Abstract
Description
- l'organe de verrouillage comprend au moins un crochet, et chaque crochet et la masselotte s'étendent dans des directions sensiblement perpendiculaires l'une par rapport à l'autre, l'axe de pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage étant situé dans la zone intermédiaire entre chaque crochet et la masselotte ;
- l'organe de verrouillage est monté sur la poignée, au niveau de la zone de raccordement de ladite branche d'actionnement avec le corps de la poignée, de telle sorte que chaque crochet s'étende le long de ladite branche d'actionnement et que la masselotte s'étendent en direction du corps de la poignée, et
- l'ouverture que comprend l'embase pour le passage de la branche d'actionnement forme au moins un rebord derrière lequel chaque crochet de l'organe de verrouillage vient prendre appui en position de verrouillage de la poignée. L'organe de verrouillage selon l'invention, compte tenu de son positionnement, a un centre de gravité situé à une distance du centre de gravité de la poignée considérablement réduite par rapport à la même distance dans la structure du mécanisme connu. Il en résulte, ainsi que la demanderesse a pu le déterminer, une détection nettement améliorée des accélérations complexes subies par le mécanisme en cas d'accident, et donc une fiabilité nettement accrue de fonctionnement du mécanisme.De plus, l'intégration de l'organe de verrouillage dans la poignée permet une standardisation de l'ensemble que forme la poignée et l'organe de verrouillage, allant dans le sens de la tendance actuelle de fabrication de tels mécanismes.En outre, la mise en place de l'organe de verrouillage dans la poignée permet de libérer de l'espace au niveau de ladite zone de l'embase comportant le verrou, l'ensemble de transmission, le guide-vitre et la vitre de la portière, simplifiant ainsi notablement la conception du mécanisme.Chaque crochet pourrait s'étendre le long de la branche d'actionnement, en dehors de la section de celle-ci. De préférence, toutefois, cette branche d'actionnement forme au moins un logement ouvert sur son côté tourné vers l'axe de pivotement de la poignée, et chaque crochet s'étend à l'intérieur d'un logement de cette branche d'actionnement.Selon une forme de mise en oeuvre préférée de l'invention, dans ce cas,
- l'organe de verrouillage comprend deux crochets s'étendant parallèlement l'un à l'autre et délimitant un espace entre eux, et
- ladite branche d'actionnement comprend une nervure centrale délimitant deux logements latéraux, cette nervure étant reçue dans l'espace délimité par les deux crochets et chaque crochet prenant place dans un de ces logements.
Claims (5)
- Mécanisme (1) d'ouverture/fermeture de portière de véhicule automobile, comprenant une poignée (4) montée pivotante sur une embase (2) autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle au plan de la portière et sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de la poignée (4), cette poignée (4) comprenant une branche d'actionnement (30) agissant sur un ensemble de transmission (3) qui permet de réaliser le déverrouillage de la portière, le mécanisme (1) étant équipé d'un organe (5) de verrouillage de la poignée (4) en cas d'accélérations causées par un accident et d'un organe élastique de rappel (6) maintenant normalement cet organe (5) en position de non-verrouillage de la poignée (4), l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprenant un crochet (40) et une masselotte (41) reliée au crochet (40) ;
mécanisme (1) caractérisé en ce que :l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend au moins un crochet (40), et chaque crochet (40) et la masselotte (41) s'étendent dans des directions sensiblement perpendiculaires l'une par rapport à l'autre, l'axe de pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage (5) étant situé dans la zone intermédiaire entre chaque crochet (40) et la masselotte (41) ;l'organe de verrouillage (5) est monté sur la poignée (4), au niveau de la zone de raccordement de ladite branche d'actionnement (30) avec le corps (25) de la poignée (4), de telle sorte que chaque crochet s'étende le long de ladite branche d'actionnement (30) et que la masselotte (41) s'étendent en direction du corps (25) de la poignée (4), etl'ouverture que comprend l'embase (2) pour le passage de la branche d'actionnement (30) forme au moins un rebord (23) derrière lequel chaque crochet (40) de l'organe de verrouillage (5) vient prendre appui en position de verrouillage de la poignée (4). - Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite branche d'actionnement (30) forme au moins un logement (37) ouvert sur son côté tourné vers l'axe de pivotement de la poignée (4), et en ce que chaque crochet (40) s'étend à l'intérieur d'un logement (37) de cette branche d'actionnement (30).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend deux crochets (40) s'étendant parallèlement l'un à l'autre et délimitant un espace entre eux, etladite branche d'actionnement (30) comprend une nervure centrale (36) délimitant deux logements latéraux (37), cette nervure (36) étant reçue dans l'espace délimité par les deux crochets (40) et chaque crochet (40) prenant place dans un de ces logements (37).
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend un logement (45) recevant l'organe élastique (6).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que :l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend une cavité de réception de l'organe élastique (6), formant deux ergots coaxiaux, et en ce quel'organe élastique (6) présente deux enroulements (48) propres à venir en engagement sur ces ergots, une branche intermédiaire (49) reliant ces deux enroulements (48), et au moins une autre branche (50) se prolongeant à partir d'au moins un enroulement (48), ladite branche intermédiaire (49) venant en appui contre l'organe de verrouillage (5) ou la poignée (4) tandis que ladite autre branche (50) prend appui contre, respectivement, la poignée (4) ou l'organe de verrouillage (5).
