Definitions
- the invention relates to a goods compartment with pull-out devices for vending machines, through which the goods compartments are displaceably mounted.
- vending machines For quite some time a variety of vending machines are known in which the goods are stored in goods compartments and issued at the request of a customer from the goods compartments.
- vending machines are from the DE 19532728 (Wurlitzer GmbH), the DE 3912903 (Wurlitzer GmbH) or the DE 9016741 (Wurlitzer GmbH) known. Also there are goods compartments one above the other and arranged side by side, from which goods are separated.
- the DE 29 27 611 A shows a drawer slide for a drawer with a pair of rails on each drawer side, which consists of a carcass rail with a front end roller and a drawer rail with a pull-out stop.
- a recess is provided in the track web of the drawer rail behind the pullout stop, which is larger in size than the floor plan of the end roller of the carcass rail.
- the drawer can be brought into a horizontal extension position and into an inclined position extraction position, in which the end roller of the carcass rail extends through the recess.
- the rear edge of the recess or another part fastened between the recess and the roller of the drawer rail on the track web of the drawer rail is supported on the floor web of the carcass rail.
- the object of the invention is to develop a goods compartment and a vending machine so that a more convenient and easier access to the goods compartments for filling or maintaining the goods compartments or vending machines is made possible than in the prior art.
- the object is achieved in a vending machine with at least one goods compartment of the type mentioned in the present invention, that the goods compartment has an extractor, with at least one locking element which locks in a locking position the goods compartment in at least one withdrawal, in a release position, the goods compartment for moving in releases at least one pull-out direction, and allows the tilting of the goods compartment in an extended end position in a tilted filling position, wherein the blocking element locks in the tilted filling position and prevents accidental falling out of the goods compartment.
- An advantage of the product compartment according to the invention with pull-out device is that the goods compartment can be completely pulled out of the vending machine and then easily passes from this extended position into a tipped filling or maintenance position. In this position, access to the entire goods compartment is very convenient. The access can be done more from the top of the goods compartment, rather than from the beginning as before. The filling and waiting of the goods compartments is much easier in the extended, tilted and stable position.
- a further advantage of the inventive product compartment with pull-out device is that filling from the back side of the vending machine is also made possible, whereas the vending machines known from the prior art could only be filled from the vending machine front side.
- the goods compartment with puller for displaceable storage roles and / or guide rails are arranged so that they allow the locking, the free movement and tilting of the goods compartment in the dumped filling position.
- the rollers are preferably mounted on the outside of the goods compartment and are guided by the guide rails in the withdrawal direction.
- the guide rails are e.g. attached inside a vending machine.
- one or more guide rails have a U-shaped profile in which the rollers are guided.
- the U-shaped profile of the guide rail preferably has a first, lower running edge and a second, upper running edge, on which the rollers are supported correspondingly up or down or on which the rollers run.
- the pull-out device has a blocking element which is pivotably articulated to one of the guide rails by means of a rotary bolt, wherein the rotational movement of the blocking element is stopped by one or more stops.
- the locking element also has a handle for pivoting the locking element between the release and locking position of the locking element.
- the blocking element is designed such that it has a running section which, in the release position of the blocking element, represents an extension of the first, lower running edge of the guide rail for the rolls fastened to the goods compartment.
- the blocking element acts as an extension of the guide rail.
- the blocking element has a locking edge
- the goods compartment runs in the blocking position of the blocking element with at least one roller against the locking edge, so that the goods compartment is locked at least in one of the withdrawal directions.
- at least one roller is prevented from further rolling by a blocking element, so that the goods compartment is locked.
- the goods compartment is designed such that it is displaceably mounted in two or more directions, the displacement in these directions can likewise be blocked by further blocking elements.
- the blocking element or elements can be displaced so that the goods compartment is released for displacement in at least one of the possible withdrawal directions.
- the one or more locking elements may for example be movably attached to the guide rails.
- the aforesaid design of the blocking element is particularly preferred because it allows a very compact, simple structure which incorporates all the necessary functional properties required in the operation and maintenance of a typical vending machine.
