Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Rollendruckmaschine. Einerseits wird eine Bedruckstoffbahn (01) von einem Einzugswerk (02) in die Rollendruckmaschine eingezogen und von einer in Transportrichtung der Bedruckstoffbahn (01) nach einer zu dieser Rollendruckmaschine gehörenden Druckeinheit (11) angeordneten Zugwalze (03) gezogen, wobei die Zugwalze (03) von einem steuerbaren oder regelbaren Motor (04) angetrieben wird, wobei das Einzugswerk (02) und der Motor (04) der Zugwalze jeweils von einer Steuereinheit (06) gesteuert oder von einer Regeleinheit (06) geregelt werden, wobei von der den Motor der Zugwalze (03) steuernden Steuereinheit (06) oder von der den Motor der Zugwalze (03) regelnden Regeleinheit (06) ein Messwert (MA) hinsichtlich eines von diesem Motor ausgeübten, an der Bedruckstoffbahn (01) als Zugkraft angreifenden Antriebsmomentes erfasst wird, wobei dieser Messwert (MA) der das Einzugswerk (02) steuernden Steuereinheit (06) oder der das Einzugswerk (02) regelnden Regeleinheit (07) zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wobei die Rollendruckmaschine in ihrem Hochlauf in Abhängigkeit von diesem ermittelten Messwert (MA) gesteuert oder geregelt wird. Andererseits wird eine Bedruckstoffbahn (01) von einem Einzugswerk (02) und/oder einer in Transportrichtung der Bedruckstoffbahn (01) nach einer zu dieser Rollendruckmaschine gehörenden Druckeinheit angeordneten Zugwalze (03) mit einer einstellbaren Geschwindigkeit in die Rollendruckmaschine eingezogen, wobei die Einstellung der Geschwindigkeit des die Bedruckstoffbahn (01) in die Rollendruckmaschine einziehenden Einzugswerks (02) in Abhängigkeit von einer an der Bedruckstoffbahn (01) angreifenden Zugkraft erfolgt, wobei die Zugkraft in der Bedruckstoffbahn von einem Antriebsmoment eines Motors der Zugwalze ausgeübt wird, wobei die Bedruckstoffbahn (01) vor dem Erreichen eines Mindestwertes für das vom Motor der Zugwalze (03) ausgeübte, an der Bedruckstoffbahn (01) als Zugkraft angreifende Antriebsmoment mit einer gegenüber einer sonst zulässigen Geschwindigkeit verringerten Geschwindigkeit eingezogen wird.
