Claims (12)

  1. Behälter (1), umfassend in seinem unteren Teil Klappen (10), die durch eine Greifvorrichtung (2) betätigt werden, die ein hohles Führungsrohr (24) mit einer Achse XX' umfasst, das an seinen zwei Enden offen ist, das an einem ersten Ende eine Befestigungsplatte (25) und an einem zweiten Ende ein feststehendes Greiforgan (23) trägt und in dessen Inneren sich eine bewegliche Betätigungsstange (22) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Klappen (10) hin- und herbewegt, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (2) in einer ersten Position mittels der Befestigungsplatte (2) an einer oberen Wand (11) des Behälters (1) befestigt ist, so dass die Achse XX' der Greifvorrichtung vertikal ausgerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifvorrichtung (2) in einer zweiten Position an der oberen Wand (13) des Behälters mittels einer Hebe- und Transportplatte (3) befestigt ist, die Mittel zum Einhängen (32) an einem Transportmittel umfasst, so dass die Achse XX' der Greifvorrichtung (2) horizontal ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einhängemittel (32) eine Höhe haben, die kleiner oder sogar viel kleiner ist als die Höhe der Greifvorrichtung (2), wenn diese letzte in der ersten Position platziert ist.
  3. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Hebeplatte (3) eine Befestigungsbasis (30) umfasst, die Mittel für die Verbindung (27) mit der oberen Wand (11) des Behälters (1) haltert.
  4. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Einhängemittel (32) von zwei seitlichen Flügeln gebildet sind, die relativ zu der Befestigungsplatte (30) orthogonal emporragen, wobei jeder der Flügel eine Öffnung (33) umfasst, wobei die Öffnungen in einer Achse YY' parallel zu der Befestigungsplatte (30) fluchten und dazu eingerichtet sind, von einem Einhängebolzen (40) durchquert zu werden.
  5. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Einhängemittel (32) Verriegelungsmittel (34) umfassen für das Zusammenwirken mit einer Einhängevorrichtung (4), die den Einhängebolzen (4) haltert, um den Austritt des Einhängebolzens (40) zu verhindern, nachdem dieser letzte in die Öffnungen (33), die an den seitlichen Flügeln (32) angeordnet sind, eingeführt wurde.
  6. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die bewegliche Betätigungsstange (22) mit den Klappen (10) mittels einer Anordnung aus Ketten (26) verbunden ist, die von Gliedern gebildet sind und an einem inneren Ende der beweglichen Betätigungsstange (22) befestigt sind, so dass, wenn die Greifvorrichtung (2) in der ersten Position ist, sich die Klappen (10) öffnen, wenn die bewegliche Betätigungsstange (22) abgesenkt wird, und sich die Klappen (10) schließen, wenn die bewegliche Betätigungsstange (22) angehoben wird.
  7. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 6 in Kombination mit Anspruch 3, wobei die Befestigungsbasis (30) der Hebeplatte (3) einen Schlitz (35) umfasst, der zu einem Ende (36) der Befestigungsbasis (30) hin offen ist und dessen Breite im Wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser der Glieder der Kette (26) ist, so dass es möglich ist, ein Glied durch das offene Ende (36) in den Schlitz einzuführen, um das Hin- und Herbewegen der Kette (26) durch den Schlitz (35) hindurch zu unterbinden.
  8. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei, wenn die Greifvorrichtung (2) in der zweiten Position platziert ist, die Kette (26) in dem Sperrschlitz (35) angeordnet ist, so dass die Klappen (10) in geschlossener Position gehalten werden.
  9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei, wenn die Greifvorrichtung (2) in der zweiten Position ist, die Greifvorrichtung (2) an der Hebeplatte (3) mittels der Befestigungsplatte (25) befestigt ist.
  10. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 9 in Kombination mit Anspruch 3, wobei die Befestigungsbasis (30) der Hebeplatte (3) eine Wand (31) umfasst, die sich senkrecht zu der Befestigungsbasis (30) erstreckt und an der die Befestigungsplatte (25) des Führungsrohrs (24) befestigt ist, wenn die Greifvorrichtung (2) in der zweiten Position ist.
  11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Hebeplatte (3) direkt an dem Führungsrohr (24) der Greifvorrichtung (2) befestigt ist, so dass die Befestigungsbasis (30) zu der Achse XX' parallel ist.
  12. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, der ein Abfallbehälter des im Erdboden eingelassenen, halb im Erdboden eingelassenen oder oberirdischen Typs ist.