- a goods compartment or a vending machine with such goods compartments can be constructed very inexpensively.
- the rolls of the goods compartment are arranged so that one or more rollers are supported on the second, upper running edge of the guide rail and at the same time other rollers run on the first, lower running edge of the guide rail.
- the goods compartment can be easily moved, but without tipping prematurely.
- the arrangement of the rollers prevents tilting of the goods compartment due to its own weight. Only towards the end of the extraction process is tilting possible in interaction with the blocking element.
- the locking edge, the running portion and the rotation pin of the locking element is formed so that during the withdrawal of the goods compartment a role in rolling over the running section and after exceeding the rotary bolt during the tipping of the goods compartment due to its own weight, the blocking element pivoted in locked position, so that the locking edge of the locking element blocks another, subsequent role, and prevents falling out of the goods compartment from the vending machine.
- the running portion and the rotation bolt of the locking element are also designed so that when lifting and inserting the goods compartment from the dumped filling position in the vending machine, a roller pivots the locking element when rolling over the running section after exceeding the rotary bolt in the release position.
- the running edges and the locking edge of the locking element are formed so that they lock together a role and prevent falling out of the goods compartment from the vending machine.
- An advantage of the above preferred embodiment is in particular the very simple handling of the goods compartment when pulling out and when inserting. For this purpose, no additional manipulation of cumbersome locking mechanisms are required.
- the blocking elements are preferably arranged in the region of the ends and / or corners on opposite sides of the goods compartment.
- an optimal access to the locking elements is ensured when the locking of the goods compartment to be solved by pressing the locking element.
- This also makes it possible that the goods compartment can be pulled out of the vending machine in at least two directions, or in each case the lock can be released from two sides. If access to the goods compartment from one side is made difficult or for other reasons unsuitable for maintenance or refilling with goods, the goods compartment according to the invention can be pulled out from another side and placed in tipped filling position.
- the goods compartment preferably contains its own output means, which are arranged in the goods compartment.
- the maintenance or replacement of the dispensing means is greatly facilitated by the inventive goods compartment with pull-out device, since the goods compartment as a whole can be accessed.
- Certain goods and / or output means require a greater inclination of the dumped goods compartment in order to ensure optimum access to them in the dumped goods compartment. Other goods would already fall out of the product compartment at the same inclination.
- a certain tilt angle is set in the extended, tilted filling position by the design of the blocking element. This allows individual account to be taken of the different product types and the typical issue devices. It can be provided with a single or more locking elements different inclination angle depending on the product type set. In this case, angle of inclination between 10 ° and 60 ° is particularly preferred and angles of 10 ° and 24 ° are most preferred.
- the goods compartment after pulling out, tilting and the following maintenance and / or filling can be easily pushed back into the vending machine by slightly lifting the lowered end of the withdrawn goods compartment without the locking element, more levers, or locking mechanisms must be operated , This also simplifies the maintenance and filling process.
- the maintenance and / or filling process is facilitated by the fact that devices or elements of any kind, such as electrical, mechanical or other connection and / or supply lines to be easily separated from the goods compartment or flexibly connected to the goods compartment.
- devices or elements of any kind such as electrical, mechanical or other connection and / or supply lines to be easily separated from the goods compartment or flexibly connected to the goods compartment.
- the supply and or connecting lines or devices in the form of plug-in groups or flaps or veneers with integrated plug-in groups in a very simple manner to be separated from one or the same of several goods compartments.
- these compounds are so flexible that they do not hinder the shifting and tipping of the goods compartment.
- the goods compartment has several areas for different goods with different types of output means.
- only goods of the same type are arranged in one or more goods shafts in a goods compartment.
- vending machines can be equipped with one or more goods compartments according to the invention with puller.
- the goods compartments according to the invention are arranged in the vending machines so that they can be pulled backwards and forwards from the vending machines.
