Definitions
- the invention is directed to a closure of the kind specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- a movable body part such as a tailgate
- the lock comprises a catch, a pawl and has a motorized closing aid with two fixed in the lock pivoted levers, which continues the catch from a Vorrastlage, in which it has brought when closing the movable body part of the closing part, in a Haupttrastlage by the pawl is secured.
- the closing aid comprises in addition to the fixedly mounted levers two other levers, one of which forms a knee joint lever pair and the other serves as a driver for the catch. These four levers are interconnected by two more pivot points.
- the closing aid of this closure requires many components and correspondingly large space in the lock.
- the invention has for its object to develop a reliable closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, which has few components and is space-saving. This is inventively achieved by the measures indicated in the characterizing part of claim 1, which have the following special significance.
- the closing aid consists of a work lever which can be pivoted by a motor via a connection and in which a sliding block is guided.
- the closing aid includes a control lever with a control link, in which the same sliding block is performed. Both scenes intersect and the Kulissenstein is always at the crossroads of the two scenes.
- the sliding block also has a shoulder, which is assigned a counter-shoulder on the catch. Actuates the motor, not shown in detail, the working lever, so the shoulder abuts the sliding block against the counter-shoulder of the catch and turns the catch from its Vorrastlage in the Hauptrastlage.
- the closure according to the invention consists on the one hand of a lock which, as has already been stated, is integrated in a tailgate of a vehicle, not shown in detail, and on the other hand of a closing part 14 in the form of a bracket, which is fastened to the fixed body of the vehicle.
- a closing part 14 in the form of a bracket, which is fastened to the fixed body of the vehicle.
- the closing part 14 can be seen in section through its strap web and therefore appears in hatching.
- the actual lock comprises the following components.
- a rotary latch 10 is arranged on a stationary axis of rotation 15, which is a Fig. 1 apparent Vorrast 11 and one out Fig. 4 recognizable Haupastast 12 has.
- a recess 13 is still cut in the rotary latch 10.
- the rotary latch 10 as dash-dotted lines in Fig. 1 is indicated in an "open position" illustrated by the auxiliary line 10.0.
- This open position 10.0 is determined by an end stop and, in the present case, also by a spring load 17. If the tailgate is closed by hand, then the closing part 14 moves in the dash-dotted lines in Fig.
- the pawl 20 is seated on a stationary axis of rotation 25, in, as already said, not shown lock housing and is under the action of a spring load 27.
- the spring load 27 strives to keep the pawl 20 pressed against the catch 10.
- the working lever 30 is connected via a connection 32 to the output member of the motor 36.
- This working lever 30 is seated on a stationary pivot axis 35 in the lock housing.
- this pivot axis 35 is identical to the bearing axis 15 of the rotary latch 10.
- the connection 32 may consist of a rod or from the soul of a Bowden cable, which acts on the point of attack 33 of the working lever 30.
- the motor-driven working lever 30 is thus the "active component" of the closing aid.
- the working lever 30 also has a link 31, which will be referred to below as "working scenery”.
- the working scenery 31 extends substantially radially to the pivot axis 35 of the working lever 30.
- a sliding block 50 is guided, which is designed here as a bolt.
- the front end face of the sliding block is shown.
- a shoulder 56 At its rear end of the sliding block has a shoulder 56, the meaning will be explained in more detail.
- the pawl 40 has a link 41, which is to be distinguished from the aforementioned working scenery 31 as "control link” and best of all Fig. 2 can be seen.
- the control link 41 is inclined with respect to a radius which is defined by the pivot axis 35 of the control lever 40.
- the control link 41 can, moreover, be divided into two link sections 42, 43, which have a different profiling relative to one another.
- There is a substantially linear beginning portion 42 which extends approximately perpendicular to the aforementioned radius through the pivot axis 45 of the control lever 40.
- the end portion 44 of the control link 41 is designed arcuate. How out Fig. 2 shows, this end portion 42 has a circular shape.
- the circle center is located substantially in the pivot axis 35 of the adjacent working lever 30, the pivot axis 35, as already mentioned, is identical to the axis of rotation 15 of the rotary latch 10.
- the same sliding block 50 is guided, which engages in the working scenery 231 from the working lever 30.
- the two scenes 31, 41 intersect.
- the Kulissenstein 50 is always in one of the best Fig. 4 recognizable crossing point 51 between the working scenery 31 on the one hand and the control link 41 on the other.
