Claims (2)

  1. Mechanischer Labelapplikator unter denjenigen, die über Mittel zur Positionierung von individuellen Aufklebern verfügen, die von einer Rolle oder einem Bandelier erhalten werden, die zu dem Zweck in Abluftkreisläufen aufgenommen sind, diese mittels Druckminderung bis zu deren endgültiger Platzierung festzuhalten, die über eine flache, gestanzte Oberfläche mit einer Größe entsprechend dem Format des festzuhaltenden Labels verfügen, wobei diese Folgendes umfassen:
    - eine Platte (4.1), die gestanzt (4.2) ist und eine Nut (4.3) für die Befestigung des Applikators (1) besitzt, in der ein kleiner Druckabfall produziert wird, der die Ränder des Labels (5) festhält, und
    - eine axiale Absaugung (1.1) von Luft durch einen Zylinder des Applikators (1) selbst und der Welle (2.1) eines elastischen, in sein unteres Ende eingefügten Teils (2), die mittels einer Vakuumpumpe durch einen elastischen Kanal (1.2) durchgeführt wird, wobei die Festhaltung des zentralen Teils des Labels (5) durch die Druckminderung erreicht wird, die an der inneren Seite desselben erzeugt wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Platte (4.1) elastisch ist und dass die besagte Platte (4.1) und die besagte axiale Absaugung (1.1) von Luft durch den Zylinder des Applikators (1) selbst und der Welle (2.1) des besagten elastischen Teils in einem Lufteinlassgehäuse (4) eingebaut sind, das mit einem seitlich montierten Standard Axialextraktor (3) ausgerüstet ist.
  2. Mechanischer Labelapplikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder des Applikators (1) motorisch angetrieben (6) und geführt (7) ist, wobei dessen mit den Zugmitteln (8) des Motors (6) verbundener Einspeisekopf (1.3) von der bündigen Position des Labelteils nach oben zu seiner unteren Platzierposition des Labels (5) auf dem darunter befindlichen entsprechenden Objekt (9) gezogen wird.
