Description

The invention relates to a removable boot for sports shoes, particularly the shoes for gliding board such as ski, surf or skating shoe, and its manufacturing process.

  • les fils de la couture Strobel sont apparents et peuvent s'user notamment par les actions consistant à insérer et enlever le chausson de la chaussure de ski ;
  • ces chaussons ne présentent pas une forme anatomique car ils n'épousent pas la forme du pied mais présentent une semelle plate et une tige standard droite. Cela entraîne un mauvais confort pour le pied du skieur ;
  • ces chaussons ne sont pas étanches à l'eau, qui peut remonter par capillarité le long des coutures ;
  • ces chaussons ne sont pas esthétiques.
A first method of manufacturing slippers of the prior art for insertion into a ski boot shell, which we will call the Strobel process, consists in separately manufacturing a flat sole and a straight shank, then joining them together by a Strobel seam. . The advantage of this method is that it is simple and cheap. However, the resulting liner has the following disadvantages:
  • the threads of the Strobel seam are visible and can be worn in particular by the actions of inserting and removing the boot of the ski boot;
  • these slippers do not have an anatomical shape because they do not marry the shape of the foot but have a flat sole and a standard straight stem. This results in poor comfort for the skier's foot;
  • these slippers are not waterproof, which can go up by capillarity along the seams;
  • these slippers are not aesthetic.

A second method of manufacturing slippers, called fitting on form, consists of forming the stem around a foot model and then finishing the slipper by mounting in the last step the sole on the stem, by a collage for example, this operation s always performing with the rod held around the foot model. The sole thus fixed makes it possible to maintain the rod previously formed. The result is a perfectly anatomical slipper, at the sole and the stem, by its design and that does not contain the disadvantages mentioned above. However, this process has a high cost.

  • il est complexe, difficile et long à mettre en oeuvre car il comprend une étape consistant à enduire les deux semelles, une étape de séchage des deux surfaces enduites, une étape de réactivation de l'enduit, puis une étape consistant à presser les deux surfaces pour obtenir le collage des deux semelles ;
A third method of manufacturing slippers, intermediate between the two solutions described above, is to form a slipper according to the Strobel process, then to cover its sole with a second sole, this operation being carried out with a foot-shaped mold placed at inside the slipper so to shape the slipper for this last step. This method thus makes it possible to obtain a slipper whose insole has an anatomical shape, is more watertight and less fragile at the seams, and whose aesthetics are improved. However, this method has the following drawbacks:
  • it is complex, difficult and slow to implement because it comprises a step of coating the two flanges, a drying step of the two coated surfaces, a step of reactivation of the coating, and then a step of pressing the two surfaces to obtain the bonding of the two soles;
  • because of the above complexity, the slipper obtained is relatively expensive.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a removable shoe liner that does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.

A first object of the present invention is to provide a liner which has fastening means between the rod and the sole more resistant to wear than simple Strobel seams and providing an improvement of the seal compared to a simple Strobel seam. .

A second object of the present invention is to provide an economic shoe whose manufacturing process is simple.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a slipper whose anatomical shape is improved over that of the simple Strobel slipper.

A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a slipper whose aesthetic is improved over that of simple Strobel slipper.

According to the concept of the invention, the method of manufacturing a liner consists of forming on the one hand a flat sole on which is fixed on the periphery a pre-coated fabric strip, on the other hand a straight stem, then first joining these two elements by a Strobel seam before folding the pre-coated strip over the Strobel seam so as to cover it, while fixing the strip by heating simultaneously on the sole and the stem, the liner being shaped during this operation to give it an anatomical final shape.

More specifically, the invention is based on a sole for a shoe shoe slipper which comprises a band whose end is fixed on the underside of the sole, so as to cover a significant portion of the circumference of the sole, defining a zone the sole between its circumference and the fixing means, and whose width is greater than the width of this zone so that it can be folded down to cover this zone while remaining able to cover a lower part of a rod of a slipper.

The band may be attached to the sole by a seam so that the band covers the seam when it is folded to cover the area of the sole and the band may have a pre-coated face so that it can be easily glued.

  • fixation d'une semelle telle que décrite précédemment à une tige par couture ;
The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing a sport shoe boot comprising the following steps:
  • fastening a sole as described above to a seam stitch;
  • folding and fixing of the sole strip on the lower circumference of the stem rod.

