Halsendes oder offenen Endes einer flexiblen Tasche mit einem Rahmen (11); einem Kolben (22); Kolbenführungsmittel (30); Mitteln (25, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59), um den Kolben (22) linear auf den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) hin- und herzubewegen; Mitteln (32, 34), welche die Kolbenführungsmittel (30) am Rahmen (11) gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar befestigen; betätigten Mitteln (35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 44), welche an den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) befestigt sind, um den Kolben (22) angrenzend an den Pfad (12) derart zu positionieren, daß sich der Kolben (22) entlang dem Pfad (12) bewegt, während er sich in einer ersten linearen Richtung auf den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) bewegt, wobei sich der Kolben (22) von dem Pfad (12) wegbewegt, während der Kolben (22) anfängt, sich in die entgegengesetzte lineare Richtung entlang den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) zu bewegen; Taschenklemmmittel (120, 16, 65, 58, 70), welche angrenzend an den Pfad (12) positioniert sind; und Mitteln (60a, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 74) zum Betätigen der Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) rechtwinklig zum Pfad (12), um die Bewegung des Halses (124) einer Tasche (125) in Längsrichtung des Pfades (12) einzuschränken, während sich der Kolben (22) angrenzend an die Taschenklemmittel (120) bewegt, um die Spannung in der Tasche (125) einzustellen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, welche ferner Mittel (50) umfaßt, um die Bewegung des Kolbens (22), der Kolbenführungsmittel (30) und der Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) in einer vorbestimmten Beziehung zu halten.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Mittel (50), welche die Bewegung des Kolbens (22), der Kolbenführungsmittel (30) und der Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) in einer vorbestimmten Beziehung halten, umfassen:
   eine Welleneinrichtung (50);
   Antriebsmittel (75, 80, 82), die der Welleneinrichtung (50) zugeordnet sind;
   und erste (45), zweite (45, 46) und dritte Nockenmittel (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d), die auf der Welleneinrichtung (50) angebracht und derart angeordnet sind, daß die den Kolben hin- und herbewegenden Mittel (25, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59), die betätigten Mittel (35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 44) und die Mittel (60a, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66, 74) zum Betätigen der Taschenklemmittel den Kolben (22), die Kolbenführungsmittel (30) bzw. die Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) in einer vorbestimmten Beziehung bewegen, während die Antriebsmittel (75, 80, 82) die Welleneinrichtung (50) drehen.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Antriebsmittel umfassen:
   eine angetriebenes Kettenrad (75); ein Antriebskettenrad (82); und eine Ketteneinrichtung (80), die in Eingriffsbeziehung mit den Kettenrädern (75, 82) steht.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die den Kolben hin- und herbewegenden Mittel (25, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59) umfassen:
   ein Gleitstück (25), welches für eine in Hin- und Herbewegung in Längsrichtung der Kolbenführungsmittel (30) angebracht ist; eine Verbindungseinrichtung (55) mit einem an dem Gleitstück (25) gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar befestigten ersten Ende (56) und einem am Rahmen (11) beweglich befestigten zweiten Ende (53); einen Arm (58), der an einem Ende (57) an einem zentralen beschnitt der Verbindungseinrichtung (55) gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar befestigt ist und der an einem zweiten Ende einen daran befestigten Nockenstößel (59) aufweist; und Nockenmittel (45, 46), die zum Ineingrifftreten mit dem Nockenstößel (59) angeordnet sind, um den Kolben (22) linear auf den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) hin- und herzubewegen.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die betätigten Mittel (35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 44) umfassen:
   eine Verbindungseinrichtung (38), die an einem Ende gelenkig an den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) befestigt ist und an einem zweiten Ende daran befestigte Nokkenstößelmittel (44) aufweist; Nockenmittel (45, 46), die mit den Stößelmitteln (44) in Eingriff gebracht werden können; und eine Armeinrichtung (40), die gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar zwischen der Verbindungseinrichtung (38) und dem Rahmen (11) derart befestigt ist, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (38) ein Ende der Kolbenführungsmittel (30) um die Drehgelenkeinrichtungen (32, 34) bewegt.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) umfassen:
   eine Druckfußeinrichtung (68); und Mittel (65), welche die Druckfußeinrichtung (68) relativ zum Rahmen (11) beweglich befestigt getragen von den Rahmenmitteln angrenzend an den Pfad (12).
