Claims (11)
- Zündkerze mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseinem Zündkerzenkörper,wenigstens einer am Zündkerzenkörper angebrachten und in Form einer Dachelektrode ausgebildeten Körperelektrode,einem im Zündkerzenkörper vorgesehenen Isolator undeiner im Isolator angeordneten Mittelelektrode, wobeizwischen dem körperfernen Ende der Körperelektrode und der Mittelelektrodenspitze ein Zündfunkenspalt gebildet ist,die Körperelektrode (4) an der Stirnseite und an der der Mittelelektrodenspitze zugewandten Fläche mit einer Edelmetallarmierung (5a, 5b) jeweils versehen ist.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körperelektrode (4) in massiver Drahtform ausgebildet ist.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das körperferne Ende der Körperelektrode (4) vor Erreichen der Vollüberdeckung der Mittelelektrodenspitze endet und die Edelmetallarmierung (5a) an der Stirnfläche der Körperelektrode (4) so bemessen ist, dass zusammen mit der Edelmetallarmierung (5b) an der der Mittelelektrodenspitze zugewandten Fläche die Mittelelektrodenspitze mit Edelmetall voll überdeckt ist.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Edelmetallarmierungen (5a, 5b) über der Unterseite und über die Unterkante zur Stirnseite an der Körperelektrode (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Edelmetallarmierungen (5a, 5b) größer als 0,3 mm ist.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Edelmetallarmierungen (5a, 5b) durch Laserauftragsschweißen aufgebracht sind.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Edelmetallarmierungen (5a, 5b) und der Körperelektrode (4) ein Legierungsbereich (6) durch Aufschmelzen gebildet ist.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Edelmetallarmierungen (5a, 5b) aus Platin oder Iridium oder einer Platin- oder Iridiumlegierung besteht.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körperelektrode eine massive Einstoffelektrode aus einer NiCrFe-Legierung ist.
- Zündkerze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die NiCrFe-Legierung eine NiCr15Fe-, NiCr23Fe- oder NiCr25FeAlY-Legierung ist.
- Zündkerze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Reduzierung der gestreckten Länge der Körperelektrode (4) der Biegeradius R der Körperelektrode (4) größer als 3 mm ist.