The preceding method may comprise the following intermediate step before fixing the strip on the rod:
  • slipper shaping.

Fixing the band can be achieved by heating and pressing the band on the rod to glue it when it is pre-coated, with a hot melt polyurethane glue for example.

Finally, the invention also relates to a slipper for a sports shoe comprising a sole as described above, including a boot for ski boot or snowboard.

  • La figure 1 est une vue de dessous d'une semelle d'un chausson selon l'invention avant son association avec une tige ;
  • la figure 3 est une vue de mise en forme du chausson de la figure 2 ;
  • la figure 4 est une vue du chausson de la figure 3 après collage de la bande de tissu de la semelle ;
These objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be set forth in detail in the following description of a particular embodiment made in a non-limiting manner in relation to the appended figures among which:
  • Figure 1 is a bottom view of a sole of a shoe according to the invention before its association with a rod;
  • Figure 2 shows a liner according to the invention after Strobel joining of the sole of Figure 1 with a shank.
  • Figure 3 is a shaping view of the shoe of Figure 2;
  • Figure 4 is a view of the shoe of Figure 3 after gluing the fabric strip of the sole;
  • Figure 5 is a perspective view of a shoe according to the invention.

Figures 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a method of manufacturing a shoe according to the invention.

The sole 1, shown in Figure 1, is an essential element of the invention. It comprises a lower face 2, on which is fixed by a seam 3 the end of a fabric strip 4, comprising a first face 5 and a second pre-coated face 6 with a hot melt polyurethane adhesive . This fabric band 4 is sewn around the periphery of the lower face 2 of the sole, thus defining a small area 7 of sole on the circumference of the sole. The seam 3 is made with the fabric band folded towards the center of the sole, so that the band 4 covers the seam when it is bent in the opposite direction, that is to say towards the outside of the sole. The width of the band 4 is chosen so that it can cover part of a rod by folding it upwards as will be described later.

According to a first step of manufacturing the liner according to the invention, shown in Figure 2, the sole 1 is connected to a rod 10 according to a Strobel process. For this, the fabric strip 4 is held down so as not to hinder the production of a Strobel seam 9 in order to fix the outer periphery 8 of the sole at the base of the shank 10, according to the method of the art. prior.

La face 5 de la bande reste apparente.FIG. 3 represents a next step in the slipper manufacturing process, which comprises shaping the slipper by means of a form 12 inserted in the slipper and a bag molding, which consists in applying a bag 13 to the slipper. outer surface 2 of the sole 1, the fabric strip being folded towards the outside of the sole so as not to hinder the positioning of the bag 13. When the two elements 12 and 13 are well positioned, the shoe and in particular its sole take then a more anatomical form. In this position, the fabric strip is then folded over the lower circumference 14 of the rod, thus placing its pre-coated face 6 in contact with the zone 14 of the rod, then is heated between 45 and 50 degrees and pressed, as this is illustrated in FIG. 4. The gluing of the band 4 on the rod 10 and on the zone 7 of the sole is thus obtained. The face 5 of the band remains apparent.

  • elle recouvre les deux coutures 3 et 9 en les protégeant de l'usure, tout en réduisant les problèmes de manque d'étanchéité liés aux coutures ;
  • elle maintient une liaison entre la semelle et la tige leur procurant une forme anatomique ;
Figure 5 thus illustrates the slipper obtained by this method. The fabric strip 4 thus covers the area 7 of the sole 1 and shows the entire central surface of the lower face 2 of the sole. The width of the band 4 is chosen so that it covers the zone 14 of the rod, so that the band then fulfills the following functions:
  • it covers the two seams 3 and 9 protecting them from wear, while reducing the problems of lack of tightness related seams;
  • it maintains a connection between the sole and the stem giving them an anatomical shape;
  • it provides an aesthetic effect to the entire liner, which can be amplified by the choice of an aesthetic material for the lower surface 2 of the liner.

Of course, alternative embodiments may remain in the concept of the invention such as taking a strip 4 of another material, of different sizes, which makes only an incomplete circumference of the soleplate but sufficient to at least significantly fill the advantageous functions mentioned above, attached to the sole by means other than a seam.

The assembly thus has the advantages of the intermediate solution of the prior art described above with however a simpler and much cheaper solution and the solution therefore makes it possible to achieve the objects of the invention.
