311) verdeckt ist, in der beim Eingriffszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) der Schieber (32) eine Position zwischen dessen aktiven Position und einer Zwischenposition zwischen dessen aktiver Position und inaktiver Position einnimmt, und daß die Vorrichtung eine Mobilzustandsanzeige (60) umfaßt, die eine zweite Zustandanzeige (62) trägt, die eine Position einnimmt, die der Position des Schiebers (32) entspricht, und die inaktive Position des Schiebers von allen Positionen des Schiebers unterscheidet, die zwischen dessen Zwischenposition und dessen aktiver Position liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Zustandsanzeige (62) von dem Gehäuse (1) in der inaktiven Position des Schiebers (32) bedeckt ist und von außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) bei allen Positionen des Schiebers (32) sichtbar ist, die sich zwischen dessen Zwischenposition und dessen aktiven Position befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mobilzustandsanzeige (60) eine dritte Zustandsanzeige (63) trägt, die von außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) in der inaktiven Position des Schiebers (32) ersichtlich ist und von dem Gehäuse (1) in allen Positionen des Schiebers (32) bedeckt ist, die zwischen dessen mittleren Position und dessen aktiven Position liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) und die dritte Zustandsanzeige (63) die gleiche Farbe aufweisen und daß die erste Zustandsanzeige (61), die zweite Zustandsanzeige (62) und das Gehäuse (1) mit drei unterschiedlichen Farben versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsteil (311) eine Kopplungseinrichtung (310) umfaßt, wobei die Vorrichtung die Form eines Moduls annimmt, das selektiv mit wenigstens einem weiteren äquivalenten Modul verbunden ist, und wobei die Betätigungsteile (311) der verbundenen Module miteinander über wenigstens eine Kopplungseinrichtung verbunden sind und alle die gleiche Position einnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Ende (313a) des Zwischenglieds (313) an dem Exzenter (312) angelenkt ist und daß ein zweites Ende (313b) des Zwischenglieds (313) in dem Eingriffszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) in einer Öse (320) selektiv gehalten ist, die in einem Langloch (322) des Schiebers (32) definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freigabeeinrichtung (4) einen Übertragungsmechanismus (41) und einen Riegel (42) mit einem Kipphebel umfaßt, wobei dieser Riegel (42) an dem Schieber (32) angebracht ist und einen ersten Kipphebel (421) umfaßt, der selektiv durch den Übertragungsmechanismus (41) betätigt ist, um den Schieber (32) von dem Wirkglied (31) abzukoppeln, indem das Zwischenglied (313) in einen Freigabezustand gebracht ist, in welchem das zweite Ende (313b) des Zwischenglieds (313) von der Öse (320) befreit ist und frei in dem Langloch (322) des Schiebers (32) gleiten kann oder verschieblich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der beweglich Kontakt (20) frei verschieblich an dem Schieber (32) getragen ist und bezüglich dem Schieber (32) durch eine zweite elastische Kraft (Feder 52) vorgespannt ist, die in der zweiten Richtung (D2) wirkt, wobei dieser bewegliche Kontakt in der aktiven Position des Schiebers (32) mit der zweiten elastischen Kraft (52) von den ortsfesten Kontakten (21, 22) belegt ist und in der inaktiven Position des Schiebers (32) durch die zweite elastische Kraft (Feder 52) gegen einen Anschlag (321) des Schiebers (32) gebracht und von den Kontakten (21, 22) befreit ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche in Kombination mit Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (42) mit einem Kipphebel selektiv einen Verriegelzustand und einen Endriegelungszustand einnimmt und daß sich im Verriegelzustand der erste Hebel (421) unter dem Einfluß einer dritten elastischen Kraft (Feder 53) in einer ersten relativen Drehposition bezüglich des Schiebers (32) liegt, in der dieser erste Hebel (421) selektiv den Eingriffszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) durch Halten des zweiten Endes (313) dieses Zwischenglieds in der Öse (320) definiert, wobei diese Öse auf einer Seite durch einen Ausschnitt (420) dieses ersten Hebels (421) und auf einer anderen Seite durch eine erste Schräge (323) begrenzt ist, die durch ein erstes Ende der Bohrung (322) des Schiebers (32) gebildet ist und eine nicht vernachlässigbare Neigung bezüglich der ersten Achse (Z) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem