Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'enroulement (1) d'un matériau en forme de bande (4),
    - qui (1) comprend des installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) qui découpent le matériau en forme de bande (4) en différentes bandes et l'enroule respectivement sur des mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b) associés aux bandes et
    - dans lequel (1) est prévu au moins un support de mandrin d'enroulement (20) sur lequel les mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b) doivent être disposés de telle sorte qu'à chaque fois une bande est enroulée sur un mandrin d'enroulement (7a, 7b) prévue à cette fin,
    - et dans lequel (1) des sources de rayonnement (16) sont disposées de telle sorte qu'au moyen de celles-ci les emplacements de coupe du matériau en forme de bande (4) et/ou les installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) et au moins un support de mandrin d'enroulement précité (20) peuvent être illuminés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la position des sources de rayonnement (16) et des installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) est déplaçable conjointement dans la direction transversalement (z) à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une liaison mécanique (19) entre les sources de rayonnement (16) et les installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) comprend au moins un couteau (4) auquel est fixée une source de rayonnement (16).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone optiquement active (18) de la source de rayonnement (16) et l'emplacement de coupe de l'installation de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) sont disposés d'une manière identique dans la direction transversalement (z) à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande (4).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une source de rayonnement (19) est disposée à une position à partir de laquelle au moins trois des éléments indiqués ci-après du dispositif d'enroulement (1) peuvent être illuminés
    - la position de préparation (8) des mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b),
    - la position d'enroulement (9) dans laquelle se trouvent les mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b) lors de l'opération d'enroulement,
    - une position de stockage que les mandrins d'enroulement occupent dans le dispositif de stockage,
    - au moins un emplacement de transport (3) auquel les bandes coupées avancent les unes à côté des autres,
    - l'emplacement de coupe (14).
  6. Installation de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) pour le montage dans un dispositif d'enroulement (1), dans lequel l'installation de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) coupe un matériau en forme de bande (4) en différentes bandes,
    - qui comprend au moins un couteau (14),
    - qui est déplaçable le long d'un rail (12),
    - qui peut être placé de préférence transversalement (z) à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande (4) dans le dispositif d'enroulement (1),
    - où la position du couteau (14) est réglable par une opération de déplacement dans la direction (z) transversalement à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande,
    - où l'installation de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) lors du montage dans un dispositif d'enroulement (1) peut être positionnée de telle sorte qu'au moins un support de mandrin d'enroulement (20) du dispositif d'enroulement (1) peut être illuminé par la source de rayonnement (16), caractérisé par une source de rayonnement (16) dont la position est réglable dans la direction transversalement (z) à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande également par cette opération de déplacement du couteau (14).
  7. Procédé d'enroulement d'un matériau en forme de bande (4),
    - dans lequel, par des installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14), le matériau en forme de bande (4) est découpé en différentes bandes et est enroulé à chaque fois sur des mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b) associés aux bandes et
    - dans lequel sur au moins un support de mandrin d'enroulement (20), des mandrins d'enroulement (7a, 7b) sont disposés de telle sorte qu'à chaque fois une bande est enroulée sur un mandrin d'enroulement (7a, 7b) prévu à cette fin, et
    - dans lequel des sources de rayonnement (16) sont disposées de telle sorte qu'au moyen de celles-ci les emplacements de coupe du matériau en forme de bande (4) et/ou les installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) et au moins un support de mandrin d'enroulement précité (20) sont illuminés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la position des sources de rayonnement (16) et des installations de coupe longitudinale (11, 12, 13, 14) sont déplacées conjointement dans la direction transversalement (z) à la direction de transport (x) du matériau en forme de bande (4).
