Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Ausrichtung von Platten- und Materialträgern für Hebe-und Fördergeräte mit einem Gerätemast, der am oberen Ende ein Auflageprofil für das Gerüst des Plattenträgers besitzt, wobei dieses Gerüst gegenüber dem besagten Auflageprofil gelenkig angebracht ist und das ortsfeste Auflageprofil (12) an seinem Ende eine Gelenkachse (11) der Plattenträgervorrichtung besitzt, wobei diese ein tragendes Basisteil umfasst mit einer oberen flachen Wand (13a), die zur Abstützung und Befestigung am Gerüst dient und durch zwei parallele Seitenteile (13b) (13c) senkrecht zur flachen Basis (13a) verlängert wird, wobei diese Seitenteile mit zwei länglichen kurvenförmigen (13b2), (13c2) Schlitzen versehen sind, welche die Durchführung einer Einrichtung zur Indexierung und Verriegelung (15) ermöglichen, wobei das tragendes Basisteil geeignet ist, von einer horizontalen Position im Verriegelungszustand zu einer vertikalen Position zu kippen, wobei die schräge Zwischenposition dem Beladen des Plattenträgers bzw. dem Aufsetzen auf einer schrägen Ebene entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte ortsfeste Trägerprofil (12) waagrecht liegt, gegenüber dem Mastteil versetzt ist und über die Gelenkachse (11) der Plattenträgervorrichtung das Schwenken der Plattenträgervorrichtung um 90° erlaubt, damit der Fußteil des Gerätes für die senkrechte Position des Plattenträgers nicht behindert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf einer horizontalen Ebene liegende und das Profil (12) durchquerende Einrichtung für die Indexierung und Verriegelung einen Achsbolzen (15a) mit einem Kopf (15b) in Form eines Greifrings umfasst, wobei das Ende des Achsbolzens (15a) abgeschrägt ist (15c) und eine Auflagefläche (15d) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Achsbolzen (15a) fest mit einer Führungsplatte (16) verbunden ist, die geeignet ist, sich auf der quer verlaufenden Auflagefläche des Profils (12) abzustützen und zu positionieren,
    und dass eine Rückholeinrichtung (19) an dem Achsbolzen (15a) zwischen der Führungsplatte und der gegenüberstehenden Innenseite des Seitenteils (13b) angeordnet ist, wobei die Verlagerung durch Zugeinwirkung am Ringteil (15b) der Einrichtung (15) gegen die besagte elastische Einrichtung (19) erfolgt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatte (16) eine Öffnung (16a) für die Durchführung des Achsbolzens (15a), zwei Löcher (16b - 16e) für die Einführung eines Verbindungsstiftes (17) und eine U-förmige Einkerbung (16d) für die Einführung eines Zapfens (18), der auf der quer verlaufenden Auflagefläche des Profils (12) angeordnet ist, aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Plattenträger in Lade- und Transportstellung in einer schrägen Position befindet und der Achsbolzen (15a) an seinem Ende den Schlitz (13b2) des Seitenteils (13b) und den Schlitz (13c2) des Seitenteils (13c) durchquert, wobei die Auflagefläche (15d) des Achsbolzens mit der Innenseite des besagten Seitenteils (13c) in Kontakt kommt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden länglichen Schlitze (13b2 - 13c2) an den Seitenteilen (13b - 13c) mit einem Winkelsektor ausgeführt sind, mit einem Winkel α1 bei dem durchgehenden Schlitz (13b2) und einem Winkel α2 bei dem unterbrochenen Schlitz (13c2).
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Schlitz (13b2) an dem Seitenteil (13b) eine Amplitude α1 von 90° aufweist, die der Kippamplitude des Plattenträgers entspricht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Schlitz (13c2) diskontinuierlich eine Amplitude α2 von 65° aufweist, wobei er einen separaten offenen oberen Teil (13c3) umfasst, der in horizontaler Lage des Plattenträgers den Sitz des Endstücks des Achsbolzens (15a) bildet, und dann einen vollwandigem Zwischenteil (13c4), der ihn vom Rest des Hauptteils (13c2) trennt,
    und dass der Teil (13c3) zur Positionsblockierung und -verriegelung des Achsbolzens (15a) dient.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im unteren Teil entsprechend der senkrechten Lage des Plattenträgers mit Blockierungs- und Verriegelungsfunktion in Verlängerung des Schlitzes (13c2) eine zusätzliche, mit der Öffnung (13c3) identische Öffnung angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (13c2) im unteren Teil, der der senkrechten Lage entspricht und die Blockierungs- und Verriegelungsfunktion ausübt, am Seitenteil (13c) des tragendes Basisteils nicht zu der Höhe verlängert wird, die dem vollständigen Kippen des Plattenträgers in die senkrechte Position entspricht, und die Einrichtung zur Indexierung und Verriegelung (15) mit ihrem Endstück auf der gegenüberstehenden Innenseite des besagten Seitenteils aufliegt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zur Indexierung und Verriegelung (15) einen Achsbolzen (15a) mit quadratischem Querschnitt aufweist, wobei das Profil (12) mit entsprechenden Öffnungen ausgebildet ist,
    und dass an dem Achsbolzen zwei Unterlegscheiben (21 - 22) angebracht sind, wobei die eine (21) mit dem Achsbolzen fest verbunden ist und am Profil aufliegt, während die andere (22) an der Kopfseite (15b) der besagten Einrichtung (15) angebracht ist,
    und dass zwischen den beiden Scheiben (19) eine Rückholfeder eingefügt ist.