entriegelten Betriebszustand der erste Hebel (421) durch den Übertragungsmechanismus (41) der gegen die dritte elastische Kraft (Feder 53) in eine zweite relative Drehposition bezüglich des Schiebers (32) positioniert ist, in welchem die Öse (320) durch wegrücken relativ zum Freischnitt (420) des ersten Hebels und zur ersten Schräge (323) offen ist und es dem Zwischenglied (313) erlaubt, von dessen Eingriffszustand in dessen Freigabezustand durch Gleiten dessen zweiten Endes (213b) an der ersten Schräge (323) und durch freies Gleiten am diesem zweiten Ende (313b) in der Bohrung (322) des Schiebers (32) auf einem Teil wenigstens der Bahn zu gelangen, die der Schiebers (32) zwischen dessen aktiven Position und dessen inaktiven Position nimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangnen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Verlauf des Betätigungsteils (311) von dessen Ruheposition in dessen Eingriffsposition und beim Eingriffszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) dieses Zwischenglied eine Zwischenposition passiert, in der das Zwischenglied der ersten Achse (Z) durch dessen erstes und zweites Ende (313a, 313b) aufgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche in Kombination mit Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausschnitt (420) des ersten Hebels (421) eine zweite Schräge (420a) aufweist und daß in der Eingriffsposition des Betätigungsteils (311) und im Eingriffszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) das zweite Ende (313b) das Zwischenglied (313a) an der ersten und der zweiten Schräge (323, 420a) eine erste bzw. eine zweite Abstützkraft ausübt, wobei die erste Abstützkraft größer als die zweite Abstützkraft ist und beispielsweise gleich oder doppelt so groß wie die zweite Abstützkraft ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgegangenen Ansprüche in Kombination mit Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsteil in Richtung dessen Ruheposition durch eine vierte elastische Kraft (Feder 54) vorgespannt ist, so daß der Ausschnitt (420) des ersten Hebels (421) durch eine dritte Schräge (420b) geringer Neigung bezüglich des Zwischenglieds (313) in dem Freigabezustand umgeben ist, und daß in der Eingriffsposition des Betätigungsteils (311) und dem freigegebenen Betriebszustand des Zwischenglieds (313) das zweite Ende (313b) des Zwischenglieds (313) translatorisch den ersten Hebel (421) von dessen erster relativer Drehposition in dessen zweite relative Drehposition unter dem Einfluß der dritten elastischen Kraft (Feder 54) passieren läßt, indem an der dritten Schräge (420b) abgestützt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangen Ansprüche in Kombination mit Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenglied (313) durch einen U-förmigen Träger gebildet ist, der einen ersten lateralen Schenkel (313a) und einen zweiten lateralen Schenkel (313b) aufweist, die jeweils das erste und das zweite Ende dieses Zwischenglieds (312) bilden und die miteinander durch eine gemeinsame Basis (313c) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertragungsmechanismus (41) einen zweiten Hebel (411) umfaßt, der schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (1) angebracht ist und eine Hebung (411a) aufweist, die selektiv angetrieben ist, beispielsweise durch einen externen beweglich Vorsprung, der in dem Gehäuse quer zu einem ersten Fenster (11) vorsteht, das in diesem Gehäuse (1) ausgebildet ist, und eine kinematische Verbindung aufweist, die die Drehposition des ersten Hebels (421) in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einer Drehposition des zweiten Hebels (411) bestimmt, wobei diese kinematische Verbindung wenigstens einen Antriebszapfen (411b) umfaßt, der an diesem zweiten Hebel (411) getragen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kinematische Verbindung außerdem einen dritten Hebel (412) umfaßt, der schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (1) angebracht ist, wobei dieser dritter Hebel (412) selektiv durch den zweiten Hebel (411) angetrieben ist und einen Antriebsfinger (412a) in Abstützung an dem zweiten Hebel (421) sowie eine Nut (421b) umfaßt, in die der Antriebszapfen (411b) des zweiten Hebels (411) verschiebbar aufgenommen ist, wobei der erste und der zwei te Hebel (411, 412) jeweils Drehbewegungen geringer Winkelamplitude und größere Winkelamplitude ausführen, wenn der erste Hebel (421) von seiner ersten relativen Drehposition in seine zweite relative Drehposition übergeht.
