Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren bei der Sicherung des Fahrbetriebes eines längs einer vorgegebenen Fahrstrecke sich bewegenden Fahrzeugs, wie eines schienengebundenen Fahrzeugs (4). Herkömmlich erhält das Fahrzeug (4) von voneinander beabstandet angeordneten punktförmig wirkenden Systemen (2.1, 2.2) (oder Balisen) Fahrerlaubnis-Daten und Fahrstrecken-Daten. Bleibt ein Fahrerlaubnis-Datum aus, wird das Fahrzeug (4) gemäß einem vorgegebenen Fahr- bzw. Bremsprofil 6 abgebremst, und zwar ohne zusätzliche Informationen bis zum Stillstand vor einem nächstfolgenden punktförmig wirkenden System 2.2 (Balise). Gemäß der Erfindung erhält das Fahrzeug (4) über ein vom Sicherungssystem unabhängiges Informationsübertragungssystem eine Information lediglich darüber, dass sich in dem nächstfolgenden punktförmig wirkenden System insbesondere neue Fahrerlaubnis- Daten befinden, die dann durch langsames Fahren über dieses punktförmig wirkende System (2.2) hinweg abrufbar sind. Hierdurch werden die bisher erforderlichen Kosten für optische Signaleinrichtungen oder für die Fahrerlaubnis-Daten Fahrstrecken-Daten vollständig übermittelnden weiteren Systeme, wie EURO-Loop und Radio-Infill, vermieden.
