Claims (4)

  1. Mehrfachanoden-Fotovervielfacherröhre (1), aufweisend:
    eine Schirmplatte (9) aus Glas; und
    eine hohle Nebenröhre (11) aus Glas, die mit einer Fläche der Schirmplatte (9) verbunden ist, wobei sich die Nebenröhre (11) entlang einer Röhrenachse erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Schirmplatte (9) ist, eine Fotokathode (20) zur Emission von Fotoelektronen gemäß einem Lichteinfall auf die Schirmplatte an der einen Fläche der Schirmplatte (9) in einem Bereich innerhalb der Nebenröhre (11) vorgesehen ist, viele elektronenvervielfachende Abschnitte (28) und viele Anodenelektroden (34) innerhalb der Nebenröhre (11) entsprechend vielen Bereichen an der Fotokathode (20) vorgesehen sind,
    wobei
    die Nebenröhre (11) einen Röhrenkopf (17) und einen Hauptröhrenkörper (13) aufweist, die einstückig entlang der Röhrenachse angeordnet sind,
    der Hauptröhrenkörper (13) eine im Wesentlichen viereckige prismatische hohle Form mit vier ersten gekrümmten Ecken hat, der Hauptröhrenkörper (13) sich entlang der Röhrenachse über eine erste Länge erstreckt, der Hauptröhrenkörper (13) ein erstes Maß im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Röhrenachse hat, jede der vier ersten gekrümmten Ecken mit einem ersten Krümmungsradius gekrümmt ist,
    der Röhrenkopf (17) eine im Wesentlichen viereckige prismatische hohle Form mit vier zweiten gekrümmten Ecken hat, der Röhrenkopf (17) sich entlang der Röhrenachse über eine zweite Länge erstreckt, der Röhrenkopf (17) ein zweites Maß im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Röhrenachse hat, jede der vier zweiten gekrümmten Ecken mit einem zweiten Krümmungsradius gekrümmt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die zweite Länge kürzer ist als die erste Länge, das zweite Maß größer ist als das erste Maß, der zweite Krümmungsradius kleiner ist als der erste Krümmungsradius,
    die Nebenröhre einen trichterförmigen Verbindungshals (15) aufweist, der den Röhrenkopf (17) mit dem Hauptröhrenkörper (13) koaxial verbindet,
    der Röhrenkopf (17) mit der einen Fläche der Schirmplatte (9) verbunden ist, die Fotokathode (20) an der einen Fläche der Schirmplatte in einem Bereich innerhalb des Röhrenkopfs (17) vorgesehen ist, und
    die vielen elektronenvervielfachenden Abschnitte (28) und die vielen Anodenelektroden (34) innerhalb des Hauptröhrenkörpers (13) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Mehrfachanoden-Fotovervielfacherröhre (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei
    der Röhrenkopf (17) eine Außenumfangsfläche (17o) und eine Innenumfangsfläche (15i) aufweist,
    die Außenumfangsfläche (17o) alle zwei jeweils angrenzenden zweiten gekrümmten Ecken mit einer im Wesentlichen geraden Linie verbindet,
    die Innenumfangsfläche (15i) alle zwei jeweils angrenzenden zweiten gekrümmten Ecken mit einer gekrümmten Linie verbindet, und
    die Innenumfangsfläche (15i) sich allmählich der Außenumfangsfläche (17o) von einer im Wesentlichen mittleren Position zwischen den beiden angrenzenden zweiten gekrümmten Ecken zu jeden zwei angrenzenden zweiten gekrümmten Ecken annähert.
  3. Mehrfachanoden-Fotovervielfacherröhre (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, aufweisend:
    eine Konvergenzelektrodenplatte (22), die die Fotoelektronen konvergiert, die von der Fotokathode (20) emittiert werden; und
    eine Trennplatte (26), die einen Elektronenkonvergenzraum, der zwischen der Fotokathode (20) und der Konvergenzelektrodenplatte (22) definiert ist, in viele Raumsegmente (N) entsprechend den vielen Bereichen an der Fotokathode (20) teilt, wobei
    jeder elektronenvervielfachende Abschnitt (28) die Fotoelektronen empfängt, die durch die Konvergenzelektrodenplatte (22) in dem entsprechenden Raumsegment der vielen Raumsegmente (N) konvergiert werden,
    sich die Trennplatte (26) vom Röhrenkopf (17) in den Hauptröhrenkörper (13) durch den trichterförmigen Verbindungshals (15) in der Nebenröhre (11) erstreckt,
    die Konvergenzelektrodenplatte (22), die vielen elektronenvervielfachenden Abschnitte (28) und die vielen Anodenelektroden (34) in dem Hauptröhrenkörper (13) angeordnet sind, und
    eine magnetische Abschirmung (40) an einem Außenumfang des Hauptröhrenkörpers (13) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Strahlungsdetektor (50) aufweisend:
    eine Szintillatormatrix (52), die viele Szintillatoren (54) aufweist, die in einer zweidimensionalen Matrize angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Szintillator (54) eine Ausgabefläche hat und jeder Szintillator (54) Szintillatorlicht entsprechend der auf den Szintillator (54) einfallenden Strahlung erzeugt und das Szintillatorlicht von der Ausgabefläche emittiert; und
    eine Mehrfachanoden-Fotovervielfacherröhre (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, zum Erfassen des Szintillatorlichts, das von jedem Szintillator (54) der Szintillatormatrix (52) emittiert wird.
