Description

Footwear convertible into sandals or slippers
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shoe for converting a shoe, such as a leisure shoe, a sports shoe, a long-leg shoe, or a short shoe, into a sandal or a slipper according to a wearer's convenience, and more particularly, to a shoe for converting a second upper covering a wearer's instep into a sandal or a slipper, in which a second upper covering folded in a zigzag shape is folded downward such that the second upper covering is closely attached to an inner surface of a first upper covering for maintaining the shape of the shoe and an upper surface of an insole, and a rear cover of the shoe is also folded such that the second upper covering and the rear cover are converted into an insole function of the shoe for the sandal or the slipper.
Background
Shoes are worn by people to protect their feet while walking, and have various shapes and kinds. Such shoes are basically formed of a sole contacting the ground and a top sheet positioned over the sole to cover the instep of the foot. The types of shoes are roughly classified into leather shoes, sports shoes, slippers, sandals, etc. according to the shape and material of the surface skin.
The leather shoes or the sports shoes have a shape that the surface leather completely covers the instep and covers the heel, and the slippers have a shape that the surface leather only covers the instep and the heel is exposed outside. The sandal is further formed by connecting the upper leather with a strap or the like at the back of the heel. Due to such various kinds of shoes, users wear shoes of different kinds as needed.
Previously known is a technology in which a sandal converted from a casual shoe, a sports shoe or a short shoe is used only after folding a sock. When a wearer of a conventional transformable shoe wears the shoe, the wearer needs to ventilate his foot or discharge hot air concentrated on his foot to the outside, or does not easily feel oppressed when moving his toes or stretching his toes, and the shoe is not conveniently worn like a slipper or a sandal because the wearer only folds the rear portion of the shoe.
Patent documents similar to the shoes converted into sandals or slippers according to the present invention are utility model publication No. 20-2008-0002789 (name of utility model: slippers transforming shoes).
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe converted into a sandal or slipper, which can be folded into a conventional sandal shape by folding both a front part and a rear cover part of a shoe such as a casual shoe, a sports shoe, or a short shoe.
It is not easy to fold the upper leather of the shoes such as the sports shoes, the leather shoes and the like to form the sandals or the slippers like the present invention.
The previous shoes such as sports shoes or leisure shoes, etc. are difficult to standardize in the dimension different from the size of slippers or sandals, and in fact, enough space is left in the toe part of the shoe to prevent the toes from being damaged by the skin of the toes or the toes from being twisted, but if the part of the upper skin is sunk to form the sandals, the relation with the dimension of the toes when the outer part of the upper skin is converted into the slippers or sandals is firstly clarified.
And since the toe part wrapper has a convex shape, a wrinkle phenomenon generated when it is folded while being pressed against the recess is solved. The wrinkle phenomenon is not beautiful and makes the toes not comfortably spread.
In fact, the width of the shoe is determined by the width of the part where the metatarsal is located, and if this part sags for the purpose of being converted into a slipper or a sandal, there arises a problem that the function of binding the foot which this part has can be replaced with the strap.
A shoe lace is arranged above the instep of the prior shoe to prevent the shoe from falling off by fastening the shoe, or the prior shoe is provided with a shoe tongue and elastic belts arranged at the two sides of the shoe tongue to play the function of easily wearing the shoe or the slipper.
If the second surface skin portion of the tongue is depressed to function as an insole, it is difficult to determine which shape and size will function as an appropriate insole for a slipper or sandal. And also causes a problem that the side of the wrapper which is depressed to be transformed into the insole irritates the skin.
The tongue of the conventional shoe covers the instep and ankle portions to eliminate the foreign body sensation of the upper leather, and provides a cushioning function to the instep and ankle portions, and also provides a comfortable feeling even if the shoe is tightened with a shoelace.
In order for the tongue with this function to function as a further insole together with the folded-down back cover above the sunken second vamp skin, it is also important to adjust the length of the tongue appropriately, and it is also necessary to consider how the support at the arch of the foot will improve the function when the cushioning at the tongue functions as an insole.
Further, when the cover cannot be folded like a long-tube shoe, if the second upper skin is depressed to form an insole for a cool slipper or sandal using the second upper skin, the tongue attached to the upper skin is longer than a normal shoe and extends to the heel of the shoe, and thus it is necessary to consider a function of forming another insole above the original insole of the shoe.
In addition, in the conventional shoes with the folded back covers, the folded heel parts are higher than the insoles, so that the heel parts and the metatarsal parts of a user bear excessive pressure, and the sole fascia pressure is increased due to the fact that the arch parts cannot be comfortably arranged due to the layered bottom plates after the user walks for a long time.
