Claims (9)

  1. An apparatus for the filling of storage containers on dispensing devices having a pump unit and a metering cylinder for each component, wherein the storage containers are connected to the metering cylinders, wherein the apparatus has a filling station (30) for the reception of the dispensing device, which includes a coupling device (4, 5) between each storage container (2, 3) and an associated connection (6, 7) of the filling station, and wherein each coupling device has an apparatus coupling part (28) and a station coupling part (29), and wherein the station coupling part (29) has a coupling head (24) which is movable relative to the guide (31) and includes a sealing cylinder (21) which receives an opening plunger (18) and is displaceable relative to the coupling head and also includes a centering part (32) which can be pushed over a centering muff (15) at the inlet stub (17) of the discharge device.
  2. An apparatus in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the apparatus coupling part (28) is arranged in an inlet stub (17) of the discharge device and the station coupling part (29) is arranged in a guide (31) in the carrier (33) of the filling station (30).
  3. An apparatus in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the apparatus coupling part (28) has a valve plate (12) acted on by a first compression spring (14) and the opening plunger (18) in the station coupling part (29) is acted on by a second compression spring (20), with the plunger shaft (19) of the opening plunger being secured in the coupling head and this being actuatable by an actuating member (9).
  4. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the coupling device (4, 5) includes sealing means (16; 22, 23) which seal the valve plate (12) and the opening plunger (18) relative to the inlet stub (17).
  5. An apparatus in accordance with claim 4, characterised in that the opening plunger (18) is located in a sealing cylinder (21) arranged in the coupling head (24), the sealing cylinder being sealed off with a seal (25) relative to the coupling head (24).
  6. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the coupling head (24) contains a seal (22) arranged in the sealing cylinder (21), the seal sealing off the sealing cylinder both with respect to the conical part of the opening plunger and also with respect to the inlet stub.
  7. An apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it has two coupling devices (4, 5) which can be respectively acted on by mechanical (8, 9) and/or electrical and/or pneumatic and/or hydraulic actuating means.
  8. An apparatus in accordance with claim 7, characterised in that the coupling devices are arranged on a common axis and opposite to one another between the outlets of the storage container and the inlets of the metering units.
  9. A method for the filling of supply containers at a discharge device by means of an apparatus in accordance with any one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the discharge device is introduced into the opened filling station and both the discharge device is clamped in on actuation by the quick clamping device and also the valves in the apparatus coupling part and in the station coupling part are opened, whereafter the valves are closed by unlocking and actuation of the quick clamping device and the discharge device is released and can be removed.
