Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rolladen mit einem seitlich geführten Behang aus spanabhebend aus einem Vollholz gefertigten Holzlamellen, die entlang ihrer stoßenden Längsränder Nuten und Federn bilden.The invention relates to a shutter with a laterally guided curtain made of wood chips made of a solid wood, which form along their abutting longitudinal edges grooves and springs.

Trotz der aus Festigkeitsgründen und aus Gründen der Formstabilität erforderlichen. Lamellendicke bleibt die sich bei geschlossenem Rolladen nach Art einer Nut-Federverbindung ergebende gegenseitige Überdeckung der Lamellen vergleichsweise gering, was sich nachteilig auf die Einbruchsicherheit von Rolläden mit einem Behang aus Holzlamellen auswirkt. Dies bedeutet, daß die Anforderungen an den geschlossenen Rolladen hinsichtlich der Wärme- und Schalldämmung einerseits und bezüglich der Funktionssicherheit anderseits durch dickere Holzlamellen besser erfüllt werden können, weil diese dickeren Holzlamellen bessere Festigkeits- und Dämmeigenschaften mit sich bringen und aufgrund ihres höheren Gewichtes das formschlüssige Ineinandergreifen der Nut-Federverbindungen zwischen ihren Längsrändern unterstützen. Trotz der dünneren Holzlamellen kann aufgrund der höheren Festigkeitseigenschaften die gegenseitige Überdeckung der Holzlamellen des geschlossenen Rolladens und damit die Einbruchssicherheit vergrößert werden, weil die Tiefe der Nut-Federverbindung zwischen den Holzlamellen vergrößert werden kann. Mit der durchgehenden Imprägnierung der Holzlamellen kann darüber hinaus der durch die verringerte Lamellendicke bedingte Gewichtsverlust ausgeglichen werden, was der Schließfunktion zugute kommt. Nach der spanabhebenden Profilierung der Holzlamellen 1 werden diese mit einem thermoplastischen Imprägniermittel in an sich bekannter Weise imprägniert, wobei eine möglichst porenfreie Durchdringung des Holzwerkstoffes mit dem Imprägniermittel angestrebt wird. Diese Imprägnierung bringt eine Festigkeitssteigerung der Holzlamellen 1 mit sich, so daß die Dicke der imprägnierten Holzlamellen 1 im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen, strichliert angedeuteten Holzlamellen 4 erheblich verringert werden kann, ohne einen Festigkeitsverlust in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Diese Festigkeitssteigerung erlaubt insbesondere eine Vertiefung der Nut 3, so daß die Überdeckung der nach Art einer Nut-Federverbindung ineinandergreifenden Holzlamellen 1 des geschlossenen Behanges und damit die Einbruchsicherheit vergrößert wird. Die Funktionssicherheit des Behanges bleibt ebenfalls erhalten, weil die Gewichtsverminderung aufgrund der verringerten Dicke der Holzlamellen 1 durch die Imprägnierung mit dem thermoplastischen Imprägniermittel ausgeglichen wird. Es zeigt sich somit, daß durch den Einsatz von mit einem thermoplastischen Imprägniermittel weitgehend porenfrei durchtränkten Holzlamellen 1 Rolläden sichergestellt werden können, die die Vorteile von Holzlamellen nützen, ohne deren Nachteile insbesondere hinsichtlich des Wickeldurchmessers in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.The
