Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour remplir des contenants de stockage à partir d'appareils de distribution avec unité de pompe et un cylindre de dosage pour chaque composant, où les contenants de stockage sont reliés aux cylindres de dosage, où le dispositif présente une station de remplissage (30) pour la réception de l'appareil de distribution, qui contient entre chaque contenant de stockage (2, 3) et un raccord associé (6, 7) de la station de remplissage une installation de couplage (4, 5) et chaque installation de couplage présente une partie de couplage d'appareil (28) et une partie de couplage de station (29), et où la partie de couplage de station (29) présente une tête de couplage (24) qui est déplaçable par rapport au guidage (31) et un cylindre d'étanchéité (21), qui reçoit un poussoir d'ouverture (18) et est déplaçable par rapport à la tête de couplage et contient une partie de centrage (32) pouvant être poussée sur un manchon de centrage (15) à la tubulure d'admission (17) de l'appareil de distribution.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couplage d'appareil (28) est disposée dans une tubulure d'admission (17) de l'appareil de distribution et la partie de couplage de station (29) dans un guidage (31) dans le support (33) de la station de remplissage (30).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couplage d'appareil (28) est chargée par une tête de soupape (12) chargée par un premier ressort de pression (14) et le poussoir d'ouverture (18) dans la partie de couplage de station (29) par un deuxième ressort de pression (20), où la tige (29) du poussoir d'ouverture est fixée dans la tête de couplage et: celle-ci est actionnable par un organe d'actionnement (9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de couplage (4, 5) contient des moyens d'étanchéité (16 ; 22, 23) qui rendent étanche la tête de soupape (12) et le poussoir d'ouverture (18) par rapport à la tubulure d'admission (17).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir d'ouverture (18) se trouve dans un cylindre d'étanchéité (21) disposé dans la tête de couplage (24), qui est rendu étanche avec un joint d'étanchéité (25) par rapport à la tête de couplage (24).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête de couplage (24) contient une garniture d'étanchéité (22) disposée dans le cylindre d'étanchéité (21), qui rend étanche le cylindre d'étanchéité à la fois par rapport à une partie conique du poussoir d'ouverture et aussi par rapport à la tubulure d'admission.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente deux installations de couplage (4, 5) qui peuvent être chargées chacune par des moyens d'actionnement mécaniques (8, 9) et/ou électriques et/ou pneumatiques et/ou hydrauliques.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les installations de couplage sont disposées sur le même axe et l'une en face de l'autre, entre les évacuations des contenants de stockage et les admissions des unités de dosage.
  9. Procédé pour remplir des contenants de stockage à partir d'un appareil de distribution au moyen d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de distribution est introduit dans la station de remplissage ouverte, et par l'actionnement des organes de serrage rapide, à la fois l'appareil de distribution est serré et aussi les soupapes dans la partie de couplage d'appareil et dans la partie de couplage de station sont ouvertes, à la suite de quoi, par déverrouillage et actionnement des organes de serrage rapide, les soupapes sont fermées, et l'appareil de distribution est libéré et peut être retiré.
