Claims (10)
- Dispositif de serrage pour monter une douille d'outil (11) sur un cylindre d'outil (12) d'une presse rotative, à gaufrer ou à imprimer, dans lequel la douille d'outil (11) munie d'une fente (13) peut être serrée avec blocage sur le cylindre d'outil (12) au moyen du dispositif de serrage (14) et de manière interchangeable, dans lequel le dispositif de serrage (14) est muni d'un entraînement de blocage actif sur la longueur de la douille d'outil (11) et actionnable de manière centralisée depuis une face frontale du cylindre d'outil (12) ou de la machine, dans lequel l'entraînement de blocage présente un élément d'entraînement de blocage (24), caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de blocage présente plusieurs éléments de serrage (35) actionnables par l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24) et le dispositif de serrage (14) est une pièce pouvant être retirée du cylindre d'outil (12) et de la douille d'outil (11) à l'état desserré.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24) agit sous la force d'un ressort sur les éléments de serrage (35), en particulier sur chaque élément de serrage (35) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément à ressort (31) séparé.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être raccordé à la douille d'outil (11) des deux côtés de la fente (13), éventuellement au moyen de barres de prise (18) s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la douille d'outil (11).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (35) peuvent être actionnés par l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24), lequel agit comme une barre de poussée pouvant être déplacée éventuellement par un entraînement à vis, et les éléments de serrage (35) présentent un mécanisme de renvoi destiné à transformer un mouvement longitudinal en un mouvement de serrage agissant pour l'essentiel dans la direction circonférentielle.
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est logé principalement dans la fente (13) de la douille d'outil (11) et demande tout au plus un évidement plat dans le cylindre d'outil (12).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (35) sont conformés à la manière d'un entraînement à genouillère avec au moins deux organes de jonction (32), dans lesquels une orientation étirée ou en alignement mutuel des organes de jonction (32) produit une position ouverte du dispositif de serrage et une position écartée produit une position de serrage.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (35) présentent chacun un moyeu (30) placé sur l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24) et éventuellement mobile de manière limitée par rapport à celui-ci, moyeu sur lequel sont articulés de manière pivotante des organes de jonction (32) de type bielle, qui sont également articulés de manière pivotante sur les barres de prise (18) et transmettent au moins des forces de traction, de préférence également des forces de compression.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyeux (30) sont mobiles axialement par l'intermédiaire d'éléments à ressort (31), de préférence des groupes de rondelles-ressorts, depuis des butées (28), par ex. des collerettes, de l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24) et s'appuient de leur côté, dans la position hors charge, contre des butées (29) de l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement de blocage (24) est mobile axialement en étant guidé par un pont (21) et de préférence au moyen d'un filetage de mouvement (22, 23), le pont (21) se trouvant au niveau d'une face frontale du cylindre d'outil (12) et étant couplé aux barres de prise (18) de manière essentiellement fixe dans la direction axiale, mais autorisant des mouvements des barres de prise (18) dans la direction radiale.
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau d'une face frontale du cylindre d'outil (12), l'élément d'entraînement de blocage présente un profil de prise (27), par exemple une surface de clé, pour un entraînement de réglage.
