Claims (13)

  1. Panier porte-matériaux pour la teinture de matière textiles (M), comprenant un dévidoir (70) monté sur un arbre (75) pourvu d'un prise de force, une buse (77) dans laquelle du matériel textile (M) enroulé en forme d'anneau peut être fait passer, ladite buse (77) étant alimentée par des moyens d'alimentation d'un bain de teinture, le panier comprenant en outre une structure pourvue de pieds (74) qui en permettent l'appui sur une structure (5, 51) en assiette opérationnelle dans une vasque (10) d'une machine de teinture (1), et l'appui sur une structure de support (9, 91) en assiette d'attente ou de parking en dehors de ladite machine (1), caractérisé en ce que ladite structure comprend un berceau perforée (73) avec deux panneaux latéraux (72), en ce que ladite buse (70) est pourvue d'un tuyau d'alimentation du bain de teinture (78) présentant un goulot (99) supporté par un panneau latéral (72) de ladite structure, et en ce que ladite prise de force émerge par le même panneau latéral (72) qui supporte ledit goulot (99).
  2. Panier porte-matériaux selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits panneaux latéraux (72) sont à profil fondamentalement triangulaire avec base horizontale, en ce que ledit berceau perforé (73) a un hauteur mineure de celle des panneaux latéraux (72), et en ce que en correspondance de chacun des deux sommets à la base de chacune desdits panneaux (72) un pied (74) est prévus.
  3. Panier porte-matériaux selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit axe (75) est soutenu, au dessus du berceau (73), par lesdits panneaux latéraux (72) de manière que de chaque côté l'axe (75) soit dépassant, d'une quantité prédéterminée, par un appendice (76) présenté par chacun desdits panneaux latéraux (72).
  4. Panier porte-matériaux selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que chacune desdits appendices (76) forme un angle prédéterminé (δ) avec l'axe médian vertical du respectif panneau latéral (72), ainsi que le dévidoir (70) soit désaxé par rapport aux deux panneaux latéraux (72).
  5. Panier porte-matériaux selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits panneaux latéraux (72) supportent ladite buse d'injection ou circulation du bain de teinture (77) au moyen de deux tuyaux (78) disposés de côtés opposés par rapport à la buse (77) et chacun desquels, d'un côté, est connecté à la buse (77) et, du côté opposé, présente un goulot (99) dépassant du côté externe du panneau latéral (72) respectif plus en bas par rapport à l'axe (75) du dévidoir (70).
  6. Panier porte-matériaux selon les revendications 1 et 5 caractérisé en ce que un seul desdits tuyaux (78) est actif, c'est-à-dire utilisé, lorsque le panier est en assiette opérationnelle dans ladite machine.
  7. Machine pour la teinture de matières textiles, comprenant une vasque (10) dans laquelle a lieu la teinture de matières textiles (M) placées dans le panier, la machine étant reliée avec des moyens pour la préparation et l'alimentation d'un bain de teinture, la machine comprenant en outre une structure porte-paniers (5) positionnable dans la vasque respective (10) et respectivement extractible de celle-ci, ladite structure porte-paniers ayant un panier porte-matériaux amovible disposé sur celle-ci, caractérisée en ce que est pourvue d'un arbre interne (55) traîné par un moteur respectif (56) et est aussi pourvue d'un panier porte-matériaux (7) selon la revendication 1 et est pourvue d'un conduit (58) à travers lequel est pompé le bain de teinture, ledit arbre (55) en engageand l'arbre (75) du dévidoir (70) du panier porte-matériaux (70) et ledit conduit (58) en engageand le goulot d'alimentation (99) du même panier porte-matériaux lorsque ce dernier est disposé dans la machine, le bain de teinture étant alimenté, à travers le goulot (99), a la buse (77) dudit panier porte-matériaux (7) à l'intérieur duquel la matière textile (M)est fait passer.
  8. Machine selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que ladite structure (5) est pourvue d'une section (50) destinée à fermer de front la vasque (10) lorsque la structure (5) est disposée à son intérieur.
  9. Machine selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que ladite structure (5) est pourvue de barres (51) de support aux paniers.
  10. Machine selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que ladite structure (5) est pourvue de roues (52) appuyées sur un plan horizontal (53).
  11. Installation pour la teinture de matières textiles, caractérisée en ce que comprend une pluralité de machines de teinture selon la revendication 7, l'installation comprenant en outre une pluralité de paniers porte-matériaux (7) selon la revendication 1 chacun desquels est positionnable dans un point connu et prédéterminé de l'installation, c'est-à-dire en correspondance d'une n'importe quelle desdites machines (1) et de n'importe quel point prédéterminé d'une zone de parking des paniers, l'installation étant en outre caractérisée en ce que comprend un dispositif (8) d'abaissement et soulèvement desdits paniers (7): ledit dispositif (8) étant mouvementable au dessus de ladite zone de parking des panier (7) et desdites machines (1), et des moyens (840, 850, 855) associés audit dispositif (8) d'abaissement et soulèvement des paniers, pour la prise et respectivement le relâchement des paniers.
  12. Installation selon les revendications 10 et 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite zone de parking des paniers (7) est subdivisée en deux zones aux côtés de ladite machine (1).
  13. Installation selon les revendications 10-12, caractérisée en ce que le nombre desdits paniers (7) est majeur de celui des machines (1) de teinture.