- the catch 10 only needs to have a counter-shoulder 16, which cooperates in the following manner with the aforementioned shoulder 56 of the sliding block 50.
- the closing aid starts when closing the tailgate, the Vorrastlage 10.1 of Fig. 1 is reached.
- the working lever 30 is pivoted by the motor 36 in the direction of the arrow 34 until it comes to the Fig. 2 reached apparent intermediate position.
- the sliding block 50 has moved so far 41 both in the working scenery 31 and in the initial section 42 of the control link 41 that the shoulder 56 has come from the sliding block 50 on the counter shoulder 16 of the rotary latch 10 to the plant.
- the operating lever 30 is further pivoted by further actuation of the motor in the direction of the arrow 34 and thereby takes over the shoulder 56 of the mitverschwenkten him sliding block 50, the rotary latch 10 with.
- the sliding block 50 passes into the mentioned circular end portion 44 of the control link 41, where it rotates about the pivot axis 50 of the working lever 30 and thus also about the axis of rotation 15 of the rotary latch 10.
- the abutting areas of the pawl 20 is pivoted out of the pre-catch 11 against the spring load 27 acting on it by suitable profiling.
- the motor 36 can release said connection 32 to the working lever 30, whereby the spring load 37, the working lever 30 back to its original position of Fig. 1 can move back. Is in Fig. 4 indicated by a return movement arrow 38.
- the motor 36 at a fixed connection 32, the working lever 30 also motor in said starting position of Fig. 4 or move back one.
- the sliding block 50 has then, starting from Fig. 3 , First moves in the end portion 44 of the control link 41 and then both in the initial portion 42 of the control link 41 and in the compliant work scenery 31 to the opposite gate end. Right at the beginning of this return movement 38, the shoulder 56 has lifted from the sliding block 50 of the rotary trailing counter-shoulder 16.
- the rotary latch 10 has been so far rotated due to their spring load 17 until their main catch 12 comes to rest on the locking point 21 of the pawl 20.
- the resulting position of the rotary latch 10 is characterized by an auxiliary line 10.2 in Fig. 4 illustrated, which thus proves to be "main load position" of the rotary latch 10.
- the tailgate is fully closed.
- the pawl 20 In order to open the tailgate, the pawl 20 has an actuating point 22 for an opening device not shown in detail, which may be operated by a motor, for example.
- the opening device By means of the opening device, the pawl 20 in the direction of the arrow 26 of Fig. 4 twisted and thus the locking point 21 moves away from the rotary latch 10. Then the main catch 12 and the pre-rest 11 are free. The rotary latch 10 can then due to their spring load to the open position of 10.0 Fig. 1 turn back. Then the closing part 14 is free and the tailgate can be opened.
- the motoric closing aid in the closure according to the invention also makes it possible to open the tailgate when the motor 36 or its electrical control fail. That should be based on the Fig. 5 be explained in more detail.
- connection 46 On the control lever 40 is an attack point 47 for an emergency operation, of the in Fig. 5 only one connection 46 is shown. This emergency operation and thus the connection 46 are manually actuated in the direction of the arrow 48. The consequence of this operation 48 is that the pawl 40 against its spring load 27 in the direction of the arrow 49 of Fig. 5 is pivoted back.
- pivoting back 49 of the sliding block 50 passes from the in Fig. 5
- the end portion 44 is a circular segment with respect to the pivot axis 35 of the working lever 30, but not with respect to the pivot axis 45 of the control lever 40.
- pivoting back 49 of the sliding block 50 enters the tail Then the sliding block 50 is in a relative to the control lever pivot axis 45 larger radial distance.
- the control lever 40 has a control surface 43 which is aligned with a counter-control surface 23 of the pawl 20. These control or counter-control surfaces 43, 23 could be generated by projections or offsets on these components 40, 20.
- the control surface In the return pivoting movement 49 of the control lever 40 in an emergency, therefore, the control surface abuts against the counter-control surface 23 and moves the pawl 20 against its spring load 27 in the sense of the aforementioned arrow 24 of the rotary latch 10 away. If in the reverse rotation 24, the pawl locking point 21 is moved away 24, then they can not come into one of the detents, for example in the pre-catch 11, in the catch 10 when the catch 10 due to their own spring load 17th up to their pre-rest position 10.1 of Fig. 1 turns back. The tailgate is then open and access to the vehicle interior possible.

