Abstract

The invention relates to a goods compartment with pull-out devices for vending machines, through which the goods compartments are displaceably mounted.

All of the previously described vending machines or goods compartment arrangements have in common that access to the goods compartments, for example for filling or maintaining the goods compartments, can be difficult. On the one hand, this is the case when the goods compartments are small and / or arranged very close to each other or next to each other and are relatively deep. The object of the invention is to develop a goods compartment and a vending machine so that a more convenient and easier access to the goods compartments for filling or maintaining the goods compartments or vending machines is made possible than in the prior art.

The object is achieved in a vending machine with at least one goods compartment of the type mentioned in the present invention, that the goods compartment has an extractor, with at least one locking element which locks in a locking position the goods compartment in at least one withdrawal, in a release position, the goods compartment for moving in releases at least one pull-out direction, and allows the tilting of the goods compartment in an extended end position in a tilted filling position, wherein the blocking element locks in the tilted filling position and prevents accidental falling out of the goods compartment.

In a preferred embodiment, the goods compartment with puller for displaceable storage roles and / or guide rails. The rollers, the guide rails and the locking element are arranged so that they allow the locking, the free movement and tilting of the goods compartment in the dumped filling position.

The rollers are preferably mounted on the outside of the goods compartment and are guided by the guide rails in the withdrawal direction. The guide rails are e.g. attached inside a vending machine.

Preferably, one or more guide rails have a U-shaped profile in which the rollers are guided. The U-shaped profile of the guide rail preferably has a first, lower running edge and a second, upper running edge, on which the rollers are supported correspondingly up or down or on which the rollers run.

It is particularly preferred if the pull-out device has a blocking element which is pivotably articulated to one of the guide rails by means of a rotary bolt, wherein the rotational movement of the blocking element is stopped by one or more stops.

It is likewise preferred if the blocking element is designed such that it has a running section which, in the release position of the blocking element, represents an extension of the first, lower running edge of the guide rail for the rolls fastened to the goods compartment. In a further preferred embodiment, the rolls of the goods compartment are arranged so that one or more rollers are supported on the second, upper running edge of the guide rail and at the same time other rollers run on the first, lower running edge of the guide rail. Thus, the goods compartment can be easily moved, but without tipping prematurely. The arrangement of the rollers prevents tilting of the goods compartment due to its own weight. Claims (20)

1. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device, which compartment can be mounted displaceably in at least out pullout direction by means of the pullout device in the vending machine (12), characterised in that the at least one merchandising compartment (1) comprises at least one locking element (3), which in a locked position locks the at least one merchandising compartment (1) in at least one pullout direction and in an unlocked position releases the at least one merchandising compartment (1) for displacement in at least one pullout direction, and allows the tipping of the at least one merchandising compartment (1) in a pulled out end position into a tipped filling position, whereby the locking element (3) is locked in the tipped filling position and prevents the at least one merchandising compartment (1) from falling out unintentionally.
2. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to claim 1,
   characterised in that the pullout device comprises guiding rails (2, 6 ,7) and/or rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21) which are attached to at least one merchandising compartment (1) and/or to the vending machine (12).
3. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to claim 2,
   characterised in that the pullout device comprises at least one guiding rail (2) attached to the vending machine (12) and a plurality of rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21) attached from the outside onto at least one merchandising compartment (1), and the at least one merchandising compartment (1) can be mounted displaceably on and along the guiding rail (2) by means of one or more of the rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21).
4. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to claim 2 or 3,
   characterised in that the guiding rail (2) has a U-shaped profile at least in sections, whereby the side walls of the U-shaped guiding rail (2) form a first, upper running edge (6) and a second, bottom running edge (7) for the rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21).
5. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one or more of claims 2 to 4,
   characterised in that at least one locking element (3) is in mechanical connection pivotably with a guiding rail (2) by means of a rotary bolt (35) perpendicular to the pullout direction, and at least one stop element (51, 52) is provided for limiting the rotational movement of the locking element.
6. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of claims 2 to 5,
   characterised in that the locking element (3) is pivotably connected to the guiding rail (2) and comprises a handle (31) for pivoting between the unlocked position and the locked position.
7. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterised in that the locking element (3) comprises a runner section (34), which in the unlocked position forms an extension of the first, bottom running edge (6) for the rollers (5,10,21) secured onto the at least one merchandising compartment (1).
8. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterised in that the locking element comprises at least one stopping edge (33), so that when the locking element (3) is in a locked position the at least one merchandising compartment (1) runs against the stopping edge (33) with at least one of the rollers (4, 5, 9,10, 21) when pushed in.
9. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one or more of claims 4 to 8,
   characterised in that at least one of the rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21) is arranged spaced apart from the other rollers (4, 5, 9, 10, 21) so that when the at least one merchandising compartment (1) is moved in one of pullout directions, a roller (9) is supported on the second, upper running edge (7), whereas at least one other roller (10) runs on the bottom, first running edge (6) and the two rollers (9,10) thus prevent the premature tipping of the at least one merchandising compartment (1) when the at least one merchandising compartment (1) is being pulled out.
10. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of claims 8 or 9,
    characterised in that the stopping edge (33), the runner section (34) and the rotary bolt (35) of the locking element (3) are configured in such a way that when the at least one merchandising compartment (1) is being pulled out a roller (10) rolls over the runner section (34) after passing over the rotary bolt (35) and on tipping the least one merchandising compartment (1) due to its inherent weight pivots the locking element (3) into a locked position, so that the stopping edge (33) of the locking element (3) locks another, subsequent roller (9), and prevents the at least one merchandising compartment (1) from falling out of the vending machine (12).
11. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to claim 10,
    characterised in that the runner section (34) and the rotary bolt (35) of the locking element (3) are configured in such a way that when the at least one merchandising compartment (1) is lifted from the tipped filling position and inserted into the vending machine (12) a roller (9) pivots the locking element (3) back into an unlocked position on rolling over the runner section (34) after passing over the rotary bolt (35).
12. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to claim 10 or 11,
    characterised in that in the tipped filling position of the at least one merchandising compartment (1) the running edges (6,7) and the stopping edge (33) of the locking element (3) jointly block a roller (9) and prevent the at least one merchandising compartment (1) from falling out of the vending machine (12).
13. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the pullout device comprises at least two locking elements (3) on opposite sides of the at least one merchandising compartment (1).
14. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that at least one dispensing means (17) for merchandise is arranged in or on at least one merchandising compartment (1).
15. Vending machine (12) comprising at least one merchandising compartment (1) with a pullout device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that when in the tipped filling position the at least one merchandising compartment (1) adopts an angle of inclination relative to the horizontal position of between 10° and 60°, preferably about 10° or/and about 24°.
16. Vending machine (12) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the front wall (13) and/or the rear wall (14) of the vending machine are configured as doors.
17. Vending machine (12) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that in the vending machine at least one actuating member (15) for actuating the vending machine (12) is arranged and/or slidably mounted and can be pulled out of the vending machine (12) in at least one of the pullout directions of the merchandising compartments (1), by means of which all of the relevant service and/or operating parts, such as the coin slot, banknote slot, and change box can be accessed from both sides.
18. Vending machine (12) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that one or more actuating members (15) for mounting in a slidable manner in the vending machine (12) are mounted by means of telescopic rails.
19. Vending machine (12) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that operating means (16) for the at least one merchandising compartment (1) with pullout device are arranged modularly in the vending machine (12), and the modular operating means are insertable and/or can be separated from at least one merchandising compartment (1) by means of a pivotably mounted support plate (16).
20. Vending machine (12) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that at least one of the pivotably mounted support plates (16) is connected to the rear door (14), such that the support plate (16) is automatically pivoted in order to separate the modular operating means from the at least one merchandising compartment (1) when the rear door (14) is opened.