- Particularly preferred is an arrangement in which not only the goods compartments can be pulled backwards and forwards out of the vending machine and placed in tipped filling position, but also one or more operating parts of the vending machine can be pulled out of the vending machine.
- the one or more keypads can then be pulled out, for example, in the same direction as the goods compartments and are preferably located on telescopic rails.
- other Ausziehraumen for the controls are suitable, if this allows easier access to the controls.
- a preferred vending machine with the goods compartments according to the invention therefore has walls, in particular side front and / or rear walls, which can be easily offset in order to move and / or maintain the goods compartments or the operating parts.
- Particularly preferred is a vending machine with a front wall and a rear wall, which are designed as doors.
- the goods compartments and / or the operating parts can be serviced or equipped from the front or the back of the vending machine.
- This embodiment too, represents only one of various possibilities according to the invention. It is of course also conceivable to have an arrangement in which the automatic vending machine can be used e.g. opened to the sides or even up or down and the goods compartments are pulled out in this way and brought into the filling position.
- FIG. 1 shows the side view of an embodiment of a product compartment 1 according to the invention with an extraction device.
- the following descriptions initially only refer to one side of the goods compartment, but apply analogously to the opposite side of the goods compartment, which in FIG. 1 not shown.
- On the opposite side of the goods compartment is mirror-symmetrically the same arrangement as in FIG. 1 ,
- FIGS. 4 and 5 There are further perspective 3-dimensional representations of the goods compartment with puller, to which the arrangement can be taken as a whole.
- the back of merchandise 260 of the goods compartment 1 offers plug options for supply lines of the goods compartment.
- the puller of the goods compartment is composed of a first and second rollers 4, 5 of a center roller 21 and a third and fourth roller 9, 10, which are all attached from the outside to one side of the goods compartment 1.
- the extractor one Guide rail 2 which has a first running edge 6 and a second running edge 7.
- the goods compartment is stored by means of the center roller 21, the fourth roller 10 and the second roller 5 on the first, lower running edge 6.
- the guide rail 2 is attached to the side walls in a vending machine.
- the first, lower running edge 6 is dimensioned so that the fourth roller 10 and the second roller 5 just rest on her.
- the third roller 9 and the first roller 4 are mounted slightly above the rollers 21, 10 and 5 on the goods compartment and are located above the blocking element 3 and a blocking element 11.
- the operation of the blocking elements is explained with reference to the blocking element 3, but is analogous to each the blocking elements are valid.
- the locking element 3 is connected by means of a rotary bolt 35 with the guide rail 2, so that only a rotational movement of the locking element 3 about the rotary bolt 35 is possible.
- the blocking element 3 is in the blocking position (as is the blocking element 11).
- the locking element 3 is pivoted in so far that the locking element stop 32 rests against the guide rail 2.
- the locking edge 33 of the locking element 3 is then raised above the first, lower running edge 6 and the second roller 5 is prevented by the locking edge 33 of the locking element 3 at a shift in the direction of the goods compartment front 160 of the goods compartment 1.
- the goods compartment 1 is prevented from shifting towards the back of merchandise 260 by the blocking member 11.
- the goods compartment is thus completely locked and can not be moved in one of the two Ausziehraumen.
- the rollers 4, 5, 21, 9, 10 are guided within the guide rail 2, which is why a lateral Ausscheren or a movement up or down the goods compartment is not possible.
- FIG. 2 is another sectional side view of the same arrangement as in FIG. 1 shown.
- the locking element 3 in the release position, the locking element 11, however, continue in the locked position.
- the goods compartment can now be moved in the direction of the goods compartment front side 160.
- the blocking element 3 is for this purpose rotated counterclockwise about the rotary bolt 35 until one of the stops 51 or 52 stops rotation.
- the stops 51 and 52 are used depending on the embodiment of the locking element 3 as a stop for an optimal release position, in which the running portion 34 of the locking element 3 for the rollers 5, 10, 21 is an extension of the first, lower running edge 6.