Furthermore, the shoe which is folded only has the defects that air flows at the heel part of the folded shoe, but no air flows at the toe part and the tiptoe part, so that the slipper is needed for ventilation, and the hot air at the front part cannot be discharged if the slipper is not used.
And because the front part is closed, the toes can not move freely in the shoe, so that the feeling of suffocation is difficult to get rid of, and if wet sweat at the front part of the shoe does not have an alternative insole, the strong uncomfortable feeling is caused when the foot is wet.
To achieve the above object, a shoe transformed into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention comprises: a first cover 100 coupled to a sole 240 of the footwear contacting the ground to cover a lower end side of a foot of a wearer of the footwear;
a second cover 105 connected to the first cover 100 and foldable along a portion connected to the first cover 100 so as to be closely attached to an inner surface of the first cover 100 and an upper surface of the insole 250 of the shoe;
a strap 120 positioned on the second upper skin 105 and positioned at an instep of the shoe; and
folding support portions 280 for coupling the first cover 100 and the strap 120 to each other at upper portions of the first cover 100 and left and right side surfaces of the strap 120, and supporting the first cover 100 not to be folded when the second cover 105 is folded.
A rear cover 170 covering a rear portion of a foot of a wearer of the shoe is provided at a rear portion of the shoe, and the rear cover 170 is coupled to the folding portion 150 such that the rear cover 170 is folded to be closely attached to the insole 250 of the shoe when the folding portion 150 is folded.
A tongue 140 is provided on the upper portion of the second vamp leather 105 so that when the second vamp leather 105 is folded into the interior of the shoe along the folding support 280, the distal end portion of the tongue 140 and the upper cloth distal end portion of the folded rear cover 170 are closely attached to each other.
The first and second facings 100, 105 are separately manufactured and connected to each other so as to be foldable.
A reinforcing plate 260 is provided between the strap 120 and the interconnected first and second facings 100, 105.
The reinforcing plate 260 is fixed to the first cover 100 and the tape 120 by the folding support 280.
Between the first and second covers 100 and 105 of the front part of the shoe where the toes of the shoe are located, a crescent-shaped front folded part 220 formed of suede or cloth and connected to the first and second covers 100 and 105 is provided.
The front folded portion 220 is also folded while the second wrapper 105 is folded, thereby preventing wrinkles from occurring on the second wrapper 105.
A rear cover 170 is provided at the rear of the shoe to cover the rear of the foot of the wearer of the shoe without being folded.
In the case where the second cover 105 is folded, the second cover 105 including the tongue 140 of the upper end portion of the second cover 105 covers the entire footwear insole 250.
The shoe converted into the sandal or the slipper according to the present invention has an effect that the wearer can convert the sports shoe, the leather shoe and the like into the sandal or the slipper as needed in the use as the shoe such as the sports shoe, the leather shoe and the like.
Since the shoe according to the present invention can fold the cover leather, the front cover leather can be folded to form a complete insole when the cover is folded, as compared with the shoe in which the cover is folded only, so that the load concentrated on the heel portion and the metatarsal can be uniformly dispersed to the sole of the foot to reduce the load, thereby making the arch portion more comfortable, thereby reducing the load of the plantar fascia.
Further, if the second top sheet of the present invention is depressed to become an insole, the padded tongue portion functions as a cushion to the arch portion of the sole of the foot, so that the sole of the foot is more comfortable.
The other insole formed by the folded back cover and the sunken surface leather has the effect of drying and drying the wet shoe when the insole in the shoe is wet, and can cool the foot by using cool materials.
The reinforcing plate of the present invention has a shape to be coupled to both the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, and the support portion, i.e., the first cover, thereby preventing the coupling portion of the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, and the support portion, i.e., the first cover, from being detached by a tailor coupling the first cover and the second cover near the metatarsal joint by a force of a wearer's foot.
When the wearer uses the shoe of the present invention as a sandal or a slipper, if the material used as the top sheet is not a thin fiber material or suede leather but a hard leather, the second top sheet can be simply folded by cutting the first top sheet and the second top sheet separately and then sewing the cut pieces, so that the second top sheet is closely attached to the inner side of the first top sheet and the bottom surface of the insole of the shoe.
If the leather and the thick fiber material, which are thick and hard materials, are manufactured without separating the first and second covers, the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, is not closely attached to the left and right sides of the insole and the first cover of the shoe, thereby causing a slippery phenomenon of the sole of the foot and possibly causing the shoe of a wearer to fall off and be injured.
