Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen einer Faservliesbahn aus wenigstens zwei Faserflorbahnen durch Übereinanderlegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ablieferzone eines endlosen Abliefer-Transportbandes auf dieses abwechselnd in Laufrichtung desselben zugeführte Abschnitte einer ersten Faserflorbahn und quer dazu zugeführte Abschnitte einer zweiten Faserflorbahn einander überlappend abgelegt werden und die so gebildete Faservliesbahn an einer Abnahmestelle von dem Abliefer-Transportband abgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die auf das Abliefer-Transportband abgelegten Abschnitte der in Laufrichtung desselben zugeführten Faserflorbahn vor dem Ablegen von der Faserflorbahn abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die auf das Abliefer-Transportband abgelegten Abschnitte der quer zur Laufrichtung desselben zugeführten Faserflorbahn vor dem Ablegen von der Faserflorbahn abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtrennen der Florbahnabschnitte stromaufwärts des betreffenden Vlieslegers ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtrennen der Florbahnabschnitte durch örtliches Überstrecken der Florbahn ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtrennen der Florbahnabschnitte durch Schneiden ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneiden innerhalb des Vlieslegers ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneiden am Ort der Flortafelablage in der Ablieferzone unmittelbar nach dem Ablegen der Flortafel ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Lagen der einen Faserflorbahn mit jeweils zwei Lagen der anderen Faserflorbahn abwechselnd auf dem Abliefer-Transportband abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Lage der einen Faserflorbahn und eine Lage der anderen Faserflorbahn abwechselnd auf dem Abliefer-Transportband abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserflorbahnabschnitte beim Ablegen an die darunter liegende, in Bildung befindliche Faservliesbahn angedrückt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abliefer-Transportband nach jedem Florablegevorgang um einen Schritt weiterbewegt und dann wieder angehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder einem der davon abhängigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von Florbahnabschnitten einander überlappend aufeinander gelegt werden, wobei die aus der Richtung quer zum Transportband zugeführten Florbahnabschnitte in einer sich wiederholenden Folge veränderliche Längen aufweisen und zentriert so auf das Transportband abgelegt werden, dass die Randabschnitte der erzeugten Vliesbahn eine gegenüber der Mitte der Vliesbahn verminderte Dicke aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abliefer-Transportband nach Bildung einer aus mehreren übereinanderliegenden Flortafeln bestehenden Vliestafel um einen Längenabschnitt fortbewegt wird, der wenigstens der Breite der quer zum Abliefer-Transportband zugeführten Florbahn entspricht und dann bis zum Abschluss der Erzeugung einer weiteren Vliestafel im Stillstand verbleibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Faserflorbahnen vorverfestigte Faserflorbahnen verwendet werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen einer Faservliesbahn aus wenigstens zwei Faserflorbahnen durch Übereinanderlegen, mit einem endlosen Abliefer-Transportband (1) und zwei Vlieslegern (3, 4), die dem Abliefer-Transportband (1) zugeordnet sind und von denen der eine dazu eingerichtet ist, in einer Ablieferzone Abschnitte einer ihm zugeführten ersten Faserflorbahn (5) quer zur Laufrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) abzulegen, und der andere Vliesleger (4) dazu eingerichtet ist, in derselben Ablieferzone Abschnitte einer ihm zugeführten zweiten Faserflorbahn (6) parallel zur Laufrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) abzulegen, und mit einer Antriebs- und Steuereinrichtung, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die Vliesleger (3, 4) derart zu steuern, dass sie abwechselnd von ihnen zugeführte Florbahnabschnitte in der Ablieferzone ablegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens dem in Laufrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) Flor zuführenden Vliesleger (4) eine Einrichtung zum Abtrennen von Abschnitten von der dem Vliesleger (4) zugeführten Faserflorbahn (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtrenneinrichtung wenigstens der in Laufrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) zugeführten Faserflorbahn (6) ein Streckwerk ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtrenneinrichtung wenigstens der quer zur Laufrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) zugeführten Faserflorbahn (5) eine Schneidvorrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung an der über die Ablieferzone bewegten Ablieferstelle des Vlieslegers angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vliesleger jeweils Steilarm-Vliesleger (3, 4) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Legearm (7; 8) jedes Vlieslegers (3; 4) an seinem freien Ende mit einer drehbar gelagerten, mit einer Oberflächengarnitur versehenen Andruckwalze (10) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckwalze (10) an dem Legearm (7; 8) vertikal schwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vliesleger jeweils Flachtäfler mit gegeneinander bewegten Lege- und Speicherwagen sind, wobei jeweils der Legewagen einen über die Ablieferzone am Abliefer-Transportband frei vorschiebbaren und davon zurückziehbaren Legearm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Vliesleger (3; 4) mit einer Einrichtung (10; 11) zum Abdecken des gelegten Florbahnabschnitts während der Legebewegung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Vliesleger(3, 4) an seiner den Flor abgebenden Ablieferstelle mit einem Abdeckband (11, 12) verbunden ist, das auf eine ortsfest neben der Ablieferzone gelagerte Wickelwalze (13, 14) gewickelt ist und der Bewegung des Vlieslegers (3, 4) folgend von der Wickelwalze (13, 14) abwickelbar und auf diese aufwickelbar ist.
