Claims (11)
- Doseur-distributeur pour produits sensiblement sphériques ou coniques contenus dans un récipient, le doseur-distributeur (1) comportant un canal de passage (11) dont la section intérieure est plus grande que les produits contenus et un orifice de sortie (6) qui présente une forme allongée à l'état non chargé du doseur-distributeur (1), dont la largeur est inférieure, et dont la longueur est supérieure aux produits contenus, et le doseur-distributeur étant constitué d'une matière plastique molle, souple et étant apte à se déformer sous la pression appliquée, de sorte que l'orifice de sortie devient plus grand que les produits contenus,
caractérisé en ce que,
à l'état non chargé du doseur-distributeur, un espace annulaire (16) libre demeure entre la paroi intérieure (15) de la partie d'actionnement (4) et la paroi extérieure de la partie tubulaire (11). - Doseur-distributeur selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
sur le canal de passage (11) sont usinés au moins un ergot de retenue, de préférence deux ergots de retenue (12) se faisant face, dont la distance intérieure entre eux est supérieure aux produits contenus, à l'état non chargé du doseur-distributeur (1), et en ce que entre l'orifice de sortie et les ergots de retenue (12) demeure un espace de réception (13) pour un produit contenu. - Doseur-distributeur selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
les ergots de retenue (12) sont disposés à des emplacements situés dans le sens longitudinal de l'orifice de sortie (6). - Doseur-distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le doseur-distributeur (1) comprend une partie obturante (2) annulaire qui s'applique contre la paroi intérieure de l'ouverture du récipient, une épaulement latéral (3) en forme de couronne qui est posé sur le bord supérieur de l'orifice du récipient et une partie d'actionnement (4) s'y raccordant qui dépasse de l'orifice du récipient. - Doseur-distributeur selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
à l'extérieur, sont usinées dans la paroi périphérique de la partie d'actionnement (4), deux rainures (9) s'étendant dans le sens axial qui se trouvent à un niveau partageant l'orifice de sortie (6) en deux dans le sens de la largeur. - Doseur-distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce que
à l'extérieur, dans la paroi frontale (5) de la partie d'actionnement (4) sont usinées deux rainures (10) qui se situent sur une ligne partageant l'orifice de sortie (6) en deux dans le sens de la largeur. - Doseur-distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le canal de passage est réalisé dans une partie tubulaire (11) qui est appliquée contre la paroi intérieure (15) de la partie d'actionnement (4), à distance de l'orifice de sortie (6) et en ce que les de préférence deux ergots de retenue (12) sont usinés sur l'extrémité de la partie tubulaire (11), tournée vers l'orifice de sortie (6). - Doseur-distributeur selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie tubulaire (11) est découpée dans le sens axial de sorte qu'il présente au moins deux sections périphériques mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre. - Doseur-distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le doseur-distributeur (1) est réalisé d'un seul tenant, à l'aide d'un procédé de moulage par injection. - Récipient avec un doseur-distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
- Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en outre par une calotte qui contient un tenon saillant vers l'intérieur qui s'engage dans l'orifice de sortie (6) du doseur-distributeur (1) lorsque la calotte est à l'état fixé sur le col du récipient.
