Ventilationsanlage in Tunnels, insbesondere Strassentunnels.
Drei Ausfübrungsbeispiele der bekannten Ventilationsanlagen sind auf dem beiliegen den Zeichnungsblatt durch die Fig. 1, 2 und 3 im Querschnitt dargestellt, ebenso ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes mit einer Variante durch die Fig. 4, 5, 6 und 7; Fig. 4 zeigt die neue Ventilationsanlage im Querschnitt durch den Tunnel; Fig. 6 zeigt einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie c-b in Fig. 4 (oberer Teil des Tunnels);
Ventilation system in tunnels, especially road tunnels. Ventilation systems in tunnels, in particular road tunnels with so-called cross ventilation, consisting of a fresh air supply duct from which fresh air enters the tunnel space through slots, mixes with the contaminated air in the tunnel and enters the open air through exhaust air suction slots and drainage ducts, are known.
Another ventilation system in which the fresh air enters the tunnel in the same way. but is carried out together with the polluted air through the tunnel itself, is also known. These ventilation systems are predominantly only used for relatively short tunnels that are rarely used.
The problem with both ventilation systems is that the fresh air flows into the lower part of the tunnel (under the carriageway), mixes with the polluted air above it and then at the top or above. flows out through the tunnel.
The harmful exhaust gases from automobiles, which are equally heavy and sometimes heavier than air and emanate directly above the Fahrbabir, are thus conveyed upwards and reach the inhalation zone of passers-by and drivers, which is a disadvantage. The good air still in the tunnel is made pregnant by this flow from bottom to top with the harmful gases, which deteriorates the entire tunnel air.
The present invention relates to a ventilation system in tunnels, in particular road tunnels, which no longer have these disadvantages.
Three exemplary embodiments of the known ventilation systems are shown on the accompanying drawing sheet through FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 in cross section, as well as an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention with a variant through FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7; 4 shows the new ventilation system in cross section through the tunnel; Fig. 6 shows a longitudinal section along the line c-b in Fig. 4 (upper part of the tunnel);
Fig. 7 also shows a longitudinal section through the tunnel, but along the line c-d in Fig. 4 (lower part of the tunnel); Fig. 5 shows the same ventilation system, used in a so-called. Underwater tunnel, consisting of pipes.
1 is the Frischluftzufubrkarial (in the exemplary embodiment from FIG. 3 there are two of them), which is located under the track 2. 3 are fresh air supply slots, 4 a partition in the upper part of the tunnel (missing in the embodiment according to FIG. 3). This partition is in Ausfüh approximately example according to FIG. 1 flat and mounted at the top of the tunnel.
In Ausfüh approximately example according to Fig. 2, the partition wall is adapted to your semicircular profile of the tunnel. 5 are exhaust air suction slots in this partition wall and 6 are an exhaust air suction channel above the partition wall 4.
The arrows shown indicate the air movement.
The fresh air comes through channel 1, goes through the slots 3 in the space above half of the roadway. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 then flows: i this fresh air with the contaminated air present in the tunnel to the top, goes through the slots 5 into the channel 6 and from here to the outside.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, the air flowing out of the slots 3 into the space above the roadway with the tunnel air flows outwards along the tunnel.
Both ventilation systems have the disadvantage mentioned above. Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention according to FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7.
1 'are the fresh air supply ducts, 2' the roadway, 3 'the fresh air supply slots, 4' the partition walls of the exhaust air ducts, 5 'the exhaust air suction slots iai the walls 4', 6 'the exhaust air ducts, 7' the partition walls of the fresh air ducts, 8 are fresh air supply chambers . They widen in a funnel shape towards the fresh air supply slots 3 '. The entire ventilation system is divided into sectors along the tunnel, which are designed as chambers. The length and size of these chambers depends on the local and ventilation conditions.
The fresh air ducts open into the longitudinal direction of the tunnel in the middle of the chambers. 12 are guide walls in the fresh air supply chambers 8, which are designed and arranged in such a way that the incoming fresh air is distributed evenly along the slots 3 '. 9 are exhaust air suction chambers with guide walls 13, in the same design as the fresh air chambers 8 with the guide walls 12, which have the purpose of sucking the air evenly over the entire length of the relevant sector through the slots 5 '.
10 are lines in the upper part of the tunnel for compressed air water atomization. 11 is a so-called drainage channel. 14 are sidewalks.
The air movement is again marked by arrows.
The cold fresh air flowing out of the slots 3 'from above flows down, mixes here with the unclean air in the tunnel space above the carriageway 2' and then passes through the slots 5 ', which rise towards the exhaust air ducts 6' air suction chambers 9 and through the channels 6 'to the outside.
The advantage of this ventilation system ge compared to the known ventilation systems for tunnels is mainly that with the same the bad air, in particular the noxious autogas exactly where they are formed, i. H. vacuumed above the road. By sucking off the exhaust gases, the oil vapors and the smoke that is generated, the view in the tunnel remains completely clear, in contrast to the known ventilation systems, where the smoke that collects on the road is drawn up through the entire tunnel, which is during times of high frequency Business interruptions required to evacuate the accumulated smoke so that the view becomes clear again.
These beneficial effects can be increased by using the provided compressed air water atomizer. Another advantage of this ventilation system is that due to the presence of pressure and suction chambers and their corresponding design with the guide walls, an absolutely uniform air renewal takes place along the entire tunnel.