And further the second surface skin and the first surface skin are not tightly attached to the folded instep surface skin, the soft cushion is not uniform, discomfort is caused, and foot fatigue is improved. Further, the corner of the second epidermis which is not in close contact with the foot irritates the side of the foot, causing skin damage and discomfort.
The folding support part is arranged slightly below a connecting line of the first wrapper and the second wrapper. This is because the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, and the support portion, i.e., the first cover, are formed of one sheet of material or are connected by a tailor, and an arc shape is formed at a folded portion when the second cover is folded, and the folded diameter is different depending on the thickness of the cover material, so that a problem occurs in that the tailor cannot fold the cover into the arc shape portion.
The folding support part 280 of the present invention connects the tape 120 to the first cover 100 by means of adhesion or a tailor, and connects the tape 120 to the reinforcement plate 260, so that even if a wearer presses the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, a force applied in the left and right directions by the foot can be dispersed by the reinforcement plate and converted into a force for covering the foot.
In the present invention, the instep cover, i.e., the second cover, is folded based on the folding support without using a reinforcing plate, or without providing the support, i.e., the first cover, or by forming a supporting force by a force coupled to the strap, depending on the use or material of the shoe, and the folding support is folded based on the folding support, and if the folding support is not subjected to an excessive force and the foot feels uncomfortable, the folding support may be folded at the adjacent outer portion of the support, i.e., the first cover, which is the portion adjacent to the strap without being subject to the folding support.
The present invention has an effect that, unlike a shoe in which only the folded cover is folded, in order to form another flat insole on the insole of the shoe, when the folded cover is folded and the second wrapper of the front portion is also folded with the position of the folding support portion being a true depression, the tongue portion is extended upward of the folded rear cover to perform the function of the insole.
Further, the second cover of the present invention is depressed due to the supporting force of the folding support, and the tongue has a long shape extending to the heel portion, thereby forming another footwear insole. At this time, the rear cover is not folded, but the front part of the shoe is opened to allow easy air circulation.
The function of the sandal or slipper according to the present invention is to add a structure converted into a slipper or sandal based on the sole of the sports shoe, the short shoe, the long-leg shoe or the leisure shoe, thereby having an effect of using as a slipper or sandal having good ventilation as well as exerting the original function of the shoe.
The band of the present invention has a function of binding the instep of a wearer in a conventional leisure shoe, sports shoe or sandal, but is coupled to the first top sheet as the support part so that the first top sheet as the support part applies a supporting force to the instep of the wearer when the slipper or sandal is used, so that the first top sheet as the support part coupled to the band does not sink down to prevent the second top sheet as the instep from shaking when the second top sheet as the instep sinks to perform a sole function.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a shoe transformed into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a sectional view illustrating a section cut along line a-a' in fig. 1.
Fig. 1 illustrates a shape of a leisure shoe, a sports shoe, a short shoe, etc. before being transformed into a sandal or slipper. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the footwear converted into the sandal or slipper according to the present invention has a sole 240 at the lowermost part of the footwear as in the previous footwear, and an insole 250 provided on the inner side of the footwear to be in direct contact with the sole of the user in a state that the user wears the footwear.
Above the sole of the present invention, a first cover 100 is provided to cover the outer circumference of the foot of the user. The first facer 100 of the present invention is designed to be coupled to a second facer 105 for covering the instep of a user's foot.
If the shoe according to the present invention is made of leather or hard cloth, the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 are cut separately, and the connected portions, i.e., the connecting lines B, are sewn in order to facilitate the folding of the connected portions.
When the material used for manufacturing the shoe of the present invention is a soft material such as suede, the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 do not need to be cut separately, and can be cut in a connected shape. At this time, the connection line B is not required.
In the shoe converted into the sandal or the slipper according to the present invention, the front folded part 220 is provided between the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 in the front of the toe part of the user, so that when the second cover 105 is folded to be closely attached to the insole 250 of the shoe, an effect of preventing wrinkles, etc. from occurring in a semicircular part in the front of the shoe can be exerted.
The footwear according to the present invention is provided with the strap 120 at a portion near the instep of the user. The strap 120 according to the present invention may have various shapes such as an X-shape and a line-shape, and the strap 120 of the present invention may be provided with a velcro fastener so as to be tightened according to the size of the user's foot.
Above the second cover 105 according to the present invention, there is a tongue 140 and a flap 130.
A foldable rear cover 170 is provided at the rear of the shoe of the present invention. The rear cover 170 of the present invention is folded to be closely attached to the insole 250 of the shoe when the folding part 150 of the present invention is folded. The folding part 150 of the present invention is formed by cutting a cloth or the like, and then folding the cloth or the like by a user with a tailor to form a boundary line without cutting the cloth or the like.
