Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to the construction of a false ceiling in tunnel construction and a method to produce a false ceiling according to the invention.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In tunneling, it has become common for safety reasons to collect a false ceiling, above which in case of fire, the smoke can be dissipated.
For this purpose, the false ceiling is created in conventional formwork construction from in-situ concrete.
The space, especially above the ceiling, but are very cramped and complicate a production of in-situ concrete formwork. In addition, at the important supports / consoles on the sides, where the space is particularly cramped, secure backfilling is difficult to ensure. In EP 0 465 413 A1 a one-piece false ceiling of a tunnel is suspended by suspension rods at the tunnel vault.
In the patent CH 402 926 prefabricated, the tunnel spanning, curved intermediate ceiling elements are connected at their free ends via connecting elements with the tunnel arch. The fasteners are made on site by means of formwork on the tunnel wall, while the false ceiling is held by supports in position.
In JP 2000104495 two abutting plates that form the vault of a tunnel are stiffened at the point of their meeting on their upper side by pouring out there a provided with reinforcements recess.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The object of the invention is to provide a construction for a false ceiling in tunneling, in which the sides are supported with security anywhere and can be easily created in the confined spaces of the tunnel.
The object is also to provide a method for producing such a blanket.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention is solved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 or claim 3.
An essential feature of the construction is that the false ceiling (1) of prefabricated parts (2) is composed, which are connected in the transverse direction of the tunnel by "keystones" (3) of in-situ concrete non-positively. The invention provides, viewed in the cross section of the tunnel, two precast parts (2) which rest with one of their sides on brackets (5) of the tunnel wall (6) and are interconnected on the opposite side by means of a "Ortbetonschlußsteins" (3) , For this purpose, reinforcements (4) preferably protrude from the prefabricated part (2) into the cast-in-place closing brick (3).
In a variant, the false ceiling (1) is not completely flat, but slightly curved, so that the outside of the tunnel wall (6) superimposed finished parts (2) press against the connecting Ortbetonschlußstein (3). The false ceiling (1) is thereby clamped between the tunnel walls (6), like a vault.
In the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, the false ceiling (1) by juxtaposing prefabricated parts (2) and concreting the Ortbetonschlußsteine (3). The finished parts (2) of the false ceiling (1) may have longitudinally overlapping areas.

The preparation of the false ceiling (1) requires little space, since it is composed of relatively small parts (2), which can be easily handled even inside the tunnel.
The method for producing the false ceiling (1) provides to hang this with one side on already existing brackets (5) on the tunnel wall (6) or anchored by other means there and by a then easily accommodated in the tunnel support structure (7) to keep in target position. Preferably, the support then only happens at or near the points where the Ortbetonschlußsteine (3) must be made.
Only around the point where the Ortbetonschlußsteine (3) must be poured, it is then necessary to attach a formwork.
In a preferred embodiment, the prefabricated parts (2) at the location where the Ortbetonschlußsteine (3) are to be created, placed on a, preferably height-adjustable, table (7). On this table (7), the intermediate space between the finished parts (2), using any auxiliary formwork, for example, on the front sides of Ortbetonschlußsteine (3), shed. The Ortbetonschlußsteine (3) are easily accessible from above and can therefore be produced in excellent quality, either by compacting the concrete by shaking or simply by using a self-compacting concrete.

FIG. 1 shows a possible embodiment in which two finished parts (2), connected by an in-situ concrete closing block (3), span the tunnel as a false ceiling (1). The cast-in-place closing stone (3) was created on a height-adjustable table (7).
Fig. 2 shows a way to let the finished parts (2) abut in the tunnel longitudinal direction.