- the locking element 3 is preferably carried out in the width of the rollers, so that the running portion 34 of the locking element 3 in the release position a Extension of the first, lower running edge 6 represents.
- the weight now rests on the middle roller 21 and the fourth roller 10. In this position, a tilting movement of the goods compartment with the goods compartment front side 160 downwardly prevented by the third roller 9 is now from below at the second, upper running edge. 7 the guide rail 2 is supported. This counteracts a torque which results from a preponderance of the merchandise compartment front side 160.
- the third roller 9 is so far opposite the fourth roller 10 offset upwards mounted on the goods compartment 1 that it rolls along the second, upper running edge 7, while the first rear roller 9 rolls on the first running edge 6.
- the removal of the goods compartment in the direction of the back of the goods 260 is facilitated by laterally attached to the goods compartment gripping tabs 8. At the tert.
- pulling out the goods compartment in the direction of the front of the goods compartment is typically used under the goods compartment 1, where, for example, on a sign holder ideal grip conditions finds.
- FIG. 3 is again the same side view of the goods compartment 1 with puller, as in the FIGS. 1 and 2 shown. Now, however, the goods compartment is completely pulled out and is in a stable dumped filling position. Only the third roller 9 rests on the first, lower running edge 6 and is prevented by the locking edge 33 of the locking element 3 on further rolling. The blocking element 3 is again in blocking position. Now, however, lies the fourth roller 10 on the handle 31 of the locking element and causes the locking element 3 is held in the locked position. Once the middle roller 21 is pulled over the first, lower running edge 6 and the locking element 3, the fourth roller 10 can tilt the locking element 3 in the locked position, when towards the end of pulling out a slow sinking down of the goods-160 front side due to the weight of the goods compartment 1 is allowed.
- the locking element 3 is designed so that the goods compartment now reaches a predetermined inclination due to the support of the roller 10 on the locking element, and remains in this dumped filling due to the weight of the goods compartment.
- the goods compartment can not leave the puller, since the fourth roller 9 is prevented by the locking edge 33 of the locking element 3 on further.
- the roller 9 is still prevented from falling out of the vending machine 12 by the first, lower running edge 6 and the second, upper running edge 7.
- the fabric front 160 is slightly raised while the weight of the goods compartment 1 on the third roller 9 and thus shifted back to the first, lower running edge 6. Subsequently, the goods compartment can be pushed back horizontally, in which case the fourth roller 10, the blocking element 3 presses when rolling over in the release position. Subsequently, first the fourth roller 10 and then the middle roller 21 and finally the second roller 5 run over the running section 34 of the blocking element 3 and then between the running edges 6, 7 of the guide rail 2.
- the blocking element 3 is designed in one embodiment so that it - as soon as none of the rollers 4, 5, 9, 10, 21 rests on the running section 34 - falls into the blocking position, since the side of the handle 31 has a higher torque with respect to the rotary bolt 35 exerts as the side of the locking edge 33.
- the insertion process is completed when the fourth roller 10 again abuts the locking edge 113 of the locking element 11.
- the blocking element 3 falls again in blocking position and the goods compartment 1 is locked for the goods delivery process.
- the locking elements 3, 11 are also designed so that they are frictionally engaged with the guide rails 2 in connection and thereby remain rather in the respective position.
- the locking elements 3, 11 may be biased by springs so that they either always fall back in the blocking position or in the release position.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the extended and dumped goods compartment 1.
- the goods compartment 1 is pulled out in the direction of the back of the goods 260 and dumped.
- the opposite side of the goods compartment 1 according to the invention with puller is to see.
- the order corresponds to the illustration in Figure 1 to 3 for one side of the product compartment.
- the blocking element 300 performs the same function as the blocking element 3, the guide rail 200 behaves in the same way as the guide rail 2, the third and fourth running edges 600, 700 behave analogously to the running edges 6, 7.
- the goods Rear side 260 may be any commodity resources 16, which are attached to the goods delivery process on the goods compartment, previously - as here - be folded by means of a folding device to the side and thus clear the way for the goods compartment (1) towards the back of the goods 260.
