Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine umfassend einen Informationsterminal (14) mit einer Informations-Anzeigefunktion, umfassend:
    einen Speicherschritt (ST003) zum Speichern von Garn-Störungen, die bei einer Textilmaschine (10) auftreten, zusammen mit Auftrittszeiten der Garn-Störungen als Speicherinformation;
    Analyseschritte (ST104, ST105) bei Betrieb, um Ursachen der Garn-Störungen zu bestimmen, um eines von Störungs-Auftrittsmustern unterschiedlich in der Zeitfolge der Garn-Störungen durch das Informations-Terminal (14) in der Textilmaschine (10) auf der Basis der gespeicherten Information auszuwählen, und um die ausgewählten Störungs-Auftrittsmuster als Antworten auszuwählen;
    ein Handhabungsinformations-Auswahlschritt (ST 108) zum Auswählen der korrespondierenden Handhabungsinformation, aus einer Datenbasis, in der viele Elemente von Handhabungsinformationen bezüglich der Garn-Störungen vorher angesammelt sind, auf der Basis der Antworten korrespondierend zu den Störungs-Auftrittsmustern als ein Ergebnis der Auswahl; und
    einen Handhabungsinformations-Anzeigeschritt (ST110) zum Anzeigen der Handhabungsinformation in dem Informations-Terminal (14).
  2. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem der Informations-Terminal (14) eine Anzeigevorrichtung zum Anzeigen des Auftretens der Garn-Störungen basierend auf der Speicherinformation als Auftrittszustände zusammen mit einer Zeitabfolgenachse umfasst, und eine Eingabevorrichtung, die Auswahl-Schlüssel korrespondierend zu mehreren von Störungs-Auftrittsmustern unterschiedlich in einer Zeitfolge der Garn-Störungen aufweist und um einen Bediener zu veranlassen, die Antworten einzugeben; und
    wobei die Analyseschritte (ST104, ST105) weiter umfassen, eine Bediener einschätzen zu lassen, ob der angezeigte Auftrittszustand in der Anzeigevorrichtung mit einem der mehreren Störungs-Auftrittsmustern korrespondiert, und über den Auswahlschlüssel korrespondierend zu dem Störungs-Auftrittsmuster auswählen zu lassen.
  3. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Störungs-Auftrittsmuster ein Konzentrations-Muster umfassen, bei dem die Auftrittsmuster in einer bestimmten Zeitzone konzentriert sind und ein Verteilungsmuster, bei dem die Störungs-Auftrittsmuster gesamt verteilt sind.
  4. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Textilmaschine (10) ein Webstuhl ist.
  5. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, bei dem der Webstuhl (10) zum Einführen von vielfarbigen Schussfäden ausgelegt ist, wobei die Garn-Störung entweder eine fehlerhafte Schussfadeneinführung ist oder ein Schussfadenzuführ-Bruch ist,
    wobei die Störungs-Auftrittsmuster weiter ein Muster umfassen, das bei einer speziellen Art von Schussfaden auftritt und ein Muster, das unabhängig von der Art eines Schussfadens auftritt.
  6. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, weiter umfassend einen Auswahlschritt (ST103) zum Anzeigen der Anzahl von Auftritten gemäß der Art von Garn-Störungen in der Anzeigevorrichtung, und um einen Bediener zum Auswählen der Art von Garn-Störungen korrespondierend zu der Anzahl von Auftritten über die Eingabevorrichtung zu veranlassen, und
    wobei der Auswahlschritt (ST103) vor den Analyseschritten (ST104, ST105) ausgeführt wird.
  7. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    bei dem ein Anfrage-Schritt (ST202) zum Anfragen nach einem Bestimmen von Hauptursachen von Garn-Störungen, die von einem Bediener erfasst sind, weiter umfasst ist, und
    wobei der Anfrage-Schritt (ST202) nach den Analyseschritten (ST104, ST105) ausgeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    bei dem die Garn-Störung entweder ein Kettfaden-Bruch oder ein Webkanten-Garn-Bruch ist,
    wobei ein Kettfaden-Positions-Auswahlschritt (ST201) zum Anzeigen von Information bezüglich Positionen von den Garn-Störungen in der Kettfadenrichtung in dem Informations-Terminal (14) und um einen Bediener zu veranlassen, die Positionen auszuwählen weiter umfasst ist, und
    wobei der Kettfaden-Positions-Auswahlschritt (ST201) nach den Analyseschritten (ST 104, ST105) ausgeführt wird.
  9. Unterstützungsvorrichtung (12) zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine umfassend:
    einen Informations-Terminal (14) mit einer Eingabevorrichtung und einer Anzeigevorrichtung und der in der Textilmaschine vorgesehen ist,
    einen Speicherbereich (22) zum Speichern von Garn-Störungen, die eine Unterbrechung verursacht haben, und die Zeiten, wann die Garn-Störungen aufgetreten sind, als Speicherinformation, und
    einen Handhabungsunterstützer (16), der mit dem Informations-Terminal (14) verbunden ist, um so Informationen zu übertragen und zu erhalten;
    wobei der Handhabungsunterstützer (16) mit einer Datenbasis (34) verbunden ist, in der mehrere Elemente von Handhabungsinformationen bezüglich Garn-Störungen vorher angesammelt sind, um korrespondierend zu dem Störungs-Auftrittsmustern ausgewählt zu werden;
    wobei der Speicherbereich (22) derart vorgesehen ist, um Informationen zu und von dem Informations-Terminal (14) zu übertragen und zu erhalten;
    wobei der Informations-Terminal (14) einen Speicherschritt (ST003) ausführt zum Speichern von Garn-Störungen, die in der Textilmaschine auftreten, und die Zeiten der Auftritte der Garn-Störungen als Speicherinformation;
    wobei der Handhabungsunterstützer (16) ausführt: Analyseschritte (ST104, ST105) zum Auswählen eines von mehreren Störungs-Auftrittsmustern, unterschiedlich in der Zeitabfolge der Garn-Störungen auf der Basis der gespeicherten Information und Veranlassen der ausgewählten Garn-Störungs-Auftrittsmuster als Antworten bei einer Handlung zum Bestimmen von Ursachen der Garn-Störungen; und ein Handhabungsinformations-Auswahlschritt (ST108) zum Auswählen der Handhabungsinformation als ein Ergebnis einer Auswahl von der Datenbasis (34), in der mehrere Elemente von Handhabungsinformation bezüglich der Garn-Störungen vorher angesammelt sind, um in Abhängigkeit von dem Störungs-Auftrittsmustern ausgewählt zu werden; und
    wobei der Informations-Terminal (14) einen Handhabungsinformations-Anzeigeschritt (ST110) zum Anzeigen der Handhabungsinformation in dem Informations-Terminal (14) ausführt.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Unterstützen einer Textilmaschine gemäß Anspruch 9,
    bei der der Informations-Terminal (14) in der Textilmaschine in einer eins zu eins Entsprechung vorgesehen ist, und
    wobei der Handhabungsunterstützer (16) mit den mehreren Informations-Terminals (14) verbunden ist.
