    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlüsselanhänger mit einem Grundkörper und einer durch ein Fenster abgedeckten Aufnahmetasche für einen zur Identifikation des jeweils mit dem Anhänger verbundenen Schlüssels dienenden Informationsträger.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Bekannt ist ein Schlüsselanhänger der vorstehenden Art, dessen Grundkörper nach Art eines eine Rückwand aufweisenden Rahmens ausgebildet ist, in den von einer Schmalseite her ein regelmäßig von einem Kartonstreifen gebildeter Informationsträger und ein zum Schutz des Informationsträgers dienender durchsichtiger Hartfolienstreifen einschiebbar sind. Im Bereich zweier sich gegenüber liegender Seiten des Grundkörpers weist dieser jeweils ein Loch auf, von denen eines zum Aufhängen des Schlüsselanhängers und eines zur Aufnahme eines Schlüsselringes oder eines die Form einer 8 aufweisenden Zwischengliedes dient, der bzw. das gleichzeitig zur Sicherung der Lage des Informationsträgers und des ein Fenster bildenden Hartfolienstreifens im Grundkörpers nutzbar ist (vgl. SCHÄFER SHOP Hauptkatalog 2003/ 2004, S. 559). Dieser bekannte Schlüsselanhänger vermag nicht voll zu befriedigen, weil der Rand des zur Aufnahme des Schlüsselringes bestimmten Loches vergleichsweise stark beansprucht wird und die Führung des Schlüsselringes bzw. des Zwischengliedes durch die regelmäßig schmale Lochwand zu wünschen übrig lässt. Über die gleichen Unzulänglichkeiten verfügt auch ein aus der DE 85 21 845 U bekannter Schlüsselanhänger.
  • Aus der US 2003/002277 A1 ist außerdem eine "Personal Hilfe" bekannt, die an ihrem eine Ende nach Art einer Gabel ausgebildet ist, an welcher - soweit erkennbar, vermutlich mittels an den einander zugewandten Innenseiten der Gabelzinken angeordneter Vorsprünge - unter Zwischenschaltung eines Riemens optional ein Schlüsselring befestigbar ist.
  • Schlüsselanhänger mit einem U-förmigen Grundkörper, dessen Joch zur Halterung von Schlüsseln dient und dessen ebenfalls eine Art Gabel bildende Schenkelenden durch ein Schließorgan überbrückbar sind, zeigen die FR 1 443 390 A und die US 2 218 932 A .
  • Ein speziell für Fahrzeugschlüssel geeigneter Schlüsselanhänger mit einem ebenfalls nach Art einer Gabel ausgebildeten Ende ist aus der DE 101 17 928 A1 bekannt. Bei diesem Schlüsselanhänger werden die Gabelenden durch das Joch eines in ein Loch des Schlüssels einfädelbaren Bügels überbrückt, wobei das Joch als eine Schwenkachse genutzt wird, um die der Schlüssel aus einer Arbeitsposition in eine den Bart des Schlüssels verdeckende Ablageposition überführbar ist.
  • Über eine gabelförmige Halterung für einen Schlüssel verfügt auch ein aus der GB 2 319 055 bekanntes Hilfsgerät mit einem schlaufenförmigen Griff, das dazu dient, älteren Menschen das Drehen des Schlüssels in einem Schloss zu erleichtern.
  • Schließlich ist aus der US 2 414 041 A ein Schlüsselanhänger bekannt, der aus einer flexiblen Schlinge besteht, die durch einen Querbalken geschlossen ist, dessen Enden in Haltetaschen einer Schlüsselleiste einführbar sind.
  • Außer dem zuerst beschriebenen bekannten Schlüsselanhänger verfügt keiner der weiteren erwähnten Schlüsselanhänger über eine durch ein Fenster abgedeckte Aufnahmetasche für eine zur Identifikation des jeweils mit dem Anhänger verbundenen Schlüssels dienenden, austauschbaren Informationsträger, so dass eine geordnete Ablage und Aufbewahrung von Schlüsseln mit ihnen praktisch kaum möglich ist.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schlüsselanhänger der in Betracht gezogenen Gattung so auszubilden, dass bei ihm ein Schlüsselring auf Dauer sicher gehalten wird. Gelöst wird die gestellte Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch, dass das eine Ende des Schlüsselanhängers nach Art einer Gabel ausgebildet ist, zwischen deren Zinken ein Haltebolzen für einen Schlüsselring angeordnet ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Schlüsselanhänger bietet den Vorteil, dass sich bei ihm die Gabel zu Führungszwecken nutzen lässt, während dem Haltebolzen lediglich eine Tragfunktion zukommt.
  • Es erweist sich als zweckmäßig, wenn sowohl der Grundkörper als auch das Fenster nach Art von Gabeln ausgebildete Enden aufweisen, da eine entsprechende Ausbildung die Voraussetzung für eine schwenkbare Anordnung des Fensters am Grundkörper bildet. Eine solche Anordnung hat den Vorteil, dass das Fenster zum Einbringen und Entfernen eines Informationsträgers aufgeklappt werden kann, was insbesondere den Austausch von Informationsträgern spürbar erleichtert.
