Claims (6)

  1. Raccord pour l'accouplement d'un récipient métallurgique, en particulier d'une poche de fusion d'acier, à au moins deux conduites de lavage au gaz, disposées de façon fixe et raccordées à une arrivée de gaz, d'un dispositif de lavage de poche, comprenant une première partie de raccord fixée sur le récipient métallurgique et conçue en forme de cavité dans la zone d'accouplement avec au moins deux conduits d'entrée de gaz et une seconde partie de raccord raccordée aux conduites de lavage au gaz et réalisée dans la zone d'accouplement de façon complémentaire à la cavité de la première partie de raccord avec au moins deux conduits de sortie de gaz pouvant être raccordés aux conduits d'entrée de gaz de la première partie de raccord et pouvant être rendus étanches l'un par rapport à l'autre, un conduit de sortie de gaz débouchant de façon centrale dans la zone d'accouplement dans un conduit de sortie de gaz et un autre conduit de sortie de gaz débouchant dans des sorties partielles disposées en forme de cercle autour du conduit central et au moins un élément de fermeture, qui régule la libération ou le blocage du flux de gaz, étant disposé dans le dispositif de lavage de poche, caractérisé en ce que dans la seconde partie de raccord (2) est disposé au maximum un élément de fermeture de raccord dans une sortie de gaz (5, 6) et au moins un autre élément de fermeture est disposé à l'extérieur de la partie de raccord (2) au moins dans la partie de l'arrivée de gaz, qui est reliée à la sortie de gaz ouverte en permanence ou aux sorties de gaz.
  2. Raccord selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que seule la sortie de gaz (5) centrale de la seconde partie de raccord (2) est dotée d'un élément de fermeture.
  3. Raccord selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture est réalisé dans la partie de raccord (2) sous la forme de vanne (3).
  4. Raccord selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la vanne (3) est conçue comme une vanne sollicitée avec un ressort (9).
  5. Raccord selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un élément de fermeture est disposé seulement dans l'arrivée de gaz des conduits de lavage de gaz (10, 10') à l'extérieur de la partie de raccord (2).
  6. Procédé pour l'accouplement d'un récipient métallurgique à au moins deux conduites de lavage au gaz disposées de façon fixe avec un raccord selon la revendication 5, la première partie de raccord (1) et la seconde partie de raccord (2) étant déplacées l'une vers l'autre et les transitions entre les conduits de sortie de gaz étant rendues étanches lors de l'assemblage et l'arrivée de gaz de lavage étant libérée par l'actionnement de l'élément de fermeture dans l'état couplé, caractérisé en ce que, avant l'accouplement, les sorties de gaz (5, 6) ouvertes ou les conduits de sortie de gaz (4, 4') sont libérés par soufflage après l'ouverture partielle et de courte durée de l'arrivée de gaz et l'arrivée de gaz de lavage est complètement ouverte après l'accouplement.