Folding supports 280 are provided under both sides of the inventive strap 120. The folding support 280 according to the present invention performs a support function of folding only the second wrapper 105 without folding the first wrapper 100 when the user converts the shoe of the present invention into a sandal or slipper.
The folding support 280 according to the present invention is formed by connecting both side surfaces of the first cover 100, the reinforcing plate 260 and the strip 120 by a tailor or by firmly bonding them by an adhesive or the like.
The pair of folding supporters 280 according to the present invention is formed at a certain height at both left and right sides above the insole 250 of the shoe.
When the user of the present invention presses the reinforcing plate 260 and the second cover 105 of the present invention with his/her foot in order to convert the shoe into a sandal or slipper, the reinforcing plate 260 and the second cover 105 of the present invention are folded in a concave shape to be closely attached to the inner side of the first cover 100 and the insole 250 provided at both sides of the shoe.
The side fold 230 of the present invention is a side flap 130 connecting the first and second panels 105 and 105 of the shoe side by a tailor to facilitate folding or recovery.
Side supports 190 are provided at the sides of the first panel 100 according to the present invention to prevent the side portions of the first panel 100 of the present invention from being folded together when the second panel 105 of the present invention is folded.
The position of the folding support 280 according to the present invention is determined by considering the length of the second cover 105, the left and right first covers 100, and the width of the footwear insole 250.
That is, the left-right width dimension of the second panel skin 105 should be designed to be equal to the sum of the left-right width dimension of the inventive insole 250 and the height of the left-right first panel skin 100 above the inventive insole 250.
That is, the folding supporter 280 is provided at a position where the second cover 105 covers the upper surface of the footwear insole 250 when the second cover 105 is folded, and is completely adhered to the inner surface of the first cover 100, and the folding supporter 280 is formed by sewing or sticking.
In order to easily fold the second cover 105 connected to the first cover 100 according to the present invention, the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 may be connected by a tailor, or if the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 are formed of one undivided material, the folded portion may be continuously perforated or the folded portion may be processed by a press to be easily folded.
The front folding portion 220 according to the present invention is formed to prevent discomfort of the wearer's toe region caused by the front of the shoe positioned at the wearer's toe region being rugged when the first and second wrappers 100 and 105 are formed of a relatively hard material and thus converted into a sandal or slipper.
According to the front fold 220 of the present invention, it is preferable to use a material such as suede or a material having a diamond pattern along the line of the fold. Since the material woven in the diamond pattern can be freely stretched up and down, right and left, when the second cover 105 is folded, the second cover 105 in front of the shoe is dented and attached to the inside of the first cover 100 without forming wrinkles.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a shape of a shoe transformed into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention. Fig. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a section cut along a line a-a' in the perspective view converted into the sandal or slipper illustrated in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the reinforcing plate 260 and the second leather 105 of the shoe according to the present invention are folded adjacent to the first leather 100 and the footwear insole 250 about the folding support 280, and the back cover 170 is folded along the folding portion 150 to be transformed into a sandal or slipper.
The terminal portion of the tongue 140 above the second skin 105 of the present invention is in contact with the upper end C of the rear sleeve 170.
In the folded state of the second cover 105 of the present invention, the tongue 140 is used to support the arch portion of the user's foot, and the folded back cover 170 is in contact with the heel portion of the user.
Thus, if the footwear of the present invention is converted into a sandal or slipper, the folded second wrapper 105, the reinforcing plate 160 and the folded back cover 170 function as an insole of the footwear.
The first and second wrappers 100 and 105 of the present invention have a structure in which the connecting lines B are formed by being separately cut and sewn at the connected portions, so that even if the second wrapper 105 is pressed toward the insole 250 of the shoe in order to convert the shoe of the present invention into a sandal or a slipper, the first wrapper 100 supported by the folding support 280 is not folded, and only the second wrapper 105 is folded.
In a state where the shoe according to the present invention is converted into a sandal or slipper, a user puts his foot in, and the lateral portion of his foot does not escape toward the outside of the shoe due to the first upper 100 supported by the folding support 280 without being folded.
The tongue 140 of the present invention is folded to be closely attached to the insole 250 and thus functions as an insole after being transformed into a sandal or slipper. The tongue 140 of the present invention is just adjacent to the upper end of the folded rear cover 170 without a gap, and functions as an insole.
Further, the flexibility of the tongue 140 is generally converted into a shoe pad, thereby providing an effect of supporting the arch region of the sole of the foot.
