Claims (9)
- Hebe- und Fördergerät (A) von Platten und Bauelementen nach Art derer mit einem Bauelementeträger bzw. Plattenträger und - ausgehend von einem Mast (1) - Teleskopelementen, die durch eine Winde (3) betätigt werden, und einer Gelenkvorrichtung für den Träger von Platten oder Bauelementen (6), der gelenkig an einer Achse (7) gegenüber einer mit dem oberen Ende des äußersten oberen Teleskopelements des Mastes (1) fest verbundenen Einrichtung befestigt ist, wobei die Gelenkvorrichtung ein tragendes Basisteil (9) umfasst, das profiliert und so ausgebildet ist, um Einrichtungen für ihre Kippbewegung in eine horizontale, mittlere oder vertikale Position aufzunehmen, wobei der Bauelementeträger bzw. Plattenträger (10) mit einem Tragarm (10a) ausgebildet ist, der abhängig von der Größe der zu entnehmenden und zu positionierenden Bauelemente oder Platten in der Länge verstellbar ist, wobei der Tragarm (10a) eine Greifeinrichtung beinhaltet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Greifeinrichtung in Form einer Lenkstange (12) mit Schaltgriffen (13-14) und Schalteinrichtungen (23-26) für die Verriegelung / Entriegelung der Gelenkvorrichtung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Lenkstange das Mittel für die Positionsausrichtung des Bauelementeträgers bzw. Plattenträgers in die horizontale, mittlere oder vertikale Lage bildet. - Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkstange (12) in ihrem mittleren Teil mit dem Tragarm (10a) fest verschweißt ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Basisteil des Tragarms (10a) einen kreisförmigen Drehsockel (15) aufnimmt, der mit einem ausgesparten Teil (15a) und zwei Raststufen (15b-15c), die sich im Winkel von 90° zueinander befinden, ausgebildet ist,
und dass der Drehsockel mit dem Tragarm des Bauelementeträgers fest verschweißt ist,
und dass ausgehend von der Oberseite des tragenden Basisteils (9) ein Befestigungskranz (16) mit Schrauben (17) und Lagereinrichtungen (18) des Drehsockels vorgesehen ist, wobei das Ganze mit dem tragenden Basisteil (9), das mit den damit verbundenen Seitenwänden (9b-9c) gekippt werden kann, fest verbunden ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich zu den besagten Seitenwänden des tragenden Basisteils ein Drehanschlag (19) angeordnet und fest mit einer der Seitenwände (9b) verbunden ist, wobei der Anschlag oben über die Seitenwand hinausragt und gegenüber einem der Enden des ausgesparten Teils am Drehsockel zu liegen kommt,
und dass auf der anderen Seite die andere Seitenwand (9c) eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (20) aufnimmt, die geeignet ist, mit einer der Raststufen (15b-15c) am Drehsockel zusammenzuwirken. - Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (20) ein Lager (20a) umfasst, das mit der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand fest verbunden ist,
und dass das besagte Blindlager die Aufnahme eines Stifts (21) ermöglicht, der gegen eine am Grund des Lagers angebrachte Rückholfeder (20) beansprucht wird,
und dass das Ende (21a) des besagten Stiftes mit der Unterseite des Drehsockels in Kontakt kommt, wenn der gerastete Teil nicht korrespondiert,
und dass der Stift, wenn der gerastete Teil nach Entspannung der Rückholeinrichtung ihm gegenüberliegt, teilweise aus seinem Lager heraustritt und sich gegenüber der freien Zone der vorgenannten Raststufe positioniert. - Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsstift mit einer geschulterten inneren Vertiefung ausgebildet ist, die die Einführung des Endstücks (23a) einer ersten Schalteinrichtung in Form eines Zugseils (23) ermöglicht, wobei das besagte Endstück eine Anschlageinrichtung (24) aufnimmt, die mit dem Grund des geschulterten Teils in Kontakt kommt,
und dass das besagte Zugseil (23) über den damit in Beziehung stehenden Schaltgriff (13) mit der vorgenannten Lenkstange (12) verbunden ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (9b-9c) des mit länglichen Schlitzen (9b1-9c1) versehenen tragenden Basisteils die gelenkige Lagerung gegenüber einer Verbindungsachse (7) ermöglichen, die das besagte ortsfeste Profil mit einem einziehbaren Stift (95) durchquert, um sich anzupassen und sich durch die Bestandteile des länglichen Schlitzes hindurch zu positionieren, wobei der besagte Stift mit einer zweiten Schalteinrichtung vom Typ Zugseil (26) kombiniert ist, von dem ein Ende (26a) direkt zum zweiten Schaltgriff (14) an der Lenkstange führt, während das andere Ende (26b) mit dem hinteren Teil des besagten Stifts (95) fest verbunden ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarm (10a) an den Enden positionsverstellbare Verlängerungen (10d) aufnimmt, wobei eine der Verlängerungen eine Markierung (10e) zur Größenangabe aufweist,
und dass eine Vorrichtung zur Höhenverstellung des Bauelementeträgers bzw. Plattenträgers vorgesehen ist,
und dass das obere Teleskopelement (1a), an dem das horizontale ortsfeste Profil (8) für die Aufnahme des kippbaren tragenden Basisteils (9) befestigt ist, mit einer Auflagefläche (27) oder einer gleichwertigen Einrichtung für die Aufnahme des Endstücks einer abrollbaren Messeinrichtung (28) ausgebildet ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung ein Rollmaßband ist, dessen Kasten in einem Lager (29) an der Seitenfläche des Außengehäuses für die Aufnahme der Teleskopelemente des Masts fest angebracht ist.
