Description
Claims (14)
- Dichtring für insbesondere an einer Flanschfläche (3) vorgesehene Verschlußschrauben (2), mit einem zwischen der Flanschfläche (3) und der Verschlußschraube (2) angeordneten und zumindest abschnittsweise ringförmig ausgebildeten weitgehend starren Stützelement (9), welches mit Stützflächen (10, 11) an der Flanschfläche (3) und der Verschlußschraube (2) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (1; 19; 27) radial benachbart zu mindestens einer der Stützflächen (10, 11) jeweils mindestens ein Dichtelement (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) besitzt und die Dichtelemente (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) so vorgesehen sind, dass sie eine Spaltfläche (6) der Flanschfläche (3) radial beidseits gegen die Umgebung der Spaltfläche (6) abdichten.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtelemente (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) in unbelastetem Zustand in axialer Richtung des Stützelementes (9) über die Stützflächen (10, 11) hervorstehen.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtelemente (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) an einem Elastomerkörper angeformt sind, der am Stützelement (9) beidseits der Spaltfläche (6) angebunden ist derart, dass die Stützflächen (10, 11) frei sind.
- Dichtring nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (9) nach radial aussen gerichtete gleichwinkelig angeordnete Flächensegmente (33) zur Anbindung eines Elastomerkörpers mit mindestens einem Dichtelement (14) besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flächensegmente (33) von einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Elastomerkörper umgeben sind, der an beiden Schenkeln ein Dichtelement (14) besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stützelement (9) nach radial innen gerichtet ein Elastomerkörper (15) angeordnet ist, der zur Flanschfläche (3) und zur Verschlußschraube (2) hin ein Dichtelement (16) besitzt und sich bis in den Bereich des Schaftes (18) der Verschlußschraube (2) hin erstreckt.
- Dichtring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (9) einen den Kopf (20) der Verschlußschraube (2) zumindest abschnittsweise übergreifenden Bund (21) zur Zentrierung des Dichtrings (19) besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stützelement (9) ein den Bund (21) radial aussen umgreifender Elastomerkörper (22) angeordnet ist, der zur Flanschfläche (3) hin gerichtet ein Dichtelement (23) besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stützelement (9) nach radial innen gerichtet ein Elastomerkörper (25) angeordnet ist, der zur Flanschfläche (3) und zur Verschlußschraube (2) hin jeweils ein Dichtelement (26) besitzt.
- Dichtring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (9) nach radial aussen und radial innen gerichtete gleichwinkelig angeordnete Flächensegmente zur Anbindung eines Elastomerkörpers mit mindestens einem Dichtelement besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial aussen liegenden Flächensegmente von einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen Elastomerkörper umgeben sind, der an beiden Schenkeln ein Dichtelement besitzt.
- Dichtring nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Stützelement (9) nach radial innen gerichtet bis in den Bereich (17) des Schraubenschaftes erstreckt und zur Zentrierung an diesem anliegt und zur Flanschfläche (3) und Verschlußschraube (2) hin jeweils ein Dichtelement (32) aufweist.
- Dichtring nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtelemente (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) im Querschnitt halbkreisförmig oder in der Form einer Dichtlippe ausgebildet sind.
- Verwendung des Dichtrings nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche zur Anordnung an einer Verschlußschraube (2) an einer Flanschfläche (3) eines Motorblocks, die im Bereich zwischen den Dichtelementen (14, 16; 23, 26; 30, 32) eine Spaltfläche (6) besitzt.
