  • the spacer 8 comprises a first portion 80a with a curved profile, and a second portion 80b with a squared profile constituting the reference plane for the turbulator 11.
  • the heat exchanger comprises spacers 8, substantially shaped like a sleeve, each equipped with radial spokes projecting towards the inside of the spacer, indicated with 90a, and radial spokes projecting towards the outside of the spacer and indicated with 90b.
  • the holes 7 open on the half-shells 6 of the casings 2 are oblong.
  • Holes extending transversally are particularly advantageous in the case of large widths of the exchanger, foreseen to withstand high flow rates of the fluid circulating in the half-shells of the exchanger itself.

Claims (16)

  1. Echangeur de chaleur pour l'échange de chaleur entre un premier fluide et un second fluide, du type comprenant une pluralité de gaines (2), de forme sensiblement aplatie et de largeur prédéterminée (L), disposées en une pile (2a), avec un espace d'air (3) défini entre les gaines adjacentes dans la pile, et chacune étant formée à partir de deux demi-coques (6) soudées le long d'une bande périphérique (6a), lesdites gaines (2) étant en communication fluidique les unes avec les autres par des trous (7) respectifs ouvrant sur ledit espace d'air (3), et comprenant également, dans ledit espace d'air (3), au moins une pièce d'écartement (8), sensiblement du type manchon, faite d'un seul tenant au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure avec lesdites gaines adjacentes (2) autour des trous (7) respectifs débouchant dans ledit espace d'air (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des irrégularités (9) consistant en des bras radiaux (9a, 9b, 90, 90a, 90b) associés à ladite, au moins une, pièce d'écartement (8) et s'étendant radialement à partir de celui-ci dans ledit espace d'air (3) pour rendre rigide les demi-coques (6).
  2. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux (9a, 9b, 90b) s'étendent vers l'extérieur.
  3. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux (90, 90a) s'étendent vers l'intérieur.
  4. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux sont des bras radiaux s'étendant vers l'extérieur (90b) et des bras radiaux s'étendant vers l'intérieur (90a).
  5. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux s'étendant vers l'extérieur (90b) sont dans le prolongement desdits bras radiaux s'étendant vers l'intérieur (90a).
  6. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre prédéterminé desdits bras radiaux (9a) s'étendant vers l'extérieur de ladite, au moins une, pièce d'écartement (8) s'étend vers le haut au moins jusqu'à ladite bande périphérique (6a).
  7. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-coque (6) comprend, au niveau d'un bord extérieur (6b) de ladite bande périphérique (6a), une garniture (6c) coudée à angle droit, et en ce que ledit nombre prédéterminé de bras radiaux (9a) s'étendant sur l'extérieur s'étend vers le haut jusqu'à ladite garniture (6c).
  8. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux (9a, 9b, 90, 90a, 90b) sont formés d'un seul tenant avec ladite, au moins une, pièce d'écartement (8).
  9. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite, au moins une, pièce d'écartement (8) et lesdits bras radiaux (9a, 9b, 90, 90a, 90b) sont une pièce d'un profil extrudé.
  10. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de profil extrudé est faite à partir d'un matériau métallique sélectionné parmi un groupe comprenant l'aluminium, les alliages d'aluminium, le cuivre, les alliages de cuivre et des matériaux métalliques similaires.
  11. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bras radiaux (9a, 9b, 90, 90a, 90b) sont espacés par des angles pratiquement égaux.
  12. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre prédéterminé desdits bras radiaux (9b) sont taillés selon un plan (T) constituant le plan de référence et de support pour une plaque ondulée (11) disposée dans ledit espace d'air (3).
  13. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits trous (7) respectifs débouchant dans ledit espace d'air (3) est équipé d'un rebord de centrage (12) pour ladite, au moins une, pièce d'écartement (8).
  14. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits trous (7) respectifs sont oblongs dans une direction prédéterminée.
  15. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que lesdits trous (7) respectifs sont oblongs dans la direction de la largeur (L) desdites gaines (2).
  16. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une pièce d'écartement (8) a une épaisseur prédéterminée comprise entre 2 et 4 mm, de préférence 3,5 mm.
