Definitions
- the invention relates to a blown-air and liquid-fuel burner Domestic fuel type, light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil or kerosene, comprising more particularly a combustion head fed with air and fed in liquid fuel by a supply circuit provided with a pump debiting in a liquid fuel atomization system maintained at the inside of a tip of the combustion head by a solidarity support a removable cover mounted on this tip.
- the pump is for example gear type and is driven by a engine to circulate the liquid fuel.
- Setting circulation consists of pumping the fuel upstream of the fuel from a reservoir, this upstream circuit being the supply circuit to low pressure and to generate an output flow downstream of the pump with a pressure that allows the fuel to be sprayed into the system of atomization, this downstream circuit being the high-pressure supply circuit (maximum operating pressure of 30 bar).
- the liquid fuel atomization system comprises one or several atomizers held inside the mouthpiece by the support secured to the lid.
- the lid gives access to the inside of the mouthpiece.
- the burner also includes a combustion air ventilation system.
- the pump is located between a flexible tubing upstream of the pump by relative to the flow of the liquid fuel, ie on the low pressure circuit, and one or two pipes downstream of the pump on the high pressure circuit, tubing connected to one or two pump outlets, for bring the liquid fuel under pressure to the atomization system of the combustion head.
- the high pressure supply circuit is constituted, inside the tip, rigid tubes.
- An example is provided by the document FR 2 641 057.
- Rigid tubes provide the functions keeping the atomization system inside the mouthpiece and displacement of this system in translation in the axial direction of the mouthpiece.
- the rigid tubes are thus secured to the lid by a link allowing their displacement in translation with respect to the cover parallel to the axial direction of the tip.
- One or more flexible tubes can be arranged at the outlet of the pump on the high-pressure supply circuit. However, these tubes do not fit into the combustion head. They are connected to the rigid tubes through an intermediate distributor attached to the lid of the combustion head.
- This disconnection can generate liquid fuel flows on other burner components and on the floor.
- the object of the invention is to overcome this disadvantage.
- the subject of the invention is a burner of the recalled type previously, characterized in that the feed circuit comprises flexible tubings extending inside the mouthpiece to connect the pump to the atomization system through the lid or tip in a way that is releasable with respect to one or the other to allow remove the atomization system from the combustion head without disconnect the flexible tubing from the pump or system when the lid is removed from the nozzle.
- a passage of flexible tubing through the lid allows, during its disassembly, to release the flexible tubing from the lid.
- Figure 1 shows in section a burner according to the invention.
- FIG. 2 schematically shows the burner of FIG. operation.
- FIG. 3 schematically shows the burner of FIG. disassembly position.
- a blast and fuel burner liquid comprises a combustion head 1 supplied with puffed air and supplied with liquid fuel by a supply circuit 3.
- the latter is provided with a flow pump 5 in an atomization system 7 of the liquid fuel held inside a tip 9 of the head of combustion by a support 11 secured to a lid 13 removably mounted on this tip.
- the tip 9 consists of a cylindrical portion 9A which directs the flow of air to the atomization system 7 and a frame 9B which connects the nozzle 9 to the body of the burner.
- the supply circuit 3 comprises tubings hoses 15 extending inside the nozzle 9 to connect the pump 5 to the atomization system 7 through the cover 13 or the tip 9 of a releasable way with respect to one or the other to allow removal of the atomization system 7 of the combustion head 1 without disconnecting the flexible tubing 15 of the pump 5 or the atomization system 7 when the lid 13 is removed from the nozzle 9.
- the cover 13 comprises two parts that can be dismounted in relation to each other.
- the other 13A, 13B and the flexible tubes 15 pass through the cover 13 in a contact zone between the two parts to be released when at least one 13A of the two parts is disassembled.
- the flexible tubes 15 pass through the cover 13 via a hollow joint 17.
- the support 11 consists of a rod, held by the cover 13 by a link in translation controlled by a worm and a button ordered.
- the other end of the rod is attached to a telescope with a rigid connection.
- On this bezel are fixed by another rigid connection the or the atomizer doors.
- the flexible tubing employed preferably has a seal and resistance to bursting under higher pressure conditions at 150 bar and resistance at temperatures above 150 ° C. They consist of a central duct whose material is a polymer PTFE base, protected by a stainless steel braid arranged around the duct.
- the cover 13 is split into two removable parts 13A, 13B separately, called lid upper 13A and lower cover 13B.
- Flexible tubing 15 pass into the contact area between the two covers.
- the upper cover 13A provides the functions of maintenance and displacement of the atomization system via the worm and the rod. It is disassembled before the lower cover 13B and the space required for to separate the flexible tubes 15 from their passage in the lid upper 13A is cleared. Flexible tubing 15 can bend freely upon removal of the atomization system 7 from the head of the combustion 1.
- the lower cover 13B is then disassembled to have enough space to be able to clear the atomization system 7 from the head of combustion 1.
- Another solution is envisaged to make it possible to separate flexible pipes 15 of the cover 13 during disassembly of the latter: it This is to pass the flexible tubes 15 at the periphery of the lid 13 in a contact zone with the nozzle 9. Thus during the dismantling of the cover 13, it is easy to clear the hollow joint 17 and the pipes flexible 15 of their housing on the periphery of the lid.
