Abstract
Beim Zetteln werden mehrere, später gemeinsam einzusetzende Bäume mit möglichst gleicher Wickeldichte hergestellt. Es ist bekannt, die Wickeldichte zu bestimmen und die Wickeldichte von Kopierbäumen auf die eines Vorlagebaumes zu regeln, indem bei Abweichungen eine die Wickeldichte beeinflusssende Größe, wie der Druck einer Anpresswalze, die Fadenspannung oder die Wickelgeschwindigkeit, geändert wird. Zur Bestimmung der Wickeldichte werden Werte für die Wickellänge L einer aufgewickelten Fadenschar und Werte für die Umdrehungen U eines Wickelbaumes ermittelt. Bei den bekannten Verfahren werden die Werte für die Wickellänge mit Hilfe von der Fadenschar angetriebener, umlaufenden Walzen ermittelt oder mit Hilfe einer Tastwalze. Die Ermittlung mit umlaufenden Walzen führt durch den beim Beschleunigen und Abbremsen auftretende Schlupf zu ungenauen Werten. Der Einsatz einer Tastwalze führt zu einem zusätzlichen Aufwand. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren und eine entsprechende Vorrichtung soll eine besseren Übereinstimmung der Wickeldichten der Bäume bei möglichst geringem Aufwand ermöglichen.When picking several, later together to be used trees are produced with the same winding density as possible. An inventive method and a corresponding device should allow a better match of the winding densities of the trees with the least possible effort.
