PATENTANSPRÜCHE

Ballschläger (Racket) für Ball- und Federballspiele, wie beispielsweise Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Speedminton, Racquetball, bestehend aus einem Schlagteil (1), das durch einen Kopfrahmen (6) mit einer Besaitung (7) gebildet wird, einem Schaft (2) und einem Griff (3) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballschläger insgesamt eine sinusförmige Konfiguration mit einer sinusförmig verlaufenden Längsachse (5) besitzt, wobei die Anfangspunkte ( 1.1; 2.1; 3.1) und die Endpunkte (1.2; 2.2; 3.2) des Schlagteiles (1), des Schaftes (2) und des Griffes (3) jeweils auf der sinusförmig verlaufenden Längsachse (5) liegen und die Schwerpunktachse (10) des Schlagteiles (1) zur Schwerpunktachse (11) des Griffes (3) um einen Betrag „D" voneinander entfernt sind.1.
