Trennwand aus mehreren, jeweils einen Rahmen aus Holz oder Metall mit einer Verglasung aufweisenden Einzelwandelementen (E), die an einer im Deckenbereich angeordneten Tragschiene (T) verschiebbar aufgehängt und in einer im Boden (B) angeordneten Führungsschiene (F) geführt sind und aus einer raumtrennenden, mit ihren senkrechten Rahmenteilen (3, 4) aneinanderstoßenden Position in mindestens eine voreinanderliegende Parkposition von Hand oder motorisch überführbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelwandelemente (E) brandgeschützt ausgebildet und an den oberen waagerechten Rahmenteilen (1) mit mindestens einer Dichtleiste (6) versehen sind, die in der raumtrennenden Position den oberen Spalt zwischen Rahmen und Decke durch Anlage an einem die Tragschiene (T) umgebenden Kasten (K) abdichtet.
