Claims (10)
- Schlagmedium für eine Pfahlramme (1), bei der ein Schlagkörper (3) angehoben und dann abwärts beschleunigt wird, bis er auf das Schlagmedium (4, 5) trifft, welches auf einem Pfahl (6) sitzt, wobei die Schlagenergie des Schlagkörpers (3) über das Schlagmedium (4, 5) in den Pfahl (6) eingeleitet wird, um diesen in den Untergrund einzurammen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasSchlagmedium(4,5)an seiner zur Auflage auf dem Pfahl (6) bestimmten Unterseite (10) mit Nuten (11) versehen ist, die über einen Bereich verlaufen, der sich vom Innenbereich (14) des hohlen Pfahls (6) über dessen Pfahlwand (7) bis über dessen Außenbereich (15) erstreckt.
- Schlagmedium nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sichdieNuten(11)inradialen Richtungen (16) erstrecken.
- Schlagmedium nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sichdieNuten(11)biszumradial äußeren Rand (18) des Schlagmediums (5) erstrecken.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieBreite(19,20, 21) der Nuten (11) radial nach außen zunehmend ausgestaltet ist.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieTiefe(22,23, 24) der Nuten (11) radial nach außen hin zunehmend ausgestaltet ist.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (22, 23, 24) der Nuten (11) radial nach innen hin derart abnehmend ausgestaltet sind, dass die Nuten (11) ab einem bestimmten Abstand (25) vom Mittelpunkt (26) des Schlagmediums (5) in die Unterfläche (10) des Schlagmediums (5) sanft übergehen und verschwinden.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nutränder (27) und der Nutgrund (28) abgerundet ausgestaltet sind, so dass das Nutprofil eine Wellenform aufweist.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Schlagplatte (5) ausgestaltet ist, die mit einem Ambossteil (4) zusammenwirkt.
- Schlagmedium nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlagplatte (5) auf ihrer Oberseite (29) eine Vertiefung (30) aufweist und das Ambossteil (4) auf einem erhabenen Rand (31) um die Vertiefung (30) aufliegt.
- Schlagmedium nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 12Nuten(11) vorgesehen sind, die im wesentlichen im gleichen Winkelabständen (17) zueinander angeordnet sind.