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Mittel (60a, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66, 74) zum Betätigen der Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) umfassen:
   eine befestigte Verbindungseinrichtungen (62), die an Mitteln (65) befestigt ist, welche die Druckfußeinrichtung (68) gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar befestigen; und eine Armeinrichtung (60), die der Verbindungseinrichtung zugeordnet ist, die zum Betätigen der Druckfußeinrichtung (68) zwischen einer ersten und zweiten Position rechtwinklig zum Pfad (12) angeordnet ist, um die Bewegung des Halses (124) einer Tasche (125) in Längsrichtung des Pfades (12) zu beschränken, während sich der Kolben (22) angrenzend an die Taschenklemmittel (120) bewegt, um die Spannung in der Tasche (125) einzustellen.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einer Vielzahl von Nocken, die in Übereinstimmung gedreht werden können zur Betätigung der den Kolben hin- und herbewegenden Mittel (25) und der betätigten Mittel (35) und der Mittel (60) zum Betätigen der Taschenklemmittel (120) in synchronisierter Beziehung.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 mit Mitteln (80) zum Positionieren eines Bandes (15) aus Verschlußmaterial quer über den Pfad (12), um den Hals (124) der Tasche (125) zu umschlingen; einer am Rahmen (11) drehbar bzw. schwenkbar befestigten Bandverdrillungseinrichtung (215); und Mitteln (129, 128, 130, 135, 140, 142, 174, 190) zum Drehen der Verdrillungseinrichtung (215) in synchronisierter Beziehung mit der Bewegung des Kolbens (22).
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Mittel zum Bewegen der Verdrillungseinrichtung (215) eine MalteserkreuzKupplung (190) umfassen.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit
   einer Welleneinrichtung (50) mit einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende, wobei die Welleneinrichtung (50) drehbar bzw. schwenkbar am Rahmen (11) befestigt ist;
   dem ersten Ende der Welleneinrichtung (50) zugeordneten Antriebsmitteln (75, 80, 82), um die Welleneinrichtung (50) zu drehen;
   ersten Nockenmitteln (45) auf dem zweiten Ende der Welle (50), um die den Kolben hin- und herbewegenden Mittel (25, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59) zu betätigen, um den Kolben (22) linear entlang den Kolbenführungsmitteln (30) hin- und herzubewegen;
   zweiten Nockenmitteln (45, 46) auf dem zweiten Ende der Welle (50), um die betätigten Mittel (35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 44) zu betätigen, um die Kolbenführungsmittel (30) bei einer Drehung der Welle (50) um die Drehgelenkeinrichtungen (32, 34) zum Pfad (12) hin und von diesem weg hin- und herzubewegen ; und dritten Nockenmitteln (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d) auf dem ersten Ende der Welle (50), um die Mittel (60a, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66, 74) zu betätigen, um bei einer Drehung der Welle (50) die Taschenklemmittel (120, 16, 65, 68, 70) zu betätigen.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 mit zusätzlichen Mitteln (116), welche den Rahmen angrenzend an einen Förderer (300) für eine Drehung um eine Tragachse (118) gelenkig zu tragen; und verformbaren Kupplungseinrichtungen (95), die an den Antriebsmitteln (82) antriebsmäßig befestigt sind, wobei die Kupplungseinrichtungen eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Antriebsachse (119) aufweist, welche die Tragachse (118) schneidet, um eine Drehung des Rahmens (11) um die Tragachse zuzulassen, ohne die verformbare Kuppelung wesentlich zu verlängern.
14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 mit zusätzlichen Mitteln, welche ein Band (15) aus Bindematerial quer über den Pfad (12) positioniert; Mitteln (80), welche das Band aus Bindematerial um den Hals (124) der Tasche (125) wickeln; Mitteln (215) zum Verdrillen des Bandes; und einem Antriebsmechanismus (190), der an den Mitteln (215) zum Verdrehen bzw. Verdrillen des Bandes aus Bindematerial zum Verschließen der Tasche (125) befestigt ist.
15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Antriebsmechanismus (190) umfaßt: eine Kurbel (246); eine Zug- bzw. Lenkstange (128); eine Nockenscheibe (240); einen Nockenstößel (250); Mitteln, die Zugstange (128) an der Kurbel (246) gelenkig befestigen; Mittel (248), die den Stößel (250) an der Kurbel (246) derart befestigen, daß der Stößel (250) an der Nockenscheibe (240) angreiftund diese in Drehung versetzt bei einer Drehung der Kurbel; eine Malteserkreuz-Kupplung (190); Mittel (135, 192, 174, 175), die durch die Nockenscheibe (240) angetrieben werden, um die Malteserkreuz-Kupplung (190) derart anzutreiben, daß der Ausgang (198, 200, 202, 204, 205, 210) der Malteserkreuz-Kupplung (190) ein sinusförmiges Geschwindigkeitsprofil aufweist.