  • Vorteilhafterweise umgreifen die Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers die Zinken des mit Bohrungen zur Aufnahme des Haltebolzens versehenen gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters.
  • Bei den bekannten Schlüsselanhängern erweist sich das Verbinden des Schlüsselringes mit dem Schlüsselanhänger deshalb als umständlich, weil der regelmäßig aus zwei Federstahldrahtwindungen bestehende Schlüsselring in das zu seiner Aufnahme dienende Loch des Anhängers oder in eine Öse des Zwischengliedes nach vorherigem Abspreizen eines Drahtendes vom Rest des Ringes gewissermaßen eingeschraubt werden muss. Dieser Nachteil lässt sich bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schlüsselanhänger dadurch eliminieren, dass der Haltebolzen axial verschiebbar in Bohrungen mindestens eines Zinkenpaares gelagert ist. Es ist folglich durch Verschieben des Haltebolzens möglich, den zur Aufnahme eines Schlüsselringes dienenden, von benachbarten Zinken begrenzten Spalt zu öffnen, den Schlüsselring in den Spalt und anschließend den Haltebolzen durch Zurückschieben in seine Ausgangslage in den Schlüsselring einzuführen.
  • Als besonders vorteilhaft erweist es sich, wenn das Fenster und der Grundkörper lösbar miteinander verbunden sind und die Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers an ihren einander zugewandten Seiten mit in die Bohrungen der Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters einführbaren Schwenkzapfen versehen sind. In einem solchen Fall ist der Haltebolzen nach der Verbindung des Grundkörpers mit dem Fensters durch die Schwenkzapfen gegen ein Herausrutschen aus den Bohrungen in den Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters gesichert.
  • Die Handhabung des Schlüsselanhängers lässt sich zusätzlich dadurch erleichtern, dass einer der Schwenkzapfen über ein Gelenk mit dem in den Bohrungen der Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters axial verschiebbar gelagerten Haltebolzen verbunden ist. Aufgrund der Verbindung zwischen dem Schwenkzapfen und dem Haltebolzen wird letzterer beim Trennen des Grundkörpers vom Fenster automatisch aus den Bohrungen der Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters herausgezogen und beim Wiederzusammenfügen der Teile in seine Ausgangsposition zurückgeschoben.
  • Bekannte Schlüsselanhänger werden regelmäßig an ihrem dem Schlüsselring abgewandten Ende an einem einzelnen Haken aufgehängt. Diese Art der Aufhängung bringt es mit sich, dass Anhänger und Schlüssel eine vergleichsweise lange Einheit bilden, die in einem Schlüsselkasten oder Schlüsselschrank vergleichsweise viel Raum beansprucht. Zur Reduzierung des Platzbedarfes empfiehlt es sich, den Schlüsselanhänger an dem Ende aufzuhängen, an dem auch der Schlüsselring angreift. Um eine derartige Aufhängung zu ermöglichen, ist der erfindungsgemäße Schlüsselanhänger im Bereich seines gabelförmigen Endes mit zwei zur seiner Aufhängung zwischen zwei benachbarten Haken dienenden, seitlichen, vorzugsweise zylindrischen Vorsprüngen versehen. Um schließlich eine freie Sicht auf den Informationsträger zu erreichen, empfiehlt es sich, das gabelförmige Ende des Schlüsselanhängers gegenüber seinem den Informationsträger aufnehmenden Hauptteil leicht nach hinten abzubiegen und auf diese Weise die Voraussetzung dafür zu schaffen, dass der aufzubewahrende Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten bzw. Schlüsselschrank eine Position hinter dem Schlüsselaufhänger einnehmen kann.
  • Das Fenster ist vorzugsweise im Bereich des seinem gabelförmigen Ende abgewandten Endes durch Rastmittel am Grundkörper arretierbar und der Grundkörper an seinen Längsseiten mit Führungswangen für das Fenster versehen.
  • Da es sich bei Schlüsselanhängern um ausgesprochene Massenartikel handelt, empfiehlt es sich, sowohl den Grundkörper als auch das Fenster als Kunststoffspritzgussteile auszubilden und für ihre Herstellung Materialien zu verwenden, die es ge-statten, die Zinken des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers und/oder des Fensters federelastisch aufzuweiten.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erläutert.

    Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 allgemein der Grundkörper eines aus zwei Kunststoffspritzgussteilen bestehenden Schlüsselanhängers bezeichnet. Das Material des Grundkörpers 1 ist vorzugsweise undurchsichtig, also beispielsweise schwarz. Das obere, leicht nach hinten gebogene bzw. abgewinkelte Ende des Grundkörpers 1 ist nach Art einer zwei Zinken 2 und 3 aufweisenden Gabel ausgebildet. Die Zinken 2 und 3 gehen in Führungswangen 4 und 5 zur seitlichen Führung eines in Figur 2 dargestellten Fensters 6 über. Zwischen den Führungswangen 4 und 5 und einem oberen Quersteg 7 sowie einem unteren Quersteg 8 befindet sich eine flache Tasche 9 zur Aufnahme eines regelmäßig von einem Kartonstreifen gebildeten, nicht dargestellten Informationsträgers zur Identifikation des jeweiligen Schlüssels.