- FIG. 5 is another perspective view of the goods compartment Figure 1 to 4 , wherein the goods compartment 1 is now pulled out in the direction of the merchandise compartment front 160 and placed in the folded position.
- This illustration shows the blocking element 100, which behaves analogously to the blocking element 11, but is fastened to the guide rail 200 on the opposite side of the goods compartment 1.
- FIG. 6 shows an enlarged detail of a side sectional view of the same arrangement as in FIG. 3 ,
- the blocking element 3 is embodied here such that the goods compartment assumes a rather small angle of inclination in the extended, tilted filling position.
- the third roller 9 is supported here in part on the locking edge 33 and partly on the second, upper running edge 7 and the fourth roller 10 rests on the backward running of the locking element 3 instead of on the handle 31st
- FIG. 7 is also a partial enlargement of a side sectional view of the same arrangement as in FIG. 3 , Here, however, the blocking element 3 is different than in FIG. 6 executed.
- the running section 34 is shortened relative to the blocking element 3 FIG. 6 , Therefore, now rests the fourth roller 10 on the handle, while the first roller 9 rests only on the locking edge 33 and not at the second, upper running edge. 7
- FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a vending machine 12 from the front and the side.

Preferably, one or more guide rails have a U-shaped profile in which the rollers are guided. The U-shaped profile of the guide rail preferably has a first, lower running edge and a second, upper running edge, on which the rollers are supported correspondingly up or down or on which the rollers run.
It is particularly preferred if the pull-out device has a blocking element which is pivotably articulated to one of the guide rails by means of a rotary bolt, wherein the rotational movement of the blocking element is stopped by one or more stops.
Preferably, the locking element also has a handle for pivoting the locking element between the release and locking position of the locking element.
It is likewise preferred if the blocking element is designed such that it has a running section which, in the release position of the blocking element, represents an extension of the first, lower running edge of the guide rail for the rolls fastened to the goods compartment. As a result, the blocking element acts as an extension of the guide rail.
It is also preferred if the blocking element has a locking edge, and the goods compartment runs in the blocking position of the blocking element with at least one roller against the locking edge, so that the goods compartment is locked at least in one of the withdrawal directions. Preferably In this case, during normal operation, during the separation or delivery of the goods from the goods compartments, at least one roller is prevented from further rolling by a blocking element, so that the goods compartment is locked. If the goods compartment is designed such that it is displaceably mounted in two or more directions, the displacement in these directions can likewise be blocked by further blocking elements. If the goods compartments have to be serviced or refilled, in this embodiment the blocking element or elements can be displaced so that the goods compartment is released for displacement in at least one of the possible withdrawal directions. For this purpose, the one or more locking elements may for example be movably attached to the guide rails.
The aforesaid design of the blocking element is particularly preferred because it allows a very compact, simple structure which incorporates all the necessary functional properties required in the operation and maintenance of a typical vending machine. In particular, such a goods compartment or a vending machine with such goods compartments can be constructed very inexpensively.
In a further preferred embodiment, the rolls of the goods compartment are arranged so that one or more rollers are supported on the second, upper running edge of the guide rail and at the same time other rollers run on the first, lower running edge of the guide rail. Thus, the goods compartment can be easily moved, but without tipping prematurely. The arrangement of the rollers prevents tilting of the goods compartment due to its own weight. Only towards the end of the extraction process is tilting possible in interaction with the blocking element.
Preferably, the locking edge, the running portion and the rotation pin of the locking element is formed so that during the withdrawal of the goods compartment a role in rolling over the running section and after exceeding the rotary bolt during the tipping of the goods compartment due to its own weight, the blocking element pivoted in locked position, so that the locking edge of the locking element blocks another, subsequent role, and prevents falling out of the goods compartment from the vending machine.
Particularly preferably, the running portion and the rotation bolt of the locking element are also designed so that when lifting and inserting the goods compartment from the dumped filling position in the vending machine, a roller pivots the locking element when rolling over the running section after exceeding the rotary bolt in the release position.
