  • Another advantage lies in the fact that the opening of the said locking means 20 for locking the string is acted in a simple way and in suitable phases by the cam means 8, which are fixed at the structure of the machine.
  • An essential feature of the apparatus is represented by the fact that it does not have any external member with regards to the wrapping head, but accomplishes the application of the string on the products directly, when they are taken by the wrapping head to the usual operational stations.

Claims (13)

  1. Verpackungsmaschine für Produkte wie Süssigkeiten umfassend eine Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von einem Bindfaden (5) an die Produkte (2) und einen mit einer Reihe von zangenförmigen Greifmittel vorgesehenen Verpackungskopf (1), welche um eine horizontale Achse (4) desselben Verpackungskopfs (1) winkelförmig verteilt sind und intermittierend um diese horizontale Achse (4) angetrieben sind, um die an die zangenförmigen Greifmittel (3) gebrachtenen zupackenden Produkte an die operativen Stationen zu bringen, bei denen eine Packfolie um das Produkt (2) eingehüllt wird, die Verpackung verschliessen wird und die gepackten Produkte entladen werden, wobei die genannte Vorrichtung eine Scheibe (10) zum Hinziehen eines von einer jeweiligen Spule abspulenden Bindfadens (5) aufweist und umfänglichen Führungen (11) bildet, die zum Aufnehmen des genannten Bindfadens (5) fähig sind; Mittel (20) zum Klemmen des genannten Bindfadens (5) entlang der genannten Führungen (11) der genannten hinziehenden Scheibe (10); entlang der genannten Führungen (11) der genannten Scheibe (10) angeordneten Mittel (30) zum Schneiden eines Stücks des genannten Bindfadens (5); ein Aggregat (40) zum Speisen eines Klebestreifens (6) auf einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene vor der genannten Scheibe (10); ein Aggregat (50) zum Schneiden des genannten Klebestreifens (6) und zum Anbringen des genannten Stücks des Bindfadens (5) mittels des geschnittenen genannten Klebestreifens (6) auf einem jeweiligen durch das speisende Aggregat (40) an den den Klebestreifen (6) speisenden Raum gebrachten Produkt (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte hinziehende Scheibe (10) koaxial und drehbar an dem genannten Verpackungskopft (1) angeordnet ist, und dass die genannten Mittel (20) zum Klemmen des Bindfadens (5) auf derselben Scheibe (10) auf bezüglich den zangenförmigen Greifmittel (3) zwischenliegenden Stellen winkelförmig verteilt sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Führungen (11) aus einer auf der genannten hinziehenden Scheibe (10) peripherish gebildeten Nut besteht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel (20) zum Klemmen des genannten Bindfadens (5) beziehungsweise aus einem bezüglich der genannten hinziehenden Scheibe (10) radial angeordneten Hebel (21) bestehen, welcher auf derselben Scheibe (10) mittels eines jeweiligen Zapfens (23) aufklappbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Hebel (21) auf seinem Ende einen Zahn (22) aufweist, der eine entsprechende entlang des Rands der genannten hinziehenden Scheibe (10) gebildete Kerbe (12) bei den genannten Führungen (11) einfallen kann, um den Bindfaden (5) festzumachen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Hebel (21) zu einer Öffnungsposition (21 a) drehbar ist, wobei dieser dem elastischen Widerstand einer Biegungsfeder (26) unterliegt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Hebel (21) eine frei drehbare Rolle (25) trägt, welche durch eine auf der genannten hinziehenden Scheibe (10) ausgebildete zweckmässige Öffnung mit jeweiligen an der festen Maschinenstruktur gefesselten und vor dem Verpackungskopf (1) angeordneten Nockenmitteln (8) einfallbar ist, wodurch die Drehung des genannten Hebels (21) an eine Öffnungsposition (21 a) steuerbar ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Nockenmittel (8) einen ersten Nocken (8a) und einen zweiten Nocken (8b) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen an bezüglich der Drehachse (4) des genannten Verpackungskopf (1) diametral entgegengesetzte Stellen angeordnet sind, und durch welche die Drehung des Hebels (21) an eine Öffnungsposition (21 a) steuerbar ist, um beziehungsweise den genannten klemmenden Mittel (20) das Klemmen des Binddfadens (5) und die Abgabe des genannten Bindfadens (5) zu erlauben, wenn das gepackte Produkt entladen wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte hinziehende Scheibe (10) bei den genannten Führungen (11) eine peripherische Länge wie die mit der Zahl der genannten Greifmittel (3) multiplizierte Länge des genannten Stücks des an das Produkt anzubringenden Bindfadens (5) aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte hinziehende Scheibe (10) bei den genannten zangenförmigen Greifmittel (3) jeweilige Durchbrechungen (13) aufweist, um den Produkte (2) den Eintritt beim Einspannen durch dieselben zangenförmigen Greifmittel (3) zu erlauben.
  10. Vorrichtung nach anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten schneidenden Mittel (30) eine an dem freien Ende eines Schwenkarms (32) festgestellte Klinge (31) trägt, durch welche die genannten durch die genannte hinziehende Scheibe (10) gebildeten Führungen (11) bei der Schneidenstellung absperrbar sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Aggregat (50) zum Schneiden des Klebestreifens (6) und zum Anbringen des Stücks des Bindfadens (5) ein Paar von Niederhaltern (51, 52), einem Oberem und einem Unterem, umfasst, welche elastisch durch einen Kopf (53) getragen sind, der durch ein Hebelwerk (54) rechtwinklig in Hin- und Herbewegung bezüglich der vertikalen Ebene steuerbar ist, auf welcher die hinziehende Scheibe (10) liegt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Hebelwerk (54) durch ein Kurbelgetriebe (55) gesteuert ist, das in Bewegung durch einen an der Welle (27) eines Motors (58) angeordneten Schwenkarm (56) gesetzt ist, auf welcher ein Auswerfer (60) auch angeordnet ist, schwenkend in zweckmässiger Phase bezüglich des Anbringen des genannten Bindfadens (5) an das Produkt(2), um das Entladen des gepacktes Produkts (2) durchzuführen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Niederhalter (51) eine Klinge (59) zum Schneiden des an das genannte Produkt anzubringende Stücks des Klebestreifens (6) trägt.
