Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture pour des récipients de liquides, en particulier des bouteilles de boissons alcoolisées, ayant une ouverture (5) située à l'extrémité d'un goulot (6) s'étendant de manière axiale à partir du corps (7) du récipient le long d'un axe longitudinal (X - X), comprenant un corps de versement (1) prévu avec une cavité interne (2) et une ouverture de versement (3), positionnée sur ladite ouverture (5) et s'étendant de manière coaxiale par rapport au goulot (6) et à l'extérieur de celui-ci dans la direction opposée au corps (7) du récipient, un élément de clapet (9) situé à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (2) dudit corps de versement (1) et axialement mobile par rapport à une butée annulaire (10) pour permettre l'écoulement sortant du liquide et pour empêcher son introduction frauduleuse, un élément tubulaire (11) comprenant une première partie en forme de butée (12) et une seconde partie en forme de manchon (13) qui s'étend axialement le long de la paroi externe du goulot (6), et ladite première partie en forme de butée (12) et ladite seconde partie en forme de manchon (13) formant un dénommé élément de butée tubulaire et étant interconnecté axialement par une ligne de faiblesse (14), ladite première partie en forme de butée (12) se mettant en prise avec l'élément de versement (1) au moyen du filetage (17, 18) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de ladite ouverture de versement (3) et des moyens de joint d'étanchéité amovibles pour permettre la première ouverture de la fermeture, l'élément de butée tubulaire étant prévu avec au moins une première nervure annulaire (25) faisant radialement saillie de sa surface externe et positionné de manière axiale au-dessus de ladite ligne de faiblesse (14), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de butée tubulaire est en outre prévu avec au moins une seconde nervure annulaire (27) faisant saillie de sa surface externe et positionnée de manière axiale au-dessous de ladite ligne de faiblesse (14), lesdites première et seconde nervures formant des moyens de raccordement entre lesdits moyens de joint d'étanchéité amovibles et ledit élément de butée tubulaire.
  2. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de joint d'étanchéité comprennent un capuchon (21) placé sur la partie supérieure de ladite partie en forme de butée (12) et s'étendant de manière axiale par rapport à une bande annulaire (23) à partir de la partie supérieure (15) de ladite partie en forme de butée jusqu'à un point au-delà de ladite ligne de faiblesse circonférentielle (14) raccordant les première et seconde parties de l'élément tubulaire (11), ledit capuchon (21) étant prévu avec au moins une ligne de faiblesse (34, 35) qui s'étend de manière axiale le long de sa bande annulaire (23) au moins à partir du niveau de ladite ouverture de versement (3) essentiellement jusqu'à une zone au-dessous de ladite ligne de faiblesse circonférentielle (14) de l'élément tubulaire (11), au moins une languette (29) étant prévue sur la partie supérieure (22) dudit capuchon (21) adjacent à la butée pour tirer la zone « S » de ladite bande annulaire (23) positionnée sur le côté de ladite ligne de faiblesse axiale (34, 35), provoquant ainsi la rupture du capuchon (21).
  3. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (21) comprend une paire de lignes de faiblesse axiales (34, 35) espacées l'une de l'autre, la zone « S » de la bande se trouvant entre lesdites lignes qui sont amovibles par déchirement.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites lignes de faiblesse (34, 35) se composent de découpes réalisées sur la surface interne (23a) dudit capuchon (21) sans passer par l'épaisseur du capuchon.
  5. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (21) est prévu sur la surface interne (23a) de la partie de la bande annulaire dans laquelle lesdites lignes de faiblesse axiales sont formées, avec au moins un premier ensemble de secteurs circonférentiels gaufrés (24) pour la mise en prise sous une nervure annulaire (25) correspondante réalisée par la surface externe de ladite première partie en forme de butée (12) de l'élément tubulaire (11).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (21) est prévu sur la surface interne (23a) de la partie de la bande annulaire dans laquelle lesdites lignes de faiblesse axiales sont formées, avec un second ensemble de secteurs circonférentiels gaufrés (26) pour la mise en prise sous une nervure annulaire (27) correspondante supportée par la partie en forme de manchon (13) dudit élément tubulaire (11),
  7. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque secteur circonférentiel gaufré desdits premier (24) et second (26) ensembles de secteurs a une section transversale essentiellement triangulaire avec le sommet qui est orienté vers l'axe longitudinal (X - X) du goulot (6) du récipient et avec le côté supérieur (24b, 26) pour la mise en prise avec le côté inférieur correspondant desdites nervures annulaires (25, 27) de l'élément tubulaire (11) positionné de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire par rapport audit axe longitudinal (X - X).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (21) comprend une zone terminale annulaire (38) raccordée de manière axiale à ladite bande annulaire (23) par une ligne de faiblesse circonférentielle (39).
  9. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites lignes de faiblesse axiales (34, 35) s'arrêtent à la position de ladite ligne de faiblesse circonférentielle (39).
  10. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de faiblesse circonférentielle (39) se compose d'une pluralité de découpes (40) en alternance avec des liaisons cassables (41) et est positionnée entre lesdits premier (24) et second (26) ensembles de secteurs circonférentiels gaufrés.
  11. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure dudit capuchon (21) se compose d'une paroi (22), transversale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X - X) du goulot (6) qui comprend deux languettes (42, 43) placées côte à côte pour déchirer la zone « S » se trouvant entre les paires de lignes de faiblesse axiales (34, 35).
  12. Dispositif de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (21) comprend des incisions axiales (36, 37) formées à proximité de sa paroi supérieure (22) pour permettre à la bande tubulaire (23) d'être pliée le long d'au moins l'une de ses génératrices axiales passant par au moins l'une desdites incisions (36, 37) et pour faciliter le retrait complet du capuchon (21) de la partie en forme de butée (12), suite au déchirement de la zone « S » se trouvant entre les lignes de faiblesse axiales (34, 35).
  13. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de joint d'étanchéité amovibles sont une sur-butée se présentant sous la forme d'une capsule réalisée avec une feuille métallique raccordée audit élément de butée tubulaire par un laminage prévu sous ladite première nervure annulaire (25) de l'élément de butée tubulaire.