  • Das Fenster 6 weist an seinem oberen ebenfalls leicht nach hinten gebogenen Ende wie der Grundkörper 1 zwei eine Gabel bildende Zinken 10 und 11 auf, die mit fluchtenden Bohrungen 12 und 13 versehen sind.
  • Die Bohrungen 12 und 13 des Fensters 6 dienen zur Aufnahme eines Haltebolzens 14, der über ein nach Art eines Filmscharnieres ausgebildetes Gelenk 15 mit einem von zwei an den Innenflanken der Zinken 2 und 3 des Grundkörpers 1 vorgesehenen Schwenkzapfen 16 und 17 verbunden ist. Die Länge des Haltebolzens 14 ist ausreichend groß, um den Spalt 18 zwischen den Zinken 10 und 11 zu überbrücken, aber kleiner als die Breite des Fensters 6, so dass die Schwenkzapfen 16 und 17 ebenfalls Platz in den Bohrungen 12 und 13 des Fensters 6 finden.
  • An den den Schwenkzapfen 16, 17 gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Zinken 2 und 3 des Grundkörpers 1 sind zwei zylindrische Vorsprünge 19, 20 angeordnet, die zum Aufhängen des Schlüsselanhängers zwischen einem Paar nicht dargestellter, benachbarter Haken einer Schlüsselleiste genutzt werden können.
  • Wie in Figur 3 gezeigt, kann bei vom Grundkörper 1 getrenntem Fenster selbst ein geschlossener Schlüsselring 21 in den Spalt 18 eingeführt und anschließend durch den Haltebolzen 14 gesichert werden. Aufgrund der Elastizität des für die Herstellung des Grundkörpers 1 und des Fensters verwendeten Materials lässt sich das obere Ende des Fensters 6 problemlos in die vom oberen Ende des Grundkörpers 1 gebildete Gabel einschwenken, um anschließend die in Figur 4 dargestellte Position einzunehmen, in der es durch an den Führungswangen 4 und 5 angebrachte Rastnocken 22 und 23 arretierbar ist, die an den sich gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten des Fensters 6 angeordnete schmale Rippen 24, 25 übergreifen.

Claims (16)

  1. Schlüsselanhänger mit einem Grundkörper (1) und einer durch ein Fenster (6) abgedeckten Aufnahmetasche (9) für einen zur Identifikation des jeweils mit dem Anhänger verbundenen Schlüssels dienenden Informationsträger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein eines Ende nach Art einer Gabel ausgebildet ist, zwischen deren Zinken (2, 3; 10, 11) ein Haltebolzen (14) für einen Schlüsselring (21) angeordnet ist.
  2. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Grundkörper (1) als auch das Fenster (6) jeweils ein nach Art einer Gabel ausgebildetes Ende aufweisen.
  3. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (6) im Bereich seines gabelförmigen Endes schwenkbar am Grundkörper (1) gelagert ist.
  4. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltebolzen (14) axial verschiebbar in Bohrungen (12, 13) mindestens eines Zinkenpaares (10, 11) gelagert ist..
  5. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zinken (2, 3) des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers (1) die Zinken (10, 11) des mit Bohrungen (12, 13) zur Aufnahme des Haltebolzens (14) versehenen, gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters (6) umgreifen.
  6. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (6) und der Grundkörper (1) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zinken (2, 3) des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers (1) an ihren einander zugewandten Seiten mit in die Bohrungen (12, 13) der Zinken (10, 11) des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters (6) einführbaren Schwenkzapfen (16, 17) versehen sind.
  8. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Schwenkzapfen (16) über ein Gelenk (15) mit dem in den Bohrungen (12, 13) der Zinken (10, 11) des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters (6) axial verschiebbar gelagerten Haltebolzen (14) verbunden ist.
  9. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltebolzen (14) und der mit ihm verbundene Schwenkzapfen (16) aus Kunststoff bestehen und das Gelenk von einer ein Stück mit dem Haltebolzen (14) und dem Schwenkzapfen (16) bildenden Kunststoffbrücke gebildet wird.
  10. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er im Bereich seines gabelförmigen Endes mit zu seiner Aufhängung zwischen zwei benachbarten Haken dienenden, seitlichen Vorsprüngen (19, 20) versehen ist.
  11. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (19, 20) zylindrisch sind.
  12. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein gabelförmiges Ende gegenüber seinem den Informationsträger aufnehmenden Hauptteil nach hinten abgebogen ist.
  13. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (6) im Bereich des seinem gabelförmigen Ende abgewandten Endes durch Rastmittel (22, 23) am Grundkörper (1) arretierbar ist.
  14. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) an seinen Längsseiten mit Führungswangen (4, 5) für das Fenster versehen ist.
  15. Schlüsselanhänger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) und das Fenster (6) als Kunststoffspritzgussteile ausgebildet sind.
  16. Schlüsselanhänger nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zinken (2, 3; 10, 11) des gabelförmigen Endes des Grundkörpers und/oder des gabelförmigen Endes des Fensters (6) federelastisch ausgebildet sind.
