Claims (14)
- A device (01) for cleaning a cylinder (02) or a roller (02) of a printing machine with a cleaning product web (03), wherein for the cleaning product web (03), provision is made for a first stock reel (04) for unwinding the cleaning product web (03) and a second stock reel (07) for taking up the cleaning product web (03), wherein a reel device (06) for progressive forward feed of the cleaning product web (03) can be driven in rotation by a driving device (11), wherein the cleaning product web (03) can be pressed against the circumference of the cylinder (02) or the roller (02) by means of a pressure device (08) and wherein the pressure device (08) is also adjustable by means of the driving device (11) between an engaged working position and disengaged resting position, characterised in that provision is made for a measuring device (19, 21), which registers at least the radius of a stock reel (04; 07) and provision is made for an adjustment device (13, 14, 16), with the amount of a respective rotary movement of the reel device (06) being modifiable depending on the registered radius of the stock reel (04; 07).
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the measuring device (19, 21) registers the radius of the second stock reel (07).
- A device according to claim 2, characterised in that the adjustment device (13, 14, 16) is designed such that the amount of a rotary movement of the reel device (06) is modified in such a way that the length of a respective forward feed section remains approximately constant regardless of the radius of the second stock reel (07).
- A device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the pressure device (08) is designed in the form of a pressure blade (08) which can be pivoted by means of the driving device (11).
- A device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, characterised in that between the driving device (11) and the reel device (06) of the second stock reel (07), provision is made for a free running device so that the second stock reel is driven in only one direction of rotation exclusively during the engagement movement or exclusively during the disengagement movement of the pressure device (08).
- A device according to claim 5, characterised in that provision is made for a lever mechanism (13, 14, 16) with at least two adjustment levers (13, 14, 16) between the driving device (11) and the free running device, wherein the effective leverage length of the lever mechanism (13, 14, 16) can be modified depending on the radius of the second stock reel (07).
- A device according to claim 6, characterised in that, on the lever mechanism (13, 14, 16), provision is made for an adjustment lever (21) serving as a measuring device, on the end of which adjustment lever (21) a roller (19) is mounted capable of rotation on bearings, wherein the roller (19) can rest on the circumference of the second stock reel (07) and the effective leverage length of the lever device (13, 14, 16) of the second stock reel (07) is modifiable on modification of the radius of the second stock reel (07) by adjustment of the adjustment lever (21).
- A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the driving device (11) is designed in the manner of a hydraulic or pneumatic drive cylinder, the adjusting rod (17) of which acts on the lever mechanism (13, 14, 16).
- A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pressure device (08) is firmly linked to an adjusting lever (09) which can be pivoted by means of the driving device (11).
- A device according to claim 6, 7, 8 or 9, characterised in that the lever mechanism (13, 14, 16) is pretensioned with a spring element (18).
- A device according to claims 9 and 10, characterised in that provision is made for the spring element (18) between the adjusting lever (09) firmly connected to the pressure device (08) and the lever mechanism (13, 14, 16).
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cleaning product web (03) can be employed on a roller (02), particularly a stationary roller (02) of an inking system.
- A method for cleaning a cylinder (02) or a roller (02) of a printing machine with a cleaning product web (03), wherein the cleaning product web (03) is unrolled from a first stock reel (04) and is wound stepwise on to a second stock reel (07), wherein the cleaning product web (03) is shifted respectively per working cycle between a working position engaged on the cylinder (02) or roller (02), and a disengaged resting position and wherein the respective further travel occurs in only one direction of rotation exclusively during engagement or exclusively on disengagement, characterised in that the cleaning web is conveyed by an approximately constant length per working cycle.
- A procedure according to claim 13, characterised in that the respective further travel occurs on adjustment from the disengaged resting position to the set working position.
