Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Einlegen und/oder Einstecken von Druckbeilagen (3 a, b, c), wie Blätter, (Falz-) Bogen, CD's, Warenproben u. dgl., in Druckhauptprodukte (2), wobei die Druckhauptprodukte (2) im Wesentlichen flachliegend in Richtung ihrer Formathöhe in einem wenigstens eine Führungswand (8) aufweisenden Förderkanal (4) mit Mitnehmem (6) eines Fördermittels (5) in Abständen transportiert werden und wobei zumindest ein Blatt (9, 32) der Druckhauptprodukte (2) zum Zuführen der Druckbeilagen (3 a, b, c) geöffnet und anschließend wieder geschlossen wird. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass das zumindest eine Blatt (9, 32) des Druckhauptprodukts (2) wenigstens soweit geöffnet wird, dass über die Hälfte der dadurch geöffneten Platzierungsseite (10) aus vertikaler Richtung zugänglich ist, und dass die Druckbeilagen (3 a, b) den Druckhauptprodukten (2) in Förderrichtung (F) des Förderkanals (4) zugeführt werden, wobei die Zuführrichtung (20) in einer durch die Förderrichtung (F) definierten Vertikalebene liegt. Die Vorteile sind eine hohe Verarbeitungsleistung bei gleichzeitig zuverlässiger und produktschonender Zuführung der Druckbeilagen. Außerdem wird ein positionsgenaues Einlegen bzw. Einstecken der Druckbeilagen ermöglicht.