The side support 190 of the present invention is made of a hard material such as plastic or leather, and thus is not easily folded, so that the back cover 170 and the second cover 105 are naturally folded in a concave shape.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating the shape of a shoe covering a gaiter part in the shoe converted into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention. Fig. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a shape in which the shoe covering the gaiter part illustrated in fig. 5 is transformed into a sandal or slipper.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the case of the shoe of the unfolded cover in the embodiment of the shoe converted into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention, the length of the tongue 140 of the present invention is designed to be longer than the tongue 140 illustrated in fig. 1, so that the tongue 140 of the present invention also covers the rear of the insole 250 at the heel portion of the user when the second vamp 105 including the tongue 140 is folded.
When the cover 172 is not folded in the shoe embodiment according to the present invention as described above, the length of the second wrapper 105 including the tongue 140 is designed to cover the entire length of the footwear insole 250 in a state where the second wrapper 105 including the tongue 140 is folded.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view illustrating a shape of air flow for ventilation in a state where a shoe transformed into a sandal or slipper according to the present invention is transformed into a sandal or slipper.
Referring to fig. 7, in a state where the shoe according to the present invention is converted into a sandal or slipper, the rear cover 170 of the present invention is folded along the folding part 150, and the second cover 105 of the present invention is folded centering on the folding support 280, air smoothly circulates as shown by arrows.
When the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 of the present invention are formed of materials that are easily folded like suede, the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 may be formed of a single material without cutting the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 separately and then connecting them with each other by a thread.
The reinforcing plate 260 of the present invention is used to prevent the durability of the connecting line B formed by sewing the first and second panels 100 and 105 shown in fig. 2 and 4 from being reduced due to damage.
However, if the material for making the upper cover of the present invention is made of suede leather, it is not necessary to cut the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 separately and then connect them with each other by a thread, and the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 are formed of one material, so that the provision of the reinforcing plate 260 can be omitted.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a shoe shape with a longer tongue extension in a shoe converted into a sandal or slipper in accordance with the present invention. FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating conversion of the shoe illustrated in FIG. 8 with a longer tongue extension into a sandal or slipper shape.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a shoe, such as a short shoe, where the tongue is made so as not to entirely cover the user's instep, is provided with a longer extending tongue extension 145.
In the folded state of the second cover 105 with the rear cover 170 of the present invention, the length of the tongue extension 145 is designed to be just adjacent to the length of the upper end of the folded rear cover 170.
So that the upper surface of the insole 250 of the entire shoe is covered together with the folded back cover 170 in a state where the second wrapper 105 including the extended tongue extension 145 is folded, thereby functioning as an insole of a sandal.
In a state where the tongue extension 145 of the present invention is inserted into the insert band provided above the band 120 of the shoe, when converted into a sandal or slipper, the user pulls the tongue extension 145 out of the insert band to be laid on the insole 250 of the shoe.
The tongue extension 145 according to the present invention is a simple variation of the shape and size of the tongue 140, and is virtually identical to the tongue 140.
Fig. 10 is a sectional view illustrating another embodiment of a section cut along the line a-a' in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 10, another embodiment of the present invention for connecting a first cover 100 and a second cover 105 to each other is shown, which is different from fig. 2 in that a method B of directly sewing the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 is not employed, but an inner cover 107 is provided only inside thereof, and the inner cover 107 of the present invention is sewn (or stuck) to the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 at different positions, respectively.
The first cover 100 of the present invention is sewn or adhered to the inner cover 107 at a position below the folding support 280, and the second cover 105 is sewn or adhered to the inner cover 107 at a position above the folding support 280.
In the method D of attaching the inner cover 107 to the first cover 100 and the second cover 105 at different positions by sewing (or sticking), the respective positions of the attachment line (sewing or sticking line) D contribute to forming a line in which the second cover 105 is folded with respect to the first cover 100. If leather is used as the material of the wrappers 100,105, 107 according to the present invention, the sticking method may be used.
The location of the connecting line D may vary slightly depending on the material of the wrappers 100,105, 107.
This is because when the footwear according to the present invention is converted into sandals or slippers, if the materials of the upper skins 100, 105, 107 are different materials such as leather, suede, cloth, etc., the diameters of the folding portions are different depending on the materials, with the folding support 280 of the present invention as a standard.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described using specific terms, but these terms are merely intended to illustrate the present technology, and it is needless to say that various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the technical spirit and scope of the following claims. The modified embodiments described above should not be construed as being separated from the spirit and scope of the present invention, but should be construed to be included in the scope of the appended claims.
