Claims (13)

  1. Installation pour fermer la zone d'accès à un espace intérieur, notamment à des puits ou à une cuve à l'aide d'un couvercle (6) mis en place dans la zone d'accès à l'espace intérieur pour pouvoir y être verrouillé, sachant que la dimension transversale intérieure (DI) de la paroi (5) délimitant l'espace intérieur est plus petite que la dimension transversale (DD) du couvercle (6) ; sachant qu'une région périphérique (72) du couvercle (6) est définie par la différence entre les dimensions susmentionnées (DI,DD) et qu'un dispositif de sécurité (1;50) se trouve au niveau de cette région périphérique (72) du couvercle (6) ; sachant que le dispositif de sécurité (1;50) se trouve dans la zone de transition (73) séparant le couvercle (6) et la paroi (5) délimitant l'espace intérieur (9) ; sachant que le dispositif de sécurité (1;50) comprend un mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) et une butée (30;75) servant au mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) ; sachant que le mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) est disposé de manière à ce qu'il puisse fonctionner avec la butée (30;75) ; sachant que l'un de ces éléments du dispositif de sécurité (1;50) est adapté au couvercle (6) et que l'autre élément du dispositif de sécurité (1;50) est monté sur la paroi (5) de l'espace intérieur (9), caractérisée en ce que ce mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) comprend une serrure électromécanique (81) ainsi qu'un segment électronique qui est couplé à la serrure électromécanique (81), que la serrure électromécanique (1) comprend un pêne (11;83) qui est monté de manière mobile dans un boîtier (13;82) de la serrure, que la serrure électromécanique (81) présente un organe pour actionner le pêne (11;83), que le dispositif de sécurité (1;50) comprend de plus une clé électronique (20) et que cette clé (20) est raccordable au mécanisme de fermeture (10;80).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la clé électronique (20) comprend un clavier (21) prévu pour saisir un code servant à commander l'organe d'actionnement du pêne (11;83), que la clé électronique (20) est raccordable au mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) au moyen d'un connecteur (35), que l'élément (36) du connecteur (35) affecté à la paroi (5) de l'espace intérieur (9) est disposé de manière à être protégé des intempéries par le couvercle (6), et que la clé électronique (20) possède une propre source d'énergie fournie notamment par une pile.
  3. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la butée est exécutée sous la forme d'une plaque de fermeture (30), qu'il est prévu une ouverture (31) dans la plaque de fermeture, dont la section transversale correspond à la section transversale du pêne (11) et que le mécanisme de fermeture (10) et que la plaque de fermeture (30) sont disposés de manière à ce que le pêne (11) puisse être introduit à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (31) pratiquée dans la plaque de fermeture (30).
  4. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurité (1) comprend en plus un segment de surveillance et d'alarme raccordable à une unité centrale de commande sans fil ou par câble.
  5. Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le segment de surveillance et d'alarme présente un mécanisme de contact (41), que ce mécanisme de contact (41) est actionnable par le pêne (11;84), lorsque le pêne (11;84) se trouve dans une position sortie, qu'il repose à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (31) pratiquée dans la plaque de fermeture (30), et que ce mécanisme de contact (41) est raccordable à l'unité centrale de commande via le segment de surveillance et d'alarme.
  6. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurité (1) comprend en plus des contacts de relevage (431;432;433), que ces contacts (431;432;433) se trouvent entre le couvercle (6) et la paroi (5) de l'espace intérieur (9), et que ces contacts de relevage (431;432;433) sont réalisés de manière à ce que leur état puisse être signalé à l'unité centrale de commande via le segment de surveillance et d'alarme.
  7. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la serrure électromécanique (81) présente des arrêts de gâchette dont la situation dans le boîtier de serrure (13;82) est influençable par le segment électronique du mécanisme de fermeture électronique (10), que le pêne (11;84) est muni d'un panneton, que les arrêts de gâchette peuvent fonctionner avec le panneton équipant le pêne (11;84) de manière à ce que le pêne (11;84) soit bloqué dans sa position de fermeture sortie ou que le pêne (11;84) puisse être retiré dans le boîtier de serrure (13;82) pour ouvrir le couvercle (6).
  8. Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une clé mécanique (18) est prévue pour permettre de retirer le pêne (11;84) libéré par les arrêts de gâchette dans le boîtier de serrure (13;82) ou de le sortir du boîtier de serrure (13;82), et que cette clé mécanique est insérable dans un fouillot (16) pivotant en applique dans la paroi avant du boîtier de serrure (13;82) .
  9. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la butée est exécutée sous la forme d'un axe (75) qui fait saillie pratiquement à l'horizontale devant la face extérieure de la paroi de l'espace intérieur (9).
  10. Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurité (50) comprend un boîtier (51), que ce boîtier (51) est monté au niveau du couvercle (6) ou dans la région périphérique (72) de celui-ci, que le boîtier présente en dessous une ouverture (49), que le dispositif de sécurité (50) comprend en plus un support (60) servant notamment à soutenir le mécanisme de fermeture (80), que le support (60) peut être introduit dans le boîtier (51) à travers l'ouverture inférieure (49) de ce boîtier (51) et y être fixé, et que le dispositif de sécurité (50) est exécuté de manière à ce que l'axe (75) puisse parvenir à l'intérieur du boîtier (51).
  11. Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le support (60) présente un corps de base (61), qu'une coupe longitudinale effectuée à la verticale à travers ce corps de base présente essentiellement la forme de la lettre L, que le mécanisme de fermeture (80) est posé sur la cloison (62) d'un tel support (60) qui correspond au fût du L évoluant à la verticale, que des encoches (77) dirigées à la verticale, se chevauchant et s'ouvrant vers le bas sont réalisées dans les cloisons (62,63) du support (60) et dans la cloison arrière (56) du boîtier (51), que la largeur de ces encoches (77) est choisie de manière à ce que l'axe (75) puisse se mouvoir dans ces encoches (77), et que le mécanisme de fermeture (80) est monté sur le support (60) de sorte que le pêne (84) puisse rester sorti devant l'axe (75) lorsque le couvercle (6) se trouve en position fermée.
  12. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurité (1;50) comprend en plus au moins un détecteur sismique (26,27) et que ce détecteur sismique (26,27) se trouve dans l'espace intérieur (9) et/ou en dessous du couvercle (6).
  13. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le segment électronique du mécanisme de fermeture (10;80) renferme une mémoire servant à enregistrer le code d'ouverture ainsi qu'un comparateur, que la mémoire est connectée à l'une des entrées du comparateur, que la clé électronique (20) peut être reliée à l'autre entrée du comparateur et que la sortie du comparateur est raccordée à l'organe d'actionnement du pêne (11;84).