Preferably, in the tilted filling position of the goods compartment, the running edges and the locking edge of the locking element are formed so that they lock together a role and prevent falling out of the goods compartment from the vending machine.
An advantage of the above preferred embodiment is in particular the very simple handling of the goods compartment when pulling out and when inserting. For this purpose, no additional manipulation of cumbersome locking mechanisms are required.
The blocking elements are preferably arranged in the region of the ends and / or corners on opposite sides of the goods compartment. As a result, an optimal access to the locking elements is ensured when the locking of the goods compartment to be solved by pressing the locking element. This also makes it possible that the goods compartment can be pulled out of the vending machine in at least two directions, or in each case the lock can be released from two sides. If access to the goods compartment from one side is made difficult or for other reasons unsuitable for maintenance or refilling with goods, the goods compartment according to the invention can be pulled out from another side and placed in tipped filling position.
The goods compartment preferably contains its own output means, which are arranged in the goods compartment. The maintenance or replacement of the dispensing means is greatly facilitated by the inventive goods compartment with pull-out device, since the goods compartment as a whole can be accessed.
Besonders bevorzugt sind dabei Neigungswinkel zwischen 10° und 60° und ganz besonders bevorzugt sind Winkel von 10° und 24°.Certain goods and / or output means require a greater inclination of the dumped goods compartment in order to ensure optimum access to them in the dumped goods compartment. Other goods would already fall out of the product compartment at the same inclination. In a preferred embodiment, therefore, a certain tilt angle is set in the extended, tilted filling position by the design of the blocking element.
Preferably, the goods compartment after pulling out, tilting and the following maintenance and / or filling can be easily pushed back into the vending machine by slightly lifting the lowered end of the withdrawn goods compartment without the locking element, more levers, or locking mechanisms must be operated , This also simplifies the maintenance and filling process.
Preferably, the maintenance and / or filling process is facilitated by the fact that devices or elements of any kind, such as electrical, mechanical or other connection and / or supply lines to be easily separated from the goods compartment or flexibly connected to the goods compartment. In a preferred embodiment, therefore, the supply and or connecting lines or devices in the form of plug-in groups or flaps or veneers with integrated plug-in groups in a very simple manner to be separated from one or the same of several goods compartments. In a further preferred embodiment, these compounds are so flexible that they do not hinder the shifting and tipping of the goods compartment.
In a further embodiment, the goods compartment has several areas for different goods with different types of output means. In yet another embodiment, only goods of the same type are arranged in one or more goods shafts in a goods compartment.
Typically, vending machines can be equipped with one or more goods compartments according to the invention with puller. The goods compartments according to the invention are arranged in the vending machines so that they can be pulled backwards and forwards from the vending machines.
Particularly preferred is an arrangement in which not only the goods compartments can be pulled backwards and forwards out of the vending machine and placed in tipped filling position, but also one or more operating parts of the vending machine can be pulled out of the vending machine. The one or more keypads can then be pulled out, for example, in the same direction as the goods compartments and are preferably located on telescopic rails. Likewise, other Ausziehrichtungen for the controls are suitable, if this allows easier access to the controls.
A preferred vending machine with the goods compartments according to the invention therefore has walls, in particular side front and / or rear walls, which can be easily offset in order to move and / or maintain the goods compartments or the operating parts. Particularly preferred is a vending machine with a front wall and a rear wall, which are designed as doors. As a result, the goods compartments and / or the operating parts can be serviced or equipped from the front or the back of the vending machine. This embodiment, too, represents only one of various possibilities according to the invention. It is of course also conceivable to have an arrangement in which the automatic vending machine can be used e.g. opened to the sides or even up or down and the goods compartments are pulled out in this way and brought into the filling position.

The back of
In
First, when pulling out the second, front-

To push back the merchandise compartment 1, the
The blocking
Analogous to the above description, the extraction process and insertion process of the goods compartment 1 in the direction of the back of the