The invention has for its object to develop a reliable closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of
The closing aid consists of a work lever which can be pivoted by a motor via a connection and in which a sliding block is guided. In addition, the closing aid includes a control lever with a control link, in which the same sliding block is performed. Both scenes intersect and the Kulissenstein is always at the crossroads of the two scenes. The sliding block also has a shoulder, which is assigned a counter-shoulder on the catch. Actuates the motor, not shown in detail, the working lever, so the shoulder abuts the sliding block against the counter-shoulder of the catch and turns the catch from its Vorrastlage in the Hauptrastlage.

The closure according to the invention consists on the one hand of a lock which, as has already been stated, is integrated in a tailgate of a vehicle, not shown in detail, and on the other hand of a

There is a working
To complete the Zuziehhilfe the

when closing (19) the carriage part, the closing element (14) enters into the recess (13) of the swivel-catch (10) and the swivel-catch (10) turns up to a pre-rest position (10.1),
into which a spring-loaded (27) latch (20), which is rotary-mounted (25) in the lock, falls into the pre-rest (11) of the swivel-catch (10);
including for the movable carriage part a motorized (36) contraction aid exhibiting in the lock two fixed, rotary-mounted (35, 45) levers (30, 40),
whereby by means of the levers (30, 40) the swivel catch is turned further by the motor (36) up to a main rest position (10.2) where the latch (20) props itself against the main rest (12) of the swivel-catch (10),
thereby characterized in that,
the contracting aid has an active working lever (30) which is swiveled by the motor (34) and which has a working link (31) in which a slide block (50) is conducted;
the contracting aid comprises a passive control lever (40) with a selector slot (41) in which the same slide block (50) is conducted;
the working link (31) intersects the selector slot (41), and the slide block (50) is located at the intersection (51) of the two links (31, 41);
the slide block (50) exhibits a shoulder (56) and the swivel-catch (10) a counter-shoulder (16);
and that when the motorized swiveling (34) of the working lever (30) takes place, the shoulder (56) impacts the counter-shoulder (16) and the swivel-catch (10) turns from its pre-rest position (10.1) into the main rest position (10.2). - Lock pursuant to Claim 1, thereby characterized in that the fixed rotary-mounting (35) of the working lever (35) coincides with the swivel axis (15) of the swivel-catch (10).
- Lock pursuant to Claim 1 or 2, thereby characterized in that the fixed swivel-mounting (45) of the control lever (40) coincides with the swivel axis (25) of the latch (20).
- Lock pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 3, with a manual device (46) for opening the lock in case of emergency (26) in the event of failure of the motor (36), thereby characterized
in that the manual device (46) engages onto the control lever (40) and swings back (49) the control lever (40) until the slide block (50) has reached a release position (50') outside the swivel shoulder (16)
in that the control lever (40) exhibits a control surface (43) and the latch (20) exhibits a counter-control surface (23),
in that the swing-back movement (49) of the control lever (40) pushes the control surface (43) against the counter-control surface (23) and the latch (20) turns away (24) from the swivel-catch (10)
and that due to its spring load (17) the swivel-catch (10) turns back to an open position (10.0) and releases the closing element (14). - Lock pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 4, thereby characterized in that the working link (31) runs essentially radially to the swivel axis (35) of the working lever (30).
- Lock pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 5, thereby characterized in that the selector slot (41) runs at an angle to the radius which is determined by the swivel axis (45) of the control lever (40).
- Lock pursuant to Claim 6, thereby characterized in that the control lever (40) has several link sections (42, 43) with different profiles towards one another.
- Lock pursuant to Claim 7, thereby characterized in that the control lever (40) has essentially a linear initial section (42) of its selector slot (41) in which during the open position (10.0) the slide block (50) is found up to the pre-rest position (10.1) of the swivel-catch (10),
and the slide block (50), when changing-over to the main rest position (10.2), goes into a selector slot (41) end section (44) which has an arched run. - Lock pursuant to Claim 8, thereby characterized in that the end section (44) of the selector slot (41) is essentially circular in form,
and that the circle essentially runs coaxially to the swivel-axis (35) of the working lever (30). - Lock pursuant to Claim 8 or 9, thereby characterized in that the initial section (42) of the selector slot (41) runs essentially vertically to the radius which is determined by the swivel-axis (45) of the control lever (40).
